Chapter 957
The old monk took the paper and read ten lines at a glance.
"Went to the Sutra Library to flip through books?"
Liang Qu scratched his head and smiled: "There is a book called 'Maha Karma Sea Observation,' and I want to find a technique for A-Fei and the others,
so that they can mimic humans and come ashore later. I answered a few times, but they were all wrong. I really can't think of a train of thought."
"Paper and brush."
Liang Qu hurriedly added water to grind the ink and offered the brush with both hands.
The candle flame flickered.
Question one.
"When you were a fish, did you ever see your own kind weeping in the net?"
The old monk splashed ink and wielded the brush, writing profusely.
"The scales of the past are the cassock of today, and the tears in the net are the sea of all living beings. What the disciple saves is not hatred or resentment, but the fishermen and fish drowned in greed, anger, and ignorance."
Liang Qu's eyes lit up.
Finished writing.
The old monk turned to Liang Qu and said: "To break this question, one cannot be obsessed with revenge, nor can one deny the fish's pain. You need to elevate the victim's perspective and act as a savior of the world."
Liang Qu suddenly realized.
"Master is amazing!"
Question two.
"On the day you become a dragon, are you willing to leave a scale to suppress the river?"
The old monk licked the ink and wielded the wolf-hair brush again.
"Dragon scales should be hung on the masts of fishing boats, so that children know there are spirits under the water, and so that the elderly regret the bitterness of the killing net. If all the scales are broken and can be exchanged for half a day of calm wind and waves, that is perfection."
Damn!
Liang Qu's pupils dilated.
The old monk continued: "Demon beast techniques ask demon beasts. The key to breaking the second question is not to fall into the beastly instinct of power worship. All living beings are equal. One needs to deconstruct the utilitarian heart of 'becoming a dragon' with great fearlessness and sacrifice."
"Understood, understood!"
Question three.
"If you prove the Arhat fruit, should you first save the fisherman who eats you, or the shrimp school you eat?"
The brush moved like a dragon and a snake.
"First take the firewood from the fisherman's stove, boil a pot of shrimp rebirth mantras, and when the fisherman puts down his knife and fork, he will know that the one being saved was actually me."
The ink blurred.
The old monk put down the brush and washed it in clear water: "The root of this question is to transcend the dualistic opposition of karma. The so-called self-salvation is salvation of others; self-salvation is the truth. An answer trapped in the food web is wrong. The fisherman, the shrimp school—
neither is correct."
Hiss!
Liang Qu prostrated himself.
The big picture!
Ginger is still spicy when it's old.
"Master's Buddhist Dharma is profound!"
"You are usually the most quick-witted, a monkey, and the life Buddha that came out is also a monkey. You like to use unusual means and walk unusual paths. How come you were trapped by three dead questions?"
Liang Qu was stunned and fell into deep thought.
A long time later.
"I haven't read many scriptures. In the holy land of Buddhism, I felt timid in my heart, so I was framed by it and led by the nose."
"Like a big fish meeting a net, the net sinks to the bottom of the water. If you pull the net up, you should clearly struggle to swim upstream to break free, but instead, you panic, struggle, and rush around blindly, losing your vitality?"
"Correct!"
"If you can understand this point, these three questions are considered valuable." The old monk smiled and handed over the paper, "Go flip through the books."
"Many thanks, Master!"
With the standard answers, Liang Qu returned to the Sutra Library.
He entered the old monk's answers one by one, and the gold-stamped characters twisted one after another.
"Has wisdom roots!"
"Extraordinary understanding! Peerless aptitude!"
"You should be a Buddhist son!"
This time, it was no longer scolding him as a demon; the answers that popped out were completely different. The golden characters were full of praise, even with a bit of flattery.
The resistance to closing the book disappeared without a trace.
However, Liang Qu didn't flip through the scriptures. He put the book back on the shelf and took it out again, and the resistance reappeared.
Spiritual communication.
"When you were a fish, did you ever see your own kind weeping in the net?"
"Tears are salty, blood is fishy, and the net is bitter. When I bit the fishing net, I knew it was pain. Those fish that didn't dare to weep had long drowned in their own heart's sea.
All living beings are numb because of pain, and revenge is an obsession. Why not make a great vow to break the net?"
The golden light twisted endlessly, without showing characters, seemingly in deep thought, in hesitation.
Strike while the iron is hot.
Liang Qu didn't hesitate and entered the second answer,
"Dragon scales shouldn't be hung on the mast of a fishing boat; they should be embedded in the bottom of the fisherman's boat, so that every time they cast the net, they hear the dragon's roar, and every drop of river water remembers that the guardian of this water area was once the monster in your mouths.
I exist here,
kneel down and drink a mouthful of river water."
The twisted golden light stopped completely.
Question three.
"If you prove the Arhat fruit, should you first save the fisherman who eats you, or the shrimp school you eat?"
"The Arhat said, self-salvation is salvation of others. One should weave the fisherman's net into a shrimp cassock, grind my sharp teeth into a wooden fish mallet, and then the three of us sit side by side at the bottom of the river—you guess who achieves enlightenment first, the fisherman who is in pain to the point of tears, the shrimp that laughs to the point of tears, or does it not matter who is first or last at all?"
No answer.
What there was, was an absurd counter-question, like an ape looking down from a high place.
A long time.
The golden light surged and reorganized.
"Who achieves enlightenment first?"
"The one who asked this question—he is currently eating grilled fish and watching the show outside of reincarnation!"
The golden light flickered, finally condensing into four large characters, seemingly scolding, seemingly mocking.
"You demon Buddha!"
"Hahaha!"
Liang Qu laughed heartily.
The noise interrupted the large monk who was leaning over the desk, studying hard.
Just about to reprimand the rudeness.
Then.
Golden light shone brightly on "Maha Karma Sea Observation," a golden light flew out, merged into the bookshelf, and then along the bookshelf, turned into a golden chain, spreading throughout the entire Sutra Library!
Floors, ceilings, bookshelves, desks, round stools—
In all directions, there was nowhere that wasn't these three questions and three answers!
Small golden characters swam like tadpoles.
The monk's reprimanding words were swallowed back into his stomach.
Under the night, the Sutra Library flashed with brilliant golden light!
This—what is the situation?
The outsider didn't understand and asked the little novice monk beside him,
The little novice monk bowed: "It's a brand new wonderful answer to the questions left by the ancestral masters of the Sutra Library! It will be displayed to everyone for three days and three nights. The one who triggered it just now should be the Ninth Buddha, Baron Liang, the Baron of Baron Xingyi."
The old monk pushed open the door, exhausted his vision, and upon seeing the answer clearly, laughed and shook his head.
The monk guarding the sutras stared at the answer on the desk, his fingertips sliding uncontrollably.
"What a Ninth Demon Buddha!"
"The Buddha nature has no north or south. Instead of converting fish demons, he reconstructs the Buddhist Dharma with the identity of a water tribe?"
"Amitabha."
"The fish scales have faded, and what is revealed is not a golden body, but a glazed body squeezed out by fishing nets!"
With the ancestral master's wonderful answer, the large monks who were originally going to rest couldn't lie down anymore and had to climb out of bed to come to the Sutra Library to study and learn these three questions and three answers.
"What the hell, A-Shui gave a wonderful answer just like that?"
Xu Xu Zishuai, who had just lain down, sat up in shock from his sleepy dream.
In the imperial court team, the Dragon Elephant Martial Saint faintly looked forward to the "surprise" on the 18th.
Liang Qu didn't care much about the changes in the outside world. He finally opened the book and plunged into the ocean of knowledge.
Absorb!
Learn!
First, read the general outline.
"Maha Karma Sea Observation" Fish Chapter itself fits the fat catfish, and there is also a modified Crocodile Chapter!
The fat catfish and "Cannot Move" are directly adapted!
Spiritual connection.
Leading the Great Huai Army, the fat catfish, which was rushing to the canyon to build a camp, stopped its tail and bit its long whiskers.
Do I have to memorize all this gibberish?
Pengze.
Monkeys climbed up and down.
"Cannot Move," which was spraying green mist for General Yuan to consolidate the effect of the great formation, scratched its head, its emerald horns itching.
General Yuan was dissatisfied and slapped the river water with its turtle claws.
"Continue, what are you stunned for? Continue, continue!"
"Cannot Move" used one mind for two purposes, spraying mist while memorizing the technique.
Outside the vast Shou Mountain.
A beam of dim golden light cut through the river water, stumbling, flying out, carrying a tattered cowhide map on its back.
