Chapter 12

Ever since he discovered that his martial soul could absorb spirit power in the soil, Jerry's cultivation ideas had opened up.

Jerry found a large water vat that wasn't being used at home, drilled a hole in the bottom, and a large flowerpot was ready.

Then he put the large flowerpot in the yard, found a lot of rotten leaves, feces, and soil outside, and mixed them together. A pot of natural farm nutrient soil was completed.

Xiao Wu watched from the side, feeling disgusted: "Brother, you're so old and you're still playing with poop!"

"Xiao Wu, you don't understand. This is all nutrition. This can allow me to cultivate faster."

"Brother, your martial soul is dirty. I won't eat it in the future!" Xiao Wu said.

"No, the martial soul should belong to an energy body! When I retract the martial soul, the energy dissipates. The next time, it's summoned again!"

"It's disgusting to think about!"

After saying this, Jerry didn't bicker with Xiao Wu anymore, planted the martial soul, and watered it thoroughly!

Afterward, he started to meditate beside it. Xiao Wu saw her brother start to cultivate, felt bored, and also started to cultivate!

Everything was as Jerry thought. The cultivation speed increased several times, and Jerry even felt a portion of spirit power being absorbed by the martial soul, and the martial soul itself was also strengthening.

This discovery made Jerry very happy.

The martial soul is also strengthening. Will it evolve after strengthening to a certain extent? What is a carrot after it evolves?

A big carrot?

Honestly, Jerry really couldn't imagine what a carrot would look like after it evolved.

After cultivating like this for two hours, the cultivation started to slow down. Jerry realized that the fertilizer in the vat was limited and should have been absorbed.

When cultivating, he could clearly feel that he was absorbing spirit power from the soil, not the nutrition Jerry had thought of before.

Many things in this world come with spirit power, and fertilizer is still easy to make.

Then he stopped cultivating and started looking for fertilizer.

Not to mention, Blue Silver Grass is everywhere in this world, and ordinary Blue Silver Grass also has a trace of spirit power.

So he found a lot of Blue Silver Grass and buried it in the soil as fertilizer. Under normal circumstances, it would take a long time to become fertilizer, but the martial soul is different. After being buried in the soil, it would grow many root hairs. These root hairs would directly insert into the fertilizer and quickly start absorbing the spirit power in the fertilizer until the spirit power in the fertilizer was exhausted, and these root hairs would disappear.

Two days later, Jerry finally broke through: level two Spirit Scholar!

Haha, Jerry was very happy, and Xiao Wu was also happy for Jerry.

Jerry found that he spent most of his time making Blue Silver Grass fertilizer every day. Although there was a lot of Blue Silver Grass, the spirit power absorbed was still too little.

He suddenly thought that animal carcasses could also be used as fertilizer, and spirit beast carcasses should be even better. He did it as soon as he thought of it. Jerry thought of the many ten-year spirit beast fish under the waterfall, and his eyes shone.

"Little Sister Xiao Wu, today Brother will take you fishing. Do you want to eat fish?"

"Okay, okay. Cultivating every day is too boring. Brother, let's go fishing quickly." Saying this, she pulled Jerry and left!

The fish Jerry made was still very delicious and received unanimous praise from everyone. Xiao Wu was greedy as soon as she heard it!

Jerry told Xiao Wu about the time he was pulled into the water by a fish, which directly amused Xiao Wu. Looking at Jerry's current physique, it was hard to imagine what he looked like back then.

Jerry was no longer the Jerry of back then. Although the seven-year-old Jerry didn't have much spirit power, his current body was really strong, which had a lot to do with his usual exercise.

Spirit power cultivation was too slow, so Jerry strengthened his exercise while at the academy.

Because he knew that absorbing a spirit ring had a lot to do with a Spirit Master's physical strength, he had always taken Xiao Wu to exercise together: running, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, high knees... and other modern exercise methods.

After returning to the village, he also let Xiao Wu use his tension machine to exercise. These exercises were still very useful. Xiao Wu's own speed and strength had improved a lot, and the power of her first spirit skill, Waist Bow, had also increased!

Xiao Wu wasn't very willing at first, but after exercising for a period of time and seeing that she had indeed become stronger, she had always exercised with Jerry!

Tang San shook his head every time he saw it, as if to say, "It won't be long before a muscle girl appears!"

But what he thought was completely superfluous. Absorbing a spirit ring would strengthen the body. The most obvious place was that the height would grow. Don't look at how strong Jerry is now; it's not certain after absorbing a spirit ring. After all, Jerry isn't a Beast Spirit, and the cultivation methods are different, and the strengthened parts are also different, so Jerry wasn't worried about becoming a muscle man in the future.

Holding the fishing rod, the two went fishing. This time it was mainly for experiments, so they caught more than a dozen, and the two happily went home.

Killing a spirit beast fish of about twenty years, burying it in the soil, planting the martial soul on top, and starting to cultivate.

Sure enough, spirit power surged in, thousands of times more than Blue Silver Grass.

Spirit beasts are different. This is still a ten-year spirit beast. What if it were a hundred, thousand, or ten-thousand-year one?

Finally finding a cultivation method, Jerry also experienced the joy of cultivation at this time.

Before, the speed of spirit power cultivation was slow, and it was easy to make his legs numb. Now it's different; he can feel the increase in spirit power every second.

Happy times always pass quickly. The vacation ended quickly, and Jerry and Xiao Wu returned to school together. On the way, Xiao Wu asked: "Brother, what level are you now?"

Jerry didn't want to hide it from Xiao Wu: "Level 17!"

"Brother, you're really amazing. I only rose one level during the vacation, and I'm only level 16 now. Brother has already surpassed me. But Brother, why can you still cultivate without absorbing a spirit ring?" Xiao Wu asked!

"This has to do with the Master's theory. You can cultivate without adding a spirit ring, and it will be released together after adding a spirit ring."

"Usually, people are blocked by the spirit ring and can't feel it, but my situation is a bit special. At that time, when I reached level 10, I felt I could continue to cultivate, so I wanted to continue to cultivate and add a spirit ring when I couldn't cultivate anymore."

"And my spirit power seems to be stronger than the average person's. I can feel that my total spirit power should have reached level 17!"

After saying this, Jerry summoned his martial soul. Jerry's martial soul was no longer the small carrot from the beginning; it had grown much larger and had a fragrance, making people want to take a bite just by looking at it!

Xiao Wu licked her lips, looking at her brother's martial soul.

"But without a spirit ring, you don't have a spirit skill!"

"Yes, I've already thought about what kind of spirit beast to absorb. I originally wanted to ask the teachers to take me to hunt spirit beasts after school started."

"But thinking that I, a person with innate half-level spirit power, cultivated to level 17 in one year, I would definitely be sent to be studied, and even locked up in the future, without freedom for a lifetime. So Xiao Wu, we must be low-key. Don't expose yourself before you have strength, otherwise, it's very dangerous!" Jerry said very seriously to Xiao Wu!
