Chapter 73: Managing the Spirit Hall

Jerry was very helpless, but there was nothing he could do. Who let him have the highest cultivation!

Jerry's first day of management

"Lord Jerry, this is the financial report for this month!" A pile.

"Okay, give it to me!"

"Lord Jerry, this is the Spirit Awakening data for this month!" A pile.

"Okay, put it aside first!"

"Lord Jerry, this is the distribution of Spirit Master subsidies for this month!" A pile.

"Okay, find a place to put it!"

"Lord Jerry, this is the training situation of the genius students of the Spirit Hall Academy for this month!" A pile.

"Put it down!"

"Lord Jerry, this is the situation of the data on the two great empires for this month!" A pile.

"..."

"Lord Jerry..."

On the first day, Jerry was about to collapse. Looking at the room full of data, his head was big. He didn't expect such a large Spirit Hall to have such a primitive management system, where all data needed to be decided by the Pope alone. No wonder the Pope needed profound cultivation to take over, otherwise, she would have been exhausted to death long ago!

On the second day, Jerry's first order after taking over the Spirit Hall was issued: establish the Cabinet!

Joining the Cabinet directly promoted one to a Cabinet Elder, enjoying the treatment of an Elder. The Cabinet needed twelve talented people with management skills to take over!

Twelve Cabinet members would each be in charge of twelve tasks, and twelve new departments would be established, open for election, and then Jerry would assess them!

Spirit Masters in Wuhun City, hearing that there were twelve Cabinet Elder spots this time, all signed up for the assessment. In the past, only Titled Douluo could be promoted to Elders, but now Jerry's policy had no cultivation requirements, so a large group of people flocked to the Spirit Hall for the assessment!

Elder Hall

"Great Elder, will Jerry doing this weaken the power of the Elders?" Second Offering Golden Crocodile Douluo asked.

"Golden Crocodile, look at things from a long-term perspective. This seems to disperse the Pope's power, but it can give the Pope more time to train. And Jerry said anyone can come for the assessment; you can also go! It just depends on whether Jerry dares to use you!" the Great Elder said.

"And he established the Cabinet this time without limiting cultivation, obviously just needing management talent; as for cultivation, it doesn't matter. But in this world, real power is ultimately in the hands of those with strength! Jerry is just taking a shortcut! I heard he was pitted by Chrysanthemum Douluo into taking over the Spirit Hall. This Chrysanthemum Douluo, Jerry is in the golden period of training, letting his disciple manage these trivial matters, really!" the Great Elder said, feeling a bit angry. Although Jerry was Chrysanthemum Douluo's disciple, he was also the next generation of the Spirit Hall, and Great Elder Qian Daoliu considered a lot!

"You six go and participate in the assessment, see if Jerry dares to use you!" the Great Elder laughed!

"If he dares to use you, then when Bibi Dong comes out of closed-door training, that will be interesting!" the Great Elder revealed a smile when he said this.

Soon, the twelve Cabinet members were elected! Among them were the six great offerings of the Elder Hall.

Jerry didn't dare to use them? What was he thinking! People who came to his door, with powerful strength and ability, why not use them? As for after Bibi Dong comes out of closed-door training, let her have a headache!

Twelfth Elder, Soul Scholar Gong Ya, female, level 8, martial soul Brain, Minister of the Research Department;

The twelve Cabinet Elders were in charge of different affairs and did not interfere with each other.

And Jerry was only responsible for the Finance Department. After all, the development funds for each department still needed his approval. After explaining the responsibilities of each department, Jerry suddenly felt much more relaxed!

Then, in the outer perimeter of the Spirit Hall, he directly built twelve large courtyards, one department for each courtyard.

Twelve large courtyards, twelve high-rise buildings, each building nine stories high. On the large plaque outside each high-rise building was written the name of each department. As long as you entered Wuhun City, you could see nine high-rise buildings, higher than the Pope Palace and the Elder Hall. This made the Great Elder a bit angry. Finally, after Jerry said a lot of good things and redecorated the Elder Hall, the Great Elder let Jerry off.

Except for special events, only those that needed urgent reporting could go through special channels to report to Jerry. Usually, they reported once a month, and Jerry only looked at the results!

And Jerry rebuilt the Spirit Hall branches in every place: Awakening Department, Mission Department, Logistics Department, Medical Department. And now every Spirit Hall branch would have people specially sent by the Military Department to protect them!

From now on, all Spirit Masters must register in the Spirit Hall before taking on tasks. The Spirit Hall would establish a file for every registered Spirit Master, recording every task taken by each Spirit Master and the completion rate! They would no longer directly reward gold spirit coins, but calculate points. Points could be used to exchange for various resources in the Logistics Department, including weapons, spirit bones, and gold spirit coins! And only after registration could they issue tasks.

And Jerry also taught everyone how to make reports, no longer needing to write text like before, with a pile of flattering nonsense at the beginning and end, which made Jerry's head big every time.

At first, it tired the twelve elders out. At the beginning, there was only the elder, and there were no subordinates, so they needed to recruit talent themselves!

The Personnel Department could be said to be the most relaxed at the beginning, but in the end, they were sought out by the other eleven elders every day to ask for people, which made the Personnel Department's own people not enough. Fortunately, the Minister of the Personnel Department was Xiangmo Douluo; if it were anyone else, they really wouldn't have been able to resist!

Although it was very difficult at the beginning, three months later, each department could basically operate normally.

The only one who was really difficult was the Twelfth Elder, Gong Ya. Because her strength was too low, it was very difficult to recruit people. At first, when it was announced that the Twelfth Elder was Gong Ya, it shocked the entire Wuhun City, but after seeing Gong Ya's assessment paper, although everyone had some complaints, no one said anything on the surface, only talking behind her back.

Many people didn't know what the Research Department was for, but on the contrary, the Research Department was the department Jerry cared about most, not wanting anyone like Yu Xiaogang to pick up leaks in the future.

In this world, after becoming a Spirit Master, everyone works hard to train and improve their strength, and there are too few people who go to research! So Jerry wanted to set up a Research Department in the Spirit Hall. Gong Ya, martial soul Brain, was the first Body Spirit Jerry discovered. Because Body Spirits were rare in this world, there was little research on them. Gong Ya's martial soul Brain, even if she was only a Soul Scholar, gave Gong Ya a lot of improvement. Jerry had tried it: photographic memory, strong analytical and reasoning ability, and her spirit power was about to start being released as a level 8 Soul Scholar!

So Jerry chose Gong Ya as the Twelfth Elder, and Jerry also wanted to study Body Spirits!
