Chapter 128: Chen He: Chao Ge, don't mess around!

Since Deng Chao took on the film I Am Not a Medicine God,

He then started devising a devilish weekly weight-loss plan!

A professional nutritionist and trainer.

Surely, supporting measures are needed.

Although he already had experience, he also didn't want his body to develop problems from excessive weight loss.

Actors, you know.

Losing weight, gaining weight—that's all normal work.

Sometimes an actor in the same film needs to lose dozens of pounds early on, then later gain dozens of pounds.

As Deng Chao's wife, Sun Li saw it with her eyes and felt it in her heart, but she also knew how big an opportunity Director Lin Mo's film was for actors.

She herself is also an actress, understands the industry's rules, so she can only every day in various ways cheer Deng Chao on.

Just like that.

In just over half a month's time.

Deng Chao lost over ten jin.

That day.

Chen He came to hang out with Chao Ge.

Good fellow!

Upon arriving at Deng Chao's house, he left everyone dumbfounded.

Even, his first thought was, could Chao Ge be...?

Chen He and Deng Chao were very close, so seeing Deng Chao like that, he hurriedly said with concern: "Chao Ge, you this.. don't mess around!"

In the Entertainment Circle, quite a few stars have gotten into trouble over this.

So.

Deng Chao saw Chen He's expression and knew he had misunderstood; he laughed and shook his head, while Sun Li quickly interjected: "He's doing this for a new role; the character needs to lose weight."

After hearing that,

Chen He then breathed a sigh of relief.

He just said, Lao Deng Tou shouldn't be like that.

"Hey, Chao Ge, whose film is it? Quickly tell me!" Chen He plopped down, his curiosity bursting through the roof.

Deng Chao glanced at him, smiled, and said: "Director Lin Mo!"

"Director Lin Mo?!" Chen He's eyes lit up, his voice rising eight degrees: "Awesome, Chao Ge, you've even landed Director Lin's film!"

"Envious?" Deng Chao teased him.

"I'm dying of envy, this is Director Lin!!!"

That's right.

Now Lin Mo has countless top-tier actors rushing to beg to work with him.

Chen He is naturally no exception.

However.

He also has self-awareness.

His acting skills aren't up to par, so Director Lin probably wouldn't think highly of him.

But Chao Ge is different.

Don't look at them filming Running Man, Chao Ge's goofy laughing appearance—he actually has real talent, a movie emperor, that's no joke.

"Chao Ge, how long have you been losing weight like this?" Chen He pinched Deng Chao's arm and asked.

"Over half a month!" Deng Chao replied.

"For this film, how much weight do you plan to lose?" Chen He asked.

"Now at 130 jin, I still need to lose over ten jin, targeting 115 jin." Deng Chao said seriously.

"115 jin? You'll be as thin as a bamboo pole!" Chen He was astonished, his jaw almost dropping, full of disbelief.

That's right.

Deng Chao, 180 cm tall, 115 jin.

This this..

However, when Chen He thought it was Director Lin Mo's film, it was okay.

Chen He didn't stay long at Deng Chao's house.

As he was leaving, he also took a photo with Chao Ge.

He casually posted it to the Running Man group.

This...

As soon as he posted that photo, the previously silent group instantly started chiming nonstop.

Li Chen: "????"

Lu Han: "??? Is this Chao Ge?"

Wang Zulán: "Huh? Chao Ge, what's up?"

Zheng Kai: "Chao Ge is being abused by the madam?"

baby: "hiss..."

"......"

In the group, everyone was shocked.

Immediately, everyone in the group started tagging Chen He and Deng Chao, asking what was going on.

After Deng Chao's explanation, they finally understood what was going on.

It turns out they were preparing for a new movie.

Next.

Everyone then asked Deng Chao what movie it was and who directed it.

"Director Lin Mo!"

These four words appeared.

Wow!

They were all envious!

No wonder...

No wonder Chao Ge is working so hard.

If it were them, they'd be the same!

It's just losing a few dozen pounds, right?

We're all professional actors; who can't do it?

Likewise.

Here.

Lin Mo also received a recent photo that Chao Ge sent him.

"Chao Ge is amazing—he lost over ten pounds in just half a month!"

Opening the photo, Lin Mo couldn't help but nod.

Chao Ge's level of dedication is truly commendable.

According to this situation, we just need to wait a little over ten days.

"I Am Not a Medicine God" is about ready to start filming.

The actors are already in place.

Especially Xu Zheng.

Not long ago I just saw Deng Chao, and now he's lost over ten pounds—so dedicated!
