Chapter 18: Senior brother, hello! I'm Tian Xiwei!

Last time.

He and Teng Hua Tao went to Teacher Wang's house, right?

At that time, Teacher Wang had already asked him about his graduation project plans.

Lin Mo said that once the box-office share from 'Lost in Love 33 Days' comes in, he'll prepare to make a movie.

As his prized student, Teacher Wang naturally said, if you need help with anything, just come to him.

Speaking of which, making a movie is no joke.

Director, actor, lighting, crew—none can be missing.

Lin Mo, this guy.

In one word to describe him: lazy!

If you let him handle these himself, he'd be exhausted.

Shanghai Theatre Academy is also a place full of talent; a casual call can gather a professional team.

This way, Lin Mo can relax a lot.

Finding the teacher, asking the school for help—wouldn't that be faster?

Also, it's cheaper than outside teams...

Although he now has money.

But Lin Mo still holds to the principle of saving where to save, spending where to spend.

He wants to spend money on the knife handle... the knife back.

Today he rarely came to school.

He went straight to Teacher Wang's office.

He lightly knocked twice on the door.

The one who opened the door was a sweet-looking, super cute girl.

Lin Mo was stunned; this girl seems so familiar.

"Senior brother, hello!"

The clear voice broke Lin Mo's daze; he hurriedly replied, "Ah, hello, hello!"

Wang Rui saw Lin Mo come and warmly greeted him: "Come, let me introduce you to a junior sister, Tian Xiwei, a girl from Shan Cheng; you all from Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan-Chongqing are like one family!"

Upon hearing that, Lin Mo suddenly realized: oh, it's her, no wonder she seemed familiar.

Teacher Wang then shifted the conversation: "Xiao Lin, you're not going to film a movie, right? Take more care of your junior sister; if there's a suitable role, don't forget to save a spot for her. Xiao Tian's acting scores are top-notch, among the top few in the year!"

Wang Rui both dotes on Lin Mo and loves Tian Xiwei, wanting her to also get some glory from filming movies, to broaden her horizons.

Lin Mo is indeed his prized student.

Likewise, Tian Xiwei is also.

She entered Shanghai Theatre Academy with first place in Shan Cheng's arts exam broadcasting major.

She is now a sophomore.

"Teacher Wang, rest assured, this cute junior sister will surely attract countless fans when she enters the film/TV circle!"

Lin Mo said with a smile.

Tian Xiwei stood beside, her big eyes like two shining black grapes, fixed on Lin Mo, full of curiosity.

She couldn't help recalling what Teacher Wang had said earlier.

"This senior brother of yours is the mysterious investor of the movie 'Lost in Love 33 Days'!"

At that time, Tian Xiwei hearing this almost had her jaw drop.

Later on.

Teacher Wang again smilingly told her: Senior brother Lin Mo is currently busy preparing the movie, and specifically mentioned wanting to get her a role in the film, to let her practice and broaden her horizons.

Tian Xiwei hearing that, was overjoyed.

Today, Teacher Wang specially called her to the office, just to let her meet Lin Mo senior brother and get acquainted.

Tian Xiwei felt both anticipation and nervousness, like she was about to meet a long-admired idol, also worried she might not perform well.

She gathered courage, stepped forward, and sweetly shouted: "Senior brother Lin Mo, hello! I'm Tian Xiwei, you can call me Xiao Tian!"

Lin Mo turned, smiling warmly, and replied: "Xiao Tian, let's first add each other on WeChat; your image fits my movie quite well, when the film shoots I'll notify you!"

Tian Xiwei hearing that, her heart blossomed, she quickly took out her phone: "Senior brother, let me scan you!"

"No problem!" Lin Mo happily took out his phone; the two quickly became friends.

After adding WeChat, Tian Xiwei also specially set a special remark for Lin Mo, fearing she might miss his message.

Because she's pretty, she often encounters annoying harassment, so she developed a habit of regularly cleaning her WeChat friends.

Tian Xiwei also knew that senior brother coming to see Teacher Wang must have something to discuss, so she said: "Teacher Wang, senior brother Lin Mo, I'll go first, you guys talk!"

"Sure, go on!" Wang Rui smiled and nodded.

As soon as she left the office, Tian Xiwei was like a happy little bird, jumping around in place, her face beaming with uncontainable joy.

"Yay! Xiao Tian, you can do it, keep going!"

She made a heart gesture at herself.

In the office, only Lin Mo and Wang Rui remained.

Wang Rui smilingly brought up Xiao Tian: "This girl Xiao Tian, her acting isn't bad; earlier a crew wanted to poach her, but I saw the script didn't match her image at all, so I directly refused."

Lin Mo said: "Yeah, Xiao Tian's looks are pure as a flower; she'd definitely shine in a campus drama; who knows, one day Teacher Wang you might cultivate a big-star student!"

Wang Rui waved his hand, smiling satisfied: "I, I don't ask for anything else, just hope you kids can steady your footing in the entertainment circle, not be blown away by storms."

Turning the conversation, Wang Rui asked about the matter: "Speak up, why did you suddenly come to me, what do you need help with?"

After hearing that, Lin Mo leisurely walked to the water dispenser, got a cup of water, cleared his throat, and said: "Teacher Wang, actually I want you to help me put together a team, help me look around our school…"

Wang Ruiyi understood at once, smiling as he tapped Lin Mo: "You little brat, still the same old you—if you can slack off, you slack off!"

But after saying that, he became serious again: "Alright, I'll help you sort this out, see if I can rustle up a reliable crew for you."

"Hehe, Teacher, you understand me best!"

In the blink of an eye, half a month passed.

Lin Mo's little director team was now beginning to take shape.

Most of the people Teacher Wang introduced to him were already graduated senior schoolmates.

He thought, he couldn't possibly introduce Lin Mo to those still‑in‑school students; professionally, they were still a bit lacking.

And those graduated students of his, many had been mixing in the circle for years, and professionally they were absolutely solid.

Lin Mo was quite satisfied.

He didn't have to worry about anything, and the team was just put together.

However, the filming matter still had to be delayed a bit.

Because the movie Heart Flower Road was about to be released!

Director Xu also gave him a call, asking if he had time on the 20th and inviting him to attend the premiere.

Lin Mo naturally had the time, and he readily agreed.
