Chapter 386: Assign Re Ba a Role!

The next day.

Re Ba had been nagging last night that she wanted to go see the filming site of Speed and Passion 2.

Mostly, I guess.

Before coming to Saudi Arabia, she had watched too many videos online.

Moreover, when Lin Mo video-called Re Ba, he also told her that filming here is completely unrestricted—whatever they want to shoot, they can.

On the way to the crew, Re Ba looked through the car window and saw LED screens along the street continuously looping the Speed and Passion 2 trailer; it really was nonstop, 24 hours a day.

She couldn't help but exclaim, "Honey, it's really just like what they said online—the whole city is serving Fast & Furious 2!"

Lin Mo smiled and replied, "Saudi Arabia doesn't lack money; they just want to boost Saudi's international reputation through this."

Re Ba suddenly understood, "Oh, I get it! It's like the royal families and rich people in Dubai and Saudi Arabia flaunting wealth online to raise their country's profile, right?"

"Exactly," Lin Mo nodded, "so you see, people's first impression of Saudi and Dubai is wealth—wearing a banner over their heads, the richest in the world!"

Re Ba laughed, "That really hits the mark!"

Lin Mo continued, "That's also why Prince Salman places such importance on this Speed and Passion 2 shoot. Not only in Riyadh, but throughout Saudi Arabia, whenever we have filming needs, everything is unrestricted. Armored vehicles, helicopters, troops—whatever we want to film, we can."

Re Ba stared in amazement, "That's absurd! No wonder your scenes this time are bigger than the first film."

Arriving at the crew.

Re Ba skillfully greeted the staff, as well as Jushi Johnson, Paul and others.

After all, she appeared in Fast & Furious 1.

She and Cheng Long played father and daughter.

When Lin Mo and Re Ba got married, they both attended the wedding.

Luo Kai and Chen Zhong were discussing something with the props crew; when they saw Re Ba arrive, the two hurried over with respectful smiles.

"Director Chen, Director Luo!" Re Ba laughed, waving at them.

"Boss's Wife, welcome to Saudi Arabia!" Chen Zhong laughed.

Luo Kai quickly added, "Boss's Wife, now that you're here, our crew is flourishing!"

What a fellow!

Chen Zhong gave Luo Kai a look, thinking, "How eager are you to improve!"

Re Ba just smiled after hearing that, then looked at Lin Mo, "Honey, take me around the Fast & Furious 2 set; I want to see how you film!"

Lin Mo nodded, "Let's go, I'll show you around. Lao Luo, Lao Chen, you keep working."

Luo Kai and Chen Zhong promptly replied, "Alright, Boss!"

After Lin Mo and Re Ba walked away, Chen Zhong couldn't help but tease, "Lao Luo, you're really eager to improve!"

Luo Kai laughed, "Don't you want to?"

Chen Zhong shook his head helplessly, "You beat me to the punchline, what else could I say!"

Luo Kai patted his shoulder, "Hey, the two of us still talking about this? Let's go, we still need to report to the props crew."

The Fast & Furious 2 filming site is huge; just the crew numbers in the hundreds, not counting extras.

Lin Mo and Re Ba had only walked a few steps when they saw Gal Gadot walking toward them.

She was dressed in a stylish biker suit, holding a helmet in her hand.

"Re Ba, you're here, what a surprise, long time no see!" Gal Gadot opened her arms and gave Re Ba a light hug.

Re Ba replied with a smile, "Gal, long time no see, you still look so cool!"

In the second film, Gal Gadot still sports a stylish biker outfit, extremely cool.

Gal Gadot shrugged, teasing, "Maybe the director thinks I fit this look~" After that, she even deliberately glanced at Lin Mo.

Then she laughed and teased Re Ba, "Re Ba, you suddenly came to visit, are you worried about Director Lin~"

Re Ba's face flushed slightly, and she smiled, "I... I just simply came to see you film, and maybe learn a bit~"

Gal Gadot blinked, "Learn? You've already acted in Fast & Furious 1, do you still need to learn?"

After a few exchanges, Gal Gadot's scene was about to start, and she had to hurry to prepare.

Before leaving, she didn't forget to tell Re Ba, "In a moment I'll shoot a street‑racing scene; you can watch, guaranteed thrilling!"

Re Ba nodded excitedly, "Sure! I'll definitely watch!"

Lin Mo kept strolling around the set with Re Ba.

Re Ba then realized the crew this time was much larger than Fast & Furious 1, with many more staff.

She couldn't help but exclaim, "Honey, your crew is really huge!"

Lin Mo nodded, "Of course, this shoot's scale and budget exceed the first film; filming in Saudi, resources are abundant, so we can go all out."

Re Ba asked curiously, "What iconic scenes are in the second film? In the first, the most eye‑catching was Fan Di Sai Er and Paul dragging a safe in a wild crash—what about this time?"

Lin Mo gave a mysterious smile, "There are many iconic moments this time, like armored‑car chases and high‑speed desert racing scenes—definitely more spectacular than the first."

Re Ba's eyes lit up, "Wow!"

Just hearing it feels thrilling, and thinking of the audience knowing about these iconic scenes, you can only imagine how much they'd look forward to it.

In the Fast & Furious 2 crew, they're missing nothing; they certainly aren't short of luxury cars or sports cars.

Dozens of them are parked around.

Re Ba saw the gilded sports car from a TikTok video, ran over excitedly, and shouted at Lin Mo, "Wow, it's really gilded! Honey, can you take a few photos for me!"

"Sure!"

Lin Mo smiled and picked up his phone.

After taking a few sets of photos, Re Ba looked around the set at Gal Gadot, Johnson, Fan Di Sai Er and their filming.

Seeing how attentively she watched, Lin Mo smiled and said, "Do you want to appear on camera? I can arrange a few scenes for you."

"Huh?" Re Ba, who was watching seriously, was startled by Lin Mo's words.

Then, Re Ba asked again: "Is there a role suitable for me?"

Hearing this, Lin Mo laughed and said: "You forgot, you're Tang Laoda's junior martial sister, ah. In this timeline, your role just graduated, for example, just happened to be traveling in Saudi Arabia? Then you meet Tang Laoda, and have another brother-sister car racing showdown, you vow to defeat your senior brother...."
