Chapter 476

Song Wanwan came to Mo Du this time to take the Shanghai Theatre Academy's re-exam.

After it ended, she naturally had to go back to continue classes.

After all, art-stream candidates also need to take the college entrance exam.

At the entrance of Hongqiao Airport in Mo Du.

Inside a luxury car.

Lin Mo sat in the driver's seat, with Re Ba and Song Wanwan sitting behind him.

Today is the day to send her back.

Lin Mo turned his head to look at Song Wanwan and instructed: "Go back and study hard, don't just scroll TikTok all day; if you fail your cultural studies, don't cry when you can't get into Shanghai Theatre Academy!"

Of course, Lin Mo was just trying to scare her.

Not to mention failing cultural studies; even if she failed her professional courses, getting into Shanghai Theatre Academy is a sure thing for Song Wanwan.

Hearing her older brother's words, Song Wanwan pouted: "I know! I'm not a little kid anymore!"

"You're not a little kid?" Lin Mo raised an eyebrow: "Fine, after the college entrance exam, you can work to earn your tuition; I'll let your uncle know then!"

"..." Song Wanwan instantly wilted: "Brother!"

Re Ba laughed beside her, shaking her head, reached out to adjust her collar, and softly said: "Wanwan, don't listen to your brother; he's just trying to scare you. When you go back, don't put too much pressure on yourself; just review step by step."

Song Wanwan nodded, eyes shining: "Sister-in-law, you're the best~!"

Re Ba laughed and said: "After you finish your exam, I'll take you to Disney."

"Really?!" Song Wanwan instantly got excited.

Lin Mo in front let out a light hum: "Let's talk after you get in."

"Brother, I will definitely pass!!!"

February.

"Fast and Furious 2" is hotly released worldwide.

During this period, almost no big films clash with "Fast & Furious 2"; all are avoiding its edge.

No way, a person's name, a tree's shadow.

Lin Mo's current reputation is also well-known in the international directors' circle.

Several consecutive films have achieved such terrifying box office results.

It's impossible not to be afraid.

Even in overseas film forums, countless fans are discussing.

They say now Cameron and Spielberg have come out of retirement, wondering if they can compete with Director Lin Mo.

This is Lin Mo's current influence.

Lin Mo hasn't been idle during this period either.

He's been very busy.

The editing of "Batman: The Dark Knight" still needs him to steer.

At this moment, in Morning Light's Film and TV Editing Room.

Lin Mo's team staff are all busy, including his Assistant Director Chen Xing and Yan Xu.

As for Lin Mo, he sat before the color grading console, observing the several curved screens ahead, which displayed Batman's fight scenes from various angles.

"Stop!"

Suddenly, Lin Mo shouted "Stop!"

"Director Lin, what's wrong?" Chen Xing heard and hurriedly pressed pause.

Yan Xu also immediately came over.

Lin Mo took out a laser pen, circled the edge of the screen, and then said: "The Joker's mask reflection is showing through..."

"Also, here, later we need to readjust the color, changing the police station to a gloomy blue-gray...."

Lin Mo said.

Chen Xing and Yan Xu listened attentively.

The other members of the editing team were the same.

And just then.

Lin Mo's phone rang; he glanced at it and saw it was Jiang Wen Laoge calling.

Thus Lin Mo looked at the two and said: "Readjust what I just said, I'm going to take a call!"

"Okay, Director Lin!"

Lin Mo walked out of the editing room.

Then he connected the call from Jiang Wen Laoge.

Younger brother, congratulations! The box office of "Fast & Furious 2" is about to break 2 billion dollars!

On the other end of the phone came Jiang Wen Laoge's laughter.

Currently, "Fast and Furious 2" has been released for 20 days.

As of yesterday, global box office was 19.87 billion.

Breaking the box office of "Fast & Furious 1" is definitely a sure thing.

As for whether it can break "Avatar"'s box office, it's probably not likely.

Perhaps.

Lin Mo's other film "Batman: The Dark Knight" might have a chance.

"Brother, where's your film? When is it going to be released? Don't tell me it's still not edited yet~" Lin Mo said with a smile.

"Heroic Youth" came out two months earlier than when he filmed "Batman: The Dark Knight".

As a result...

Even until now, there's still no reaction.

Hearing this, Jiang Wen gave a dry cough on the other end of the phone: "Cough... uh, artistic creation needs sedimentation..."

"Older brother, I heard from San Ye that your film got sent back twice, right~" Lin Mo said with a smile.

Earlier, when Han San Ye called him, he had mentioned this matter.

He said Jiang Wen's new film is a bit sensitive, and it's been sent back twice by the higher-ups.

But...

Jiang Wen Laoge, out of face, didn't tell Lin Mo about this.

"Cough cough..."

Now, Jiang Wen Laoge's coughing frequency has increased.

And Lin Mo laughed and said: "Older brother, you called me to get a few tips, right~"

"Uh, younger brother, you aren't collaborating with San Ye on some anti-corruption drama, right? When are you coming to Yanjing? It'd be perfect if you and San Ye could help me take a look..."

"Sure, no problem, I'll come over in a few days!"

On the phone, the two chatted for a while before hanging up.

After returning.

Lin Mo told Re Ba about this.

As a result, upon hearing it, she also couldn't stop laughing.

"It turns out Jiang Ge's film hasn't been released because of this, huh~"

"Exactly, being sent back twice in a row, I guess he, the screenwriter, and the team are all confused~" Lin Mo said with a laugh.

"Haha!"

Suddenly, Re Ba thought of something, then grabbed Lin Mo's hand and said: "Honey, I'm flying to Suzhou in two days to visit the set of Lulu's new drama, that is, the series Northbound, which has been filming for almost a week already."

"Go ahead, if you want to act, you can also play a role or something~"

"Mm-hmm~"

This trip to Yanjing, he'll probably need to stay for a week.

As for the editing work on Batman: The Dark Knight, actually the main parts are mostly done; with Chen Xing and Yan Xu's skill level, there's no problem.
