Chapter 608: Fast & Furious 3 Crew Arrives in Xiang Jiang!

In the next two days, Lin Mo stayed at home and properly spent time with his wife and child.

April 17, Xiang Jiang International Airport!

At 10 a. m., when Lin Mo led the main creative team of Speed and Passion 3 out of the airport.

Just as they stepped out of the VIP corridor, they were surrounded by dozens of media crews that had been waiting, and the flashlights instantly formed a sea of light.

One could see each of them holding up a microphone.

"Director Lin, why did you choose Xiang Jiang as the first shooting location for Fast & Furious 3?"

Lin Mo evidently had received the news in advance.

He smiled and said, "Of course it's because of Xiang Jiang's uniqueness; after all, our generation grew up watching Hong Kong movies, and Xiang Jiang's nightscape is also unparalleled!"

Although, the last time filming Batman; The Dark Knight, Lin Mo did shoot on location in Xiang Jiang.

But it was only a short segment.

Then a female reporter pushed to the front, very excited: "Director Lin, will there be road closures for filming this time? Which areas specifically?"

Lin Mo: "Some sections of Central will be temporarily closed at night, and the Tsing Ma Bridge will also feature a major scene. The specific arrangements have been coordinated with the Xiang Jiang Road Transport Department to minimize impact on residents' travel."

Besides Lin Mo,

people like Fan Di Sai Er behind him, Jushi, Paul, Jason and others also attracted great attention.

After all, these are Hollywood superstars!

Of course.

There is also the local Yin Ziwei.

His level of attention is no less than the others.

"Mr. Yin! This time you're playing the role of Han again; any new breakthroughs?"

Yin Ziwei—ever since playing Hannibal, he's become especially obsessed with suits; Xu Dongdong often jokes that their wardrobe can't even fit Yin Ziwei's suits.

Now, he stands in a crisp suit, smiling confidently, and says, "This time Han will have more action and car chase scenes; as for other details, I can't reveal much yet."

"From Fast & Furious 1 to Fast & Furious 3, the role of Han has taken you international; what are your thoughts?"

Hearing the question, Yin Ziwei said with great emotion, "I'm truly grateful to Director Lin for the opportunity; I never imagined I'd achieve such success one day..."

Yin Ziwei has answered this kind of question many times.

But he is extremely earnest each time.

Because he genuinely thanks Director Lin for the chance!

On the other side.

On Instagram, various photos of the Speed and Passion 3 crew arriving in Xiang Jiang spread, instantly becoming a hot topic!

"Fast & Furious 3 crew airdrops! Director Lin Mo leads Hollywood superstars appearing at the airport."

This is a photo taken by a fan on site; who would have thought posting it on Instagram would instantly go viral: "【On‑site Shot. JPG】 What a Top Stream lineup! Director Lin's sunglasses are so cool, and behind him Fan Di Sai Er's muscles are about to burst his suit, hhh!"

The comment section below was bustling.

"Wow! Filming car chases on the Tsing Ma Bridge? Real‑world explosions must be CG? The Road Transport Department actually approved?"

"Yin Ziwei, my Han, so handsome, so handsome!!!"

"Wakaka, Central and the Tsing Ma Bridge, anyone want to randomly meet Director Lin with me?"

"Forget it, we definitely won't get to see him; just being able to snap a photo from afar is enough!"

"Yin Ziwei now really loves suits!"

"hhh, I watched his Hannibal, elegant, so elegant!"

"Welcome Director Lin Mo to Xiang Jiang!"

"......"

That evening, at the Xiang Jiang Peninsula Hotel.

Cheng Long, as the host, specially arranged a welcoming banquet for Lin Mo and the Speed and Passion 3 creative team.

Inside the private room, the floor‑to‑ceiling windows revealed the dazzling night view of Victoria Harbour, and the table was laden with authentic Cantonese delicacies—abalone, roast goose, lobster... the aroma filled the air.

Besides Brother Cheng Long, there were many others.

People like Hong Jingbao, Ceng Zidan, Gu Xiaozhang, Ceng Zhiwei, Xiang Tai and others.

After Lin Mo entered,

everyone smiled and greeted him.

"Director Lin!"

"Director Lin, long time no see!"

"Director Lin, you're getting more handsome!"

Likewise, Lin Mo also greeted them familiarly; none were strangers.

Seeing this scene, one can't help but feel a bit emotional.

One must know, these are all big shots of the Hong Kong circle.

When mainland cinema hadn't fully risen, this circle was basically ruled by Hong Kong.

Thinking back, mainland superstars were only fit for minor roles in Hong Kong films.

Now, seeing Lin Mo, each of them treats him with great respect.

Of course, using the word 'respectful' might be a bit off.

But it's not far off.

Although in every respect Lin Mo is their junior.

But...

After all, Director Lin's achievements are extraordinary.

At 30, he became the world's number one director!

The film's box office repeatedly broke records, setting new world cinema history records.

Everyone there admired Lin Mo to no end.

"Director Lin, my husband and I watched the episode of Actor, Please Take Your Position you were on. Xiang Zuo came back and told us, saying that when he saw you, he was so excited he had prepared everything, but as soon as he went on stage he froze up~" Xiang Tai said, laughing, to Lin Mo.

"This kid told us he wants to take some abstract path; I can't figure out what these young people are thinking~" Xiang Huaqiang also said, laughing.

"Xiang Sheng, being abstract means being funny, it's the comedians' route, and many netizens love this kind of Xiang Zuo~" Ceng Zhiwei still speaks in the familiar voice of Donald Duck.

Lin Mo, after hearing that, also laughed and said: "Xiang Zuo taking this path is indeed fine; I think he also likes it quite a bit!"

That's right.

On Douyin, Xiang Zuo often runs into strangers by chance and then does bizarre antics—you never know what he'll do next second.

For instance, not long ago, Lin Mo had seen footage of Xiang Zuo being secretly filmed by passersby.

Normally, when people see the video of Xiang Zuo, they'd confront the person secretly filming him and tell him to stop; but Xiang Zuo instead says, "Are you single?"

Exactly, that's just how abstract it is.

At that moment.

Cheng Long also came over; he had just finished chatting with Jushi Johnson, Jason, and Fan Di Sai Er.

At this gathering, they only knew Cheng Long.

"What were you chatting about?" Cheng Long laughed and patted Lin Mo on the shoulder.

"They were talking about Xiang Zuo, saying he's very popular on the mainland!" Hong Jingbao said, laughing.

When Xiang Zuo was mentioned, Cheng Long couldn't help but laugh.

"Actor, Please Take Your Position" Cheng Long is one of the judges.

Naturally, there are plenty of funny stories about Xiang Zuo.

After he said that, everyone burst out laughing, and the loudest laughter came from Xiang Tai.
