Chapter 9

The first promotional video for "Bleach" naturally caused a huge stir online.

And at the end of the video, Xu Feng also gave the release date—

The summer vacation slot two months later.

After all, the audience this show is facing is teenagers.

Xu Feng didn't spend his already limited funds on publicity.

Or rather, the Weibo accounts of these stars are the most convenient and cost-saving publicity method—

Yang Mi V: "Hello everyone, I am Yang Mi, I will play the second female lead, Orihime Inoue, in 'Bleach', please support me then~"

Hu Ge V: "This is the coolest role I've ever played, I will definitely not let everyone down."

Jiao Enjun V: "This is an epoch-making masterpiece, I am once again conquered by Little Feng's talent."

The big-star leads posted on Weibo one after another to support it, and attached their set photos.

Whether it's Hu Ge as Ichigo Kurosaki carrying a big sword, the newcomer born after 2000 Zhao Jinmai as the petite and exquisite Rukia, or Jiao Enjun as the noble Byakuya Kuchiki.

All of them earned enough curiosity from the audience.

And Xu Feng as the gentle Aizen, Mr. Li Xuejian as Genryusai Yamamoto, Gao Yuanyuan as Yoruichi Shihoin, and others also exuded amazing charm.

All of them pushed the netizens' expectations to the highest level:

【Just looking at the trailer and the cast, I'm already excited, too cool!】

【To be honest, with so many handsome men and beautiful women dressed so coolly, even if they just stand there and pose, I'm going to watch it!】

【I'm still a bit worried, after all, this is Xu Feng's first time self-directing and starring.】

【The fighting scenes in the trailer are explosive! Especially when Hu Ge shouts 'Getsuga Tensho'.】

With the arrival of the summer vacation slot.

The first thing countless students did after returning home was to open their computers, enter their bookmarked URL, and find the streaming site for "Bleach"—

Kiwi.

The story begins with the meeting between Ichigo Kurosaki, a college student who seems like a delinquent but is actually righteous at heart, and the Soul Reaper girl Rukia Kuchiki.

That's right, considering China's national conditions, Xu Feng made some small modifications to the plot.

Although the romance elements in "Bleach" are so few they can basically be ignored, in order to pass censorship, Xu Feng changed the protagonist's age to a college student.

"You... can see me?"

Rukia looked at Ichigo Kurosaki in amazement.

The story... begins here.

The story unfolds in an orderly manner.

Rukia, by accident, transfers her Soul Reaper power to Ichigo Kurosaki.

And Ichigo Kurosaki also takes on the responsibility of being a Soul Reaper, sending those lost souls to the Soul Society.

As the plot progresses, the audience gradually understands the worldview of this world.

Humans, Soul Reapers, Quincy, Hollows...

Countless audience members and even industry insiders had to marvel at Xu Feng's imagination.

To be able to write such a story.

And in the third episode, the style changes drastically!

Rukia's brother Byakuya Kuchiki, played by Jiao Enjun, arrives with his lieutenant Renji Abarai.

Declaring that transferring Soul Reaper power to a human is a serious crime!

And that they are going to take Rukia back to the Soul Society for execution!

Ichigo Kurosaki naturally wouldn't agree to this, bursting out with amazing perseverance to narrowly defeat the lieutenant Renji Abarai.

However, the next second...

Everyone saw Byakuya Kuchiki walk past Ichigo Kurosaki in a daze.

Then... *slash*!

Blood splattered.

The wound on Ichigo Kurosaki's shoulder gushed like a fountain, and with a "thud," he fell to the ground like a broken puppet with lifeless eyes.

"Too, too powerful..."

Renji Abarai, who was kneeling on the ground, widened his eyes and thought to himself:

"I could only barely see his second strike, the moment he drew his sword, and the action of sheathing it were completely invisible, is this the strength of Captain Kuchiki?!"

And it wasn't just Ichigo Kurosaki and Renji Abarai in the show who were shocked.

The audience in front of the screen also widened their eyes in astonishment.

This, this is too strong, right?

Subsequently, under Byakuya Kuchiki's absolute strength, Rukia is taken away to the Soul Society.

And Ichigo Kurosaki cannot sit idly by while Rukia is sent to the Soul Society for execution.

With the assistance of Kisuke Urahara and Yoruichi Shihoin, he teams up with Orihime Inoue and Uryu Ishida to go to the Soul Society for a rescue.

And here, the full picture of the Soul Society, the Seireitei, and the existence of the Gotei 13.
