Chapter 770

"That's how it is."

"Please!"

In Lin Yu's office, Song Jianguo laid out the entire situation regarding the Armed Police detachment's grand competition.

Every year, as the imperial capital, Yanjing holds a competition and drill for elite armed police from across the country, which is equivalent to a major sweep of the SWAT teams.

In previous years, the armed police in the Yanjing region had the upper hand, but the most elite batch were all picked by the higher-ups for the central government, which left the Yanjing Armed Police detachment with a talent gap.

Other provinces aren't just sitting around either.

Compared to them, the Yanjing Armed Police detachment's performance in the annual competition has been a notch lower than other provinces.

Song Jianguo didn't come to Lin Yu out of the blue;

the incident at the wild lake in the Summer Palace had been archived by the police, and when Song Jianguo saw the file, he was so shocked his eyes almost popped out.

Although they were just small-time thugs, they were experienced, and when they fought, they played for keeps.

But in such a situation,

Lin Yu could still take on a hundred; if this were in ancient times, he would be at the level of a Major General, fierce as hell!

Coupled with witnessing Lin Yu's explosive kick with his own eyes, he made up his mind: only Lin Yu could save the talent-depleted Yanjing Armed Police detachment.

"Is that so!"

"I'll do my best."

Lin Yu gave a bitter smile;

so that was the situation.

He could help with this, but he wasn't sure if his Tai Chi would be of any use.

He didn't dare to make any big promises.

After all, armed police and SWAT competitions are all about the hard-hitting style; although Tai Chi can overcome hardness with softness, Lin Yu knew well that this wasn't a one-day skill, and even with the system's support, he had slowly comprehended these special national martial arts techniques during his morning exercises.

Cramming at the last minute with only a week left probably wouldn't have much effect.

【Mission Reward: 500,000 points.】

???

I have that kind of ability?

System, you didn't make a mistake, did you!

This is a national-level police district competition; I'm not even competing, and you want me to help them win? Isn't that nonsense?
