Chapter 844

"Are you coming to the film festival with us too?"

Liu Yifei said in great surprise at the dining table.

Although it's a film festival, because it bears Jackie Chan's name, most artists cannot enter without an invitation.

If it were someone else,

Liu Yifei would definitely sneer and ignore it.

But seeing Lin Yu say this, she thought he was clinging to her and secretly made up her mind that if someone tried to kick Lin Yu out, she would step forward and speak up for him.

After all, Lin Yu is now a top-tier capital figure; she estimates the Jackie Chan Stunt Team will give him some face.

But Lin Yu on the opposite side didn't think that much.

If he knew the drama Liu Yifei had constructed in her mind, he would definitely laugh out loud.

The Jackie Chan Film Festival had invited him last month, but he was just too busy with the animation studio to have time.

"Lin Yu, try to speak less when you're there."

Liu Yifei reminded him repeatedly.

The people at this Jackie Chan Film Festival are all big shots, and some even hold important positions in government agencies; they must not be offended.

"Yes! Yifei knows more about this, you should listen to her more."

Liu Xiaoli followed up and echoed.

For some reason, she felt inexplicably nervous for Lin Yu.

"Okay."

Seeing the concern of this mother and daughter, Lin Yu felt very warm and responded with a smile.

The Jackie Chan Film Festival is being held in the Zhejiang region this time.

When it was held in Datong last time, it attracted international attention.

Jackie Chan's name is definitely a golden signboard; although the big brother has aged, his achievements and influence are unquestionable, and he is the premier figure in the Chinese film industry.

"That's Sammo Hung's car~"

"And there's Ekin Cheng and Jordan Chan's too."

"Chin Ka-lok and Chin Siu-ho are here too."

"......."

Following the motorcade into the venue,

one could vaguely see big shots and celebrities from various Hong Kong film eras.

None of which failed to demonstrate Jackie Chan's status in making friends.

"What is this for?"

Liu Xiaoli asked curiously when she saw the checkpoint where the front vehicles were passing.

"They should be checking the vehicles."

"Didn't something happen before?"

Liu Yifei frowned slightly.

A few years ago,

the incident where Simon Yam was stabbed in public not only shocked the whole internet but also served as a reminder to the entertainment industry.

A tall tree catches the wind,

human hearts are unpredictable!

Therefore, subsequent artist gatherings would have this search link.

"It seems they are even armed police."
