Chapter 341

But now she had no taboos!

Reba asked, "Why peel off the murals?"

Qin Feng: "To copy them..."

Next, Qin Feng simply explained the composition of the Dunhuang murals to Reba.

From ancient times to the present, mural artisans of every dynasty have left murals in the Mogao Caves.

But the area is limited; this dynasty can only erase the previous dynasty's murals and create new paintings.

Qin Feng: "Just like that, layer by layer, beneath the murals we see, countless ancient brushstrokes are hidden." Reba's expression: O. O!

She said, "Just like a thousand-layer cake, one layer stacked on another?"

Qin Feng: "If you weren't talking about food, you wouldn't use metaphors, right?"

Reba squinted her eyes and smiled: "So the person who left these brushstrokes, in order to copy the murals of each dynasty, peeled off every single layer?" Qin Feng nodded: "That person is Zhang Daqian, a great painter whose authentic works sell for hundreds of millions."

Reba: "(▽—?) Selling for ten billion, this method isn't very honorable!"

"And among these remaining brushstrokes, the signatures were scraped off; what's the difference from '【xxx was here】'? Previously, Zhang Daqian took his family to loot Dunhuang, and dozens of murals were brutally stripped away."

Later, Guo Moruo insisted on excavating the Dingling Tomb, and three thousand cultural relics turned to dust. Qin Feng took Reba's small hand and walked outside.

He said, "Some people, though they possess great talent, lack great virtue." Reba: "Ah yes yes yes~ Whatever my boyfriend says is right."

When the young couple came out of the Mogao Caves.

The live stream finally restarted.

Only then did Qin Feng call Uncle Zhou Feitian.

Reba thought to herself: Qin Feng must be about to do something serious!

Who would have expected!

The moment the call connected.

Qin Feng got straight to the point: "Uncle Zhou, is lunch provided? We can't find any open restaurants to eat at."

Reba:......

After finishing lunch.

The viewers in the live stream finally saw the working state of the 'Stealing Dunhuang' Project team!

The Dunhuang Culture Digital Center provided Feitian image materials.

Old shadow puppetry masters had already carved the models using donkey skin.

And they performed color-ironing processing using pigments mixed by the Academy of Fine Arts.

The pigment color matching was extremely meticulous.

Focusing entirely on a Dunhuang style!

Dunhuang soil and red earth as the base,

white clamshell powder,

red ochre,

ultramarine lapis lazuli,

black rock black,

a translucent glaze for a hazy beauty, with gold powder outlining the details!

As if the Dunhuang murals were replicated onto the shadow puppets!

Reba was completely stunned...

Intangible cultural heritage mixed with a unique style? The key is originality.

And making the Dunhuang murals 'come alive'!

Making it even easier for audiences to understand the story content!

Students from Wudaoxue Academy are responsible for collecting more dance movements.

And the restoration work for instruments such as the Dunhuang pipa and konghou, as well as many wind and string instruments, is quietly underway!

The viewers seeing the 'Stealing Dunhuang' Project team for the first time were all stunned!

-- 【In name it is 'Stealing', but in reality it is 'Revival'!】

-- 【I said long ago that Brother Feng is someone who does great things! Even what we glimpse now is probably just the tip of the iceberg~】

-- 【On the Tianyan Cha website, the personnel composition information for the theme company related to the 'China-Hua Cultural Tourism City' mentioned by Brother Feng has changed; Brother Feng is the boss now!】

-- 【So, the real grand scene will wait until the Cultural Tourism City reopens?】 During the two hours in the afternoon.

Qin Feng let Reba wander around aimlessly in the 'Stealing Dunhuang' Project team.

He himself left for a short while with people from Yinyuexue Academy and the Huaxia Capital Instrument Research Institute. On one hand, to tune instruments like the Dunhuang pipa and konghou.

On the other hand, to record a song for 'The Nine-Colored Deer'!

Cameraman Brother Ni rushed back and forth.

Afraid of missing a single detail.

From pigment mixing to shadow puppetry production, Cameraman Brother Ni filmed everything with full dedication. Although he couldn't follow Brother Feng around in Dunhuang.

But Cameraman Brother Ni felt it was totally worth it!!!

Two hours later.

Reba couldn't help but send a WeChat message to Qin Feng.

Reba: "Emoji 【Kitten Peeking】"

Qin Feng: "Emoji 【Dog Head】"

Reba: "Are you done? I want to come find you~ 【Heart】"

Qin Feng: "Done, recorded another song."

Reba: "To the Dunhuang Culture Bureau? Buy one get one free! They should pay extra! 【doge】"

Qin Feng: "I'll add a BGM to your dance."

Reba: "Really? Love you~ 【heart】"

After waiting a few minutes, Qin Feng stopped replying to messages.

Reba: "【Crying】 I haven't seen you for two hours and twenty minutes!!!!" Qin Feng: "Are you a leech?"

Reba: "Yes! Stick-stick~ 【shy】"

Just as Reba was sending a message on her phone, Qin Feng's voice came from behind. He said, "Stop sticking, let's go."

Reba turned around happily and hung directly onto Qin Feng!

What a move!

Even an octopus would feel ashamed!

Even a koala would sigh in admiration!

It even left the members of the 'Steal Dunhuang' Project Group dumbfounded~

Even with an official announcement, you should still mind your public image~

Have you considered the single people present?

Reba asked: "Where are we going? Won't we leave Dunhuang so soon?"

Qin Feng shook his head and answered: "The phased results haven't been shown yet. Watch the performance!" Reba: "Yay! (MvW)~"

As the sun set and the evening glow faded.

Qin Feng and Reba's Number 2 live stream room was turned on again.

The lens mounted on the tripod.

Aimed at the white screen for the shadow puppetry.

The location was the previous studio; the entire venue was very large.

The difference was that before, only Reba and Qin Feng had come, but now the place was packed with a crowd!

The CCTV multimedia interview vehicle, with its keen sense of smell.

Also arrived in the evening at full speed!

After communicating with Qin Feng, they entered the venue to film the 'phased results' of the 【Steal Dunhuang】 plan!

The live stream viewers were delighted!

-- 【Shadow puppetry telling the stories of Dunhuang murals? A bit excited~】

-- 【I only care if Brother Feng will play another new song!】

-- 【Shadow puppetry - cartoons more suitable for Chinese babies! I pulled my younger brother, who was playing Honor of Kings, over to watch! Uncle Zhou from the Wenlu Bureau walked over.】

He said: "Qin Feng, the CCTV camera positions are set up. Can we start?"
