Chapter 105

And Chen Mo only needed to cooperate with the promotion and record the songs.

After reaching an agreement, both sides signed the contract the next day.

Afterward, the Warner representative hurriedly left Chen Mo's villa.

Three days later...

Chen Mo began the song recording.

The recording location was at Warner Company, because Warner Company possessed the world's most advanced recording studios and had many top-tier master teachers.

After arriving at Warner Company, Chen Mo was taken to the recording studio, and then the Warner representative came over to talk with Chen Mo.

"Uh, Chen... Chen Mo, an album needs at least ten songs, so we have helped you re-record nine songs, and your *BABY* will be the lead single. The copyright of those nine songs will be with us. What do you think?"

The Warner representative said.

Chen Mo thought about it after hearing this and nodded directly: "Okay."

"Great, please wait a moment."

Saying this, the Warner representative turned and left.

Not long after, the Warner representative brought in nine other songs and a music director.

After a simple introduction, Chen Mo took the nine songs and looked at them roughly first.

The quality of these nine songs varied, and Chen Mo hadn't heard the song titles in his previous life.

Chen Mo didn't care about this.

After all, an album has one lead single, and the others are just freebies; this practice is simply too normal!

Not only would the singer not find it strange, but the listeners wouldn't either.

You have to know, where would there be so many high-quality songs?

So after simply familiarizing himself with the nine songs, Chen Mo began recording.

The recording process was very boring, and one could even say very tiring.

Because a song needs to be sung repeatedly many times, and then the best version is chosen from the many versions.

In the following time, Chen Mo went to Warner Music during the day and returned home at night to continue practicing.

And during the time Chen Mo was recording the songs, Warner announced to the outside world that Chen Mo was about to release an album.

This news was just a ripple in the vast ocean of North America.

But Chen Mo's die-hard fans immediately paid attention after learning that Chen Mo was going to release an album.

On the internet...

In these few years, it had become increasingly rich due to the rise of the internet.

And forums also began to appear!

In one forum called 'Protect the Best Him', this forum was specially established by Chen Mo's die-hard fans for Chen Mo.

It contained many teenage girl fans and 'mom' fans.

"Oh! God! Mo Mo is releasing an album!"

"Really? Today isn't April Fool's Day! And this joke isn't funny at all!"

"I swear on my life! Warner Music released the news five minutes ago, you can see it online now!"

"God! It's actually true!"

"Ah! Mo Mo is releasing an album! My Mo Mo is releasing an album! I want to buy it! I will definitely buy it!"

"Finally, I can see Mo Mo!"

The originally calm forum exploded instantly.

Time passed very quickly...

In a flash, a month passed.

August '97, after a month, all of Chen Mo's songs were finished recording, and the next step was post-production. Additionally, Warner Music officially began external promotion!

As expected of North America's number one record company, when the official external promotion began, overwhelming publicity was carried out in rounds of bombardment.

Whether it was radio or the internet that had risen in recent years, promotional advertisements for Chen Mo's new album could be seen everywhere!

And under this intensity of promotion, more and more people began to pay attention to Chen Mo's new album.

At the same time, during this period, many paparazzi appeared again in places Chen Mo often frequented, starting to sneak photos of Chen Mo.

Those sneak photos were put on the internet, some printed in newspapers, and for a time, Chen Mo's fame rose greatly.

Everything seemed to have returned to four years ago, back to the time when Chen Mo first won the Best Actor in a Comedy award!
