Chapter 224

Chen Mo was too lazy to bother with Cheng Long and said directly.

Hearing Chen Mo's words, Cheng Long opened his mouth and finally sighed helplessly.

That's right!

Anyway, his family is rich; if he loses it, he loses it.

Time ticked away bit by bit.

In the time that followed, Chen Mo remained filming with the New Police Story crew.

During the filming, Xie Tingfeng's girlfriend, Zhang Baizhi, would also come to visit the set when she had nothing to do.

At the beginning, Zhang Baizhi was worried that Chen Mo would tell Xie Tingfeng about what happened before, but seeing that Xie Tingfeng didn't know, she relaxed in her heart.

Soon, the time reached June.

New Police Story wrapped up. After attending the wrap-up party, Chen Mo left the crew and returned to the mainland.

And the day after Chen Mo returned to the mainland, Zhou Jielun's second album was released by Momo Company!

Zhou Jielun's second album was titled Eight Dimensions of Space. It contained quite a few works that everyone had heard in the future, including Dragon Fist, Half-Beast, etc.

This album continued the style of the previous two albums, still focusing on extremely fast speed and rap.

When the album was released, it achieved good results in sales!

On the first day, the album sales in the mainland reached 210,000 copies.

Although it was far behind Chen Mo's Starry Sky, it was still considered top-tier compared to others.

Then, in the days that followed, the sales of Zhou Jielun's album continued to soar.

In order to continue increasing the album's sales, Chen Fu arranged some variety shows and commercial performances for Zhou Jielun.

In addition to Zhou Jielun's album, the film and television department of Momo Company was also arranging for signed artists during this time, finding resources and scripts for them.

Among them, Dong Jie had previously made a name for herself with The Story of a Noble Family, and after joining Momo Company, Momo Company arranged for her to audition for a movie and a TV drama.

The TV drama was titled Flying Daggers Don't Ask Questions; Dong Jie passed the audition and became the heroine of this drama.

And she also passed the audition for the movie.

It could be said that after joining Momo Company, Dong Jie obtained the resources she wanted.

Liu Yifei was recently sent by Momo Company to participate in an audition for a TV drama titled Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, and she had also passed the audition and was preparing to start filming soon.

Mei Yanfang was busy with her concert tour and had no plans to release an album for the time being.

Finally, for those Western stars, Johnny from the North American Momo Company also gave them some resources.

Mid-June.

Momo Company sent audition invitations to some domestic actors.

Some actors who received the invitations were excited!

Although the outside world was not very optimistic about this major production from Momo Company, some were even disdainful, and some actors were even dismissive, but in their hearts, they all wanted to participate.

Momo Company, in Chen Fu's office.

At this moment, Chen Mo was sitting opposite Chen Fu, and Chen Fu was looking at Chen Mo with a strange expression.

"What did you just say?"

"I said the director is me; I want to direct this movie."

"Son, have you become arrogant? Or are you running a fever?"

Chen Fu said, raising his hand to touch Chen Mo's forehead.

Chen Mo's face darkened instantly. He dodged Chen Fu's palm and then laughed: "Dad, I'm serious. I'm a student majoring in directing."

"What nonsense are you talking about? A directing major student, have you ever attended a single class? Do you know which direction the school gate faces?"

"Northeast direction."

Chen Mo blurted out.

Chen Fu slapped the table and said: "Northeast direction! The school gate was rebuilt last year; it's facing due east now!"

Chen Mo: "..."

"Son, although our family is rich—not to mention anything else, we have billions of US dollars—but money shouldn't be spent like this. It's a 200 million investment, and plus promotion—promotion will cost at least over 10 million US dollars. This money can't be wasted."

Chen Fu said earnestly.

Chen Mo didn't want to talk to Chen Fu anymore.

He picked up his phone and called Chen Mu directly.

"Mom, I was in the parking lot downstairs at the company just now and saw my dad buy another..."

Slap...

Before he could finish, the phone was snatched by Chen Fu and hung up.

"It's you! Momo, I believe in you. You must be the director of this movie!"

Then Chen Fu pointed at Chen Mo and said seriously.

Chen Mo laughed: "Thank you, Dad."

Chen Fu also smiled like a flower and said: "Then about my car?"

"That car only cost about 100,000, right?"

Chen Mo blinked.

Chen Fu nodded hurriedly.

Father and son reached an agreement.

Then Chen Mo asked about the situation at the communications company.

With Chen Fu's capital injection, the communications side was completely in a free-range state, and Chen Mo rarely paid attention to it now.

"We still have the same shares. Now the internet economy is better than last year, and the communications side has also turned from loss to profit. A while ago, Little Ma called me and said that the number of registered users for communications has exceeded 100 million."

Chen Fu roughly explained the situation of the communications company.

Chen Mo nodded after hearing this.

Then Chen Mo asked about vehicles and other issues in the Transformers movie.

"The prototype vehicle for Optimus Prime is tentatively set as the FAW Jiefang heavy truck, and the prototype for Megatron is currently tentatively set as our domestic military's J-7 fighter jet model."

Speaking of this, Chen Fu thought of something, took a form out of the drawer nearby, and handed it to Chen Mo: "Anyway, it's all here, you take a look yourself."

Chen Mo took the form and began to read it.

The form contained the prototypes for the Transformers cars, fighter jets, or tanks in the script.

For fighter jets and tanks, Chen Mo actually felt it wasn't a big problem. In fact, when the domestic military agreed to participate, Chen Mo didn't worry anymore!

One must know that the rabbits are the type to make a fortune in silence.

Although it is 2003 now, the combat effectiveness is actually already very strong.

It's just that many things haven't been revealed. As long as they reveal a little bit, they can make various countries surprised.

What Chen Mo was more worried about was a sports car like Bumblebee.

At this time, there were no domestic sports cars in the country!

No...

It seems there is one!

Geely Beauty Leopard!

Thinking of this car in his mind, Chen Mo shook his head immediately.

Forget it.

Let's stick to the original version; after all, when Paramount started filming Transformers in his previous life, they didn't all use American cars either.

Let's look domestically first; if we can't find it, we'll use foreign ones!

After making the decision in his heart, Chen Mo stuffed the form into his pocket, and after saying a word to Chen Fu, he left the company.

Three days later.

Momo Company began the second announcement of the Transformers project.

The announcement included the list of directors directing this movie as well as the list of crew members for post-production and other aspects.

In addition, it also announced the preliminary prototype image of Optimus Prime in Transformers.

When they saw the image of Optimus Prime, some netizens who had been following this movie and major companies were shocked!

One must know that in his previous life, the Transformers movie was released in 2007.

Chen Mo directly brought the movie forward by four years!

Showing things from the future to people of the past, one can imagine how shocked everyone was!

Robots!
