Chapter 24

On the day the contract was signed, the two went to the bank together, and Chen Fu and Chen Lin transferred their respective investments into a special account.

After the funds arrived, Director Chen Lin left that same day.

At the same time.

In Chen Mo's home, the system's voice suddenly rang in Chen Mo's mind.

【Ding! Congratulations to the host for investing in a script for the first time, unlocking the 'Investment Newcomer' achievement, and rewarding the system with one lottery draw opportunity.】

Hearing the system's voice, Chen Mo's heart moved.

"Start the lottery."

【Ding! Lottery draw successful, congratulations to the host for obtaining Primary Acting Skills.】

"Mo Mo, what are you doing?"

At this moment, Chen Mu's voice came from outside the door.

Then the door opened, and Chen Mu walked in.

"Mom, what's wrong?"

Chen Mo moved his thoughts away from the system, turned his head, raised his head, and looked at Chen Mu to ask.

"Mo Mo, Mom wants to sign you up for an interest class, what do you want to learn?"

Chen Mu smiled, squatted down, raised her hand, and rubbed Chen Mo's head to ask.

"I want to learn a musical instrument."

Chen Mo said directly without thinking.

"A musical instrument?"

Chen Mu was stunned, and a few seconds later, she smiled and nodded: "Okay, Mom will help you look into it these few days."

"Mm, okay."

Time flew by...

Soon another week passed.

During this week, Chen Mu signed Chen Mo up for a guitar interest class.

The day after signing up, Chen Mu took Chen Mo to the interest class, and coincidentally, Yang Mi also signed up for a child actor training class for the summer vacation, and the training class and the interest class happened to be in the same place, so the two of them met almost every day during this week.

In addition, because of the relationship between Chen Mo and Yang Mi, Yang Mu and Chen Mu also gradually became familiar with each other and became good sisters.

If we use the words of later generations, they were good besties!

On the other side...

In Zhuozhou Film and Television City, Chen Lin was sitting by the camera at this moment, holding a brick-sized mobile phone and talking to someone on the other end of the line.

"Old Chen, I've looked at this script, it has potential, but there's a troublesome matter..."

The person on the other end of the mobile phone was a director named Zhu Ping.

And coincidentally, this director named Zhu Ping was the director who directed "Shaolin Popey: Oolong Courtyard" in his previous life.

"What troublesome matter?"

Chen Lin asked while looking at the footage that had just been filmed.

"The plot of the script has a lot of gimmicks, but there are some problems with the actors. The adult actors are fine, but the main thing is that we need two child actors, and child actors are not easy to find..."

Zhu Ping said.

Hearing Zhu Ping's words, Chen Lin frowned and thought for a while, then that figure from a while ago appeared in his mind.

"I have a candidate here, he looks good and is very likable, he looks like he's very suitable for this line of work..."

Speaking of this, the image of Chen Mo throwing a tantrum appeared in Chen Lin's mind again, and then he added: "He also has a sense of cleverness and spirituality, he should be quite suitable for the role of Xiao Wen in the script."

"Okay, then you contact him on your end."

Zhu Ping on the other end of the phone said directly after hearing this.

"Mm, then I'll hang up first, I'll make a call to ask."

Chen Lin hung up the phone after saying this. * ===== CHAPTER 26 =====
