Chapter 289

Just then, a knock came from outside the door.

"Come in."

The door opened, and Chen Mo walked in from outside.

After entering, Chen Mo saw little Downey and immediately raised an eyebrow.

What a coincidence!

Jon hurriedly stood up and said politely, "Chen... how did you come here?"

Chen Mo smiled and said, "Just came to take a look."

As he spoke, Chen Mo walked up to Downey, smiled, and reached out his hand, saying, "Hello, Mr. Downey. It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm a fan of yours. I've seen your film *Chaplin*, and I really like your performance."

Yes, little Downey had also starred in the film *Chaplin*. He was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor for that very film. Although he didn't win, it made him famous. However, he later ruined his own career and ended up inside.

Looking at the hand Chen Mo extended, Downey felt flattered at this moment!

He had once been infinitely glorious, but that was only in the past.

Having hit walls everywhere these past two years, he already knew he was no longer the A-list actor he once was. Many people looked down on him, but he hadn't expected this Hollywood A-list star before him to be so polite to him.

He should be so respectful to him!

This gave Downey a very good impression of Chen Mo.

"Hello, Chen Mo. Thank you for your appreciation. I've also seen your films, and I really like them too."

Little Downey hurriedly reached out his hand and said.

Chen Mo smiled.

Then he looked little Downey up and down, comparing him in his mind to the future Iron Man, and the two shadows gradually overlapped.

"Hey, Mr. Downey, can you say a line of dialogue?"

Chen Mo said suddenly.

Downey was stunned for a moment, but he quickly reacted and nodded hurriedly, "Of course I can."

Chen Mo said, "Say this now: I am Iron Man."

After hearing this, little Downey pondered for a moment, then straightened his back, adopted a somewhat arrogant tone, and recited that classic line from Marvel.

"I am Iron Man!"

Hearing little Downey's words, Chen Mo nodded with a smile.

"Good, Iron Man is you."

"What?"

Little Downey widened his eyes in disbelief.

"However, if you want to play Iron Man, you need to sign a contract with our Mo Mo Company and become a contracted actor for our company. I'll have someone bring the contract over in a moment. Mr. Downey, you can decide whether to sign after reading it."

Chen Mo said to himself.

Downey reacted and hurriedly nodded, "Okay."

Then Chen Mo had a staff member bring the contract. After the contract was brought over, Downey took it and started reading.

The contract term was 20 years. In terms of compensation and profit sharing, it was very good compared to other Hollywood companies. As for the breach of contract penalty, it was 1 billion USD.

Apart from the contract duration and the high penalty, there were no other issues.

Downey signed the contract without hesitation. ===== CHAPTER 291 =====
