Chapter 323

Hearing Chen Fu's words, Chen Mo smiled.

His old man is still as direct and decisive as ever.

In the time that followed, the three of them discussed for a long time.

It wasn't until the afternoon that Chen Mo left the company.

The next day, Mo Mo Company began preparations for the program upgraded from "The Voice of China" to "The Voice of the World."

And Chen Mo went to the Spring Festival Gala rehearsal site for a trip.

After arriving at the rehearsal site, Chen Mo found Lang Kun and then sang the song "When You Are Old" that he had written.

After hearing Chen Mo finish singing "When You Are Old," Lang Kun immediately made the decision that this song would be sung at the Spring Festival Gala!

With the song confirmed, Chen Mo spent the rest of the day at the Spring Festival Gala rehearsal site.

When evening arrived, Chen Mo left the Spring Festival Gala rehearsal site and then gave Li An a call.

The call went through.

Li An's high-spirited voice sounded: "Haha, Chen Mo, what made you think of calling me?"

In 2002, Li An had invited Chen Mo to star in a film called "Brokeback Mountain," which was rejected by Chen Mo without hesitation at the time.

And last year, Li An found two other Hollywood male actors to star in it. The film was released in the first half of this year, and the response was huge. Many people praised this film as a classic work, and relying on this film, Li An was nominated for the Oscar for Best Director, which is why Li An was so high-spirited.

"Director Li, I have a film here, which is the 'Transformers' I filmed before. I am preparing to film the second part now. I wonder if Director Li is interested?"

Chen Mo asked with a smile.

Hearing Chen Mo's words, Li An's expression suddenly changed.

Transformers!

A big production!

And it's a series film!

He was nominated for Best Director this time, and to prove himself again, he must rely on a big production.

"Chen Mo, I need to consider this matter."

Li An said.

Although he decided in his heart to film it, after all, he is someone who has been nominated for an Oscar for Best Director, so he has to be a little reserved.

"Good, then I'll wait for Director Li's call."

"Hmm, good. By the way, do you know about this year's Oscar nominations?"

Li An asked.

"Hmm, I haven't paid much attention. What's wrong?"

Chen Mo asked puzzledly.

Li An smiled: "Heath received a nomination for Best Actor."

Heath is the male lead of the film "Brokeback Mountain," and he is also the one who played the Joker in later generations. His acting skills are very strong, but this guy died of poisoning due to excessive medication in 2009.

"Oh, congratulations to him."

Chen Mo smiled.

Li An: "..."

"Alright, Director Li An, I've arrived home. I'll talk to you next time and treat you to a meal."

"Uh, good, goodbye."

The call was disconnected, and Li An felt a bit depressed.

He originally wanted to make Chen Mo feel regretful for refusing to star in "Brokeback Mountain," but he didn't expect the other party didn't seem to notice his hint.

Did he really not notice? Or was he pretending?

Li An began to ponder in his heart.

The next day, Chen Mo received a call from Li An.

On the other end of the phone, Li An agreed to direct "Transformers."

After getting Li An's confirmation, Chen Mo called Chen Fu to tell him.

Afterwards, Chen Mo picked up his phone, preparing to call Liu Yifei to ask her out and treat her to seafood.

However, at this moment, his phone received a call from Jiang Xin.

Seeing it was a call from Jiang Xin, Chen Mo was stunned for a moment.

Does he actually like Jiang Xin?

That's really hard to say.

When things happened with Jiang Xin back then, it was mainly because he had just become an adult. He was originally a reborn person, and with his mature thinking, he had held it in for more than ten years. Plus, Jiang Xin's reputation in later generations was quite good, and he felt she wasn't a person who would cause trouble, so things happened between them.

Actually, it could be said that the two of them were just a transaction.

He got release, and Jiang Xin starred in "Transformers," gained fame, and established a firm foothold in the circle.

Recently, the two hadn't been in contact, and Chen Mo had almost forgotten about Jiang Xin.

After pondering for a moment...

Chen Mo answered the phone.

After the call went through, Chen Mo heard Jiang Xin's voice on the other end: "I made some food at home. Do you want to come over to eat?"

Hearing Jiang Xin's words...

Chen Mo's heart suddenly stirred.

The two words "cook" appeared in Chen Mo's mind.

In addition to that slightly chubby and plump...

"Good."

Chen Mo agreed directly.

"Hmm, good, I'll wait for you."

Jiang Xin's voice on the other end of the phone revealed joy.

Afterwards, the two hung up the phone.

Chen Mo put away his phone, then put on a mask and a hat and went out the door. ===== CHAPTER 325 =====
