Chapter 380

"No, it's an old friend who wants to entrust me to ask you to participate in the filming of a movie."

Chris Columbus said helplessly on the other end of the phone.

He actually didn't want to make this call; after all, after "Harry Potter 7" was taken off the shelves, they would have to prepare for "Harry Potter 8." If Chen Mo took this movie from his old friend, the filming progress of Harry Potter 8 would definitely be pushed back.

However, he was good friends with this person, so Chris Columbus finally decided to help ask.

"What movie? Is there a script?"

Chen Mo asked.

"The script is called 'I Am Legend.' I'll send the script to your email in a moment."

"Mm, okay."

The two hung up after speaking.

Half an hour later, Chen Mo returned home.

After entering the courtyard, Chen Mo greeted Grandma and Mother Chen, then went upstairs.

Arriving in his bedroom, Chen Mo opened his computer, logged into his email, and saw the email sent by Chris Columbus.

Chen Mo opened the email and looked at the script inside, and his expression became somewhat strange.

No wonder Chen Mo felt a bit familiar when Chris Columbus mentioned "I Am Legend" earlier.

It turned out to be the script for "I Am Legend"!

"I Am Legend" was a doomsday zombie movie starring Will in his previous life.

Although it was a doomsday zombie movie, there weren't many horror elements in it, and even the actors needed for it were good.

It was basically a one-man show for the protagonist.

This movie was a real test of acting skills.

Although this movie didn't win any awards in his previous life, many people knew that the acting skills required for this movie were definitely not low.

It's his disciple's movie...

Should he film it?

Chen Mo began to struggle.

After a moment.

Chen Mo made a decision!

He would film it!

This couldn't be considered him stealing Will's movie, after all, the other party took the initiative to come to him, and to be honest, Will not filming this movie wouldn't have any impact on him, because Will's truly famous movies were the Men in Black series and "The Pursuit of Happyness."

Thinking of this, Chen Mo took out his phone and called Chris Columbus directly.

The call was answered quickly.

"Hey, Chen Mo, have you read the script?"

Chris Columbus asked on the other end of the phone.

Chen Mo said: "I read it, the script is good. Have your friend contact me later, I want to talk to him personally."

"Okay."

Then the two said a few words and hung up.

Ten minutes later, Chen Mo received a call from Francis, the director of "I Am Legend."

Francis: "Hello, Mr. Chen Mo."

Chen Mo smiled: "Hello, Director Francis."

"I heard what Chris said, thank you for participating in this movie."

"Heh heh, you're too polite. It's mainly because this script is very good, and I've also been trying out new types of scripts lately."

"By the way, I saw that the script also needs a female actress. May I ask if there's a candidate for the female lead?"

Chen Mo asked.

Hearing Chen Mo's words, Francis was stunned for a moment, then smiled and said: "There's no candidate yet. Does Mr. Chen Mo have any recommended actors?"

Chen Mo smiled: "I think Anne Hathaway is very suitable for the female lead in this movie."

Francis raised his eyebrows after hearing this.

Hollywood had always rumored that Chen Mo and Anne Hathaway's relationship was unusual; now it seemed it really was unusual!

"Okay, I will invite Ms. Anne Hathaway to audition later."

"Mm, then thank you for the trouble."

The two chatted for a while, then made an appointment for the time to sign the contract.

After chatting for about half an hour, the two hung up. ===== CHAPTER 382 =====
