Chapter 414: Selected as a torchbearer, becoming the person to ignite the Olympic flame!

"Nationwide charity!..."

Wang Jinghua thought about Chen Mo's words repeatedly.

The more she thought about it, the more shocked she felt.

"Yes, everyone doesn't need to truly donate money or trees, they only need to participate in offline energy-saving and emission-reduction sports, and participate in various commercial activities of Ali, to accumulate energy and participate in planting trees."

Chen Mo stated his idea.

No company does charity just for the sake of charity.

The Ant Forest plan is the same.

As long as the Ant Forest plan starts, it can promote Alibaba while doing charity, and improve Alibaba's image in the eyes of the public.

It can be said to be killing many birds with one stone.

"If it's really possible to do charity without spending a penny, then many people will definitely be willing to participate."

Wang Jinghua said excitedly.

"Momo, you are simply a genius!"

Looking at Chen Mo lying on the sofa, Wang Jinghua couldn't help but praise.

The Ant Forest plan almost broke through all previous charity plans.

You know, whether it was stars or companies before, they did charity in their own names; Chen Mo directly subverted this tradition.

Bringing charity actions to everyone.

The effect will definitely double.

"Then I'll give orders now to prepare to carry out the Ant Forest charity activity."

Wang Jinghua couldn't wait.

She was very curious about what kind of huge waves would be stirred up among the public by the proposal of such a novel concept.

……

Soon, the concept of the Ant Forest charity activity was proposed by Wang Jinghua at the press conference.

As soon as the press conference ended, the entire media industry was shocked by this novel concept, and major news outlets scrambled to report the relevant news.

"Alibaba Group proposes a new all-staff charity concept."

"Charity without donations, the Ant Forest plan."

"Is the charity that everyone can participate in true or false?"

"Subverting the traditional charity model, Alibaba may open a new world of charity."

Charity without donations?

And everyone can participate for free?

The Ant Forest plan is too advanced, and many members of the public were attracted by the news headlines and began to learn about the Ant Forest plan proposed by Alibaba.

When they learned that this charity was for the whole society, the public boiled over.

Just participate in offline sports and use Alibaba products normally to donate trees for free.

All tree donations are funded by Alibaba, but the donor's name is filled in by the public.

Simply unheard of.

Now the Ant Forest plan is still just a concept, but many netizens already want to participate.

For ordinary people, doing charity is actually a very troublesome thing, but now you can do charity just by living normally, and you can also strengthen your body.

Very meaningful.

Many people praised Alibaba.

Especially when they knew that the Ant Forest plan was proposed by Chen Mo, they praised Chen Mo for doing real charity.

Unlike other companies, where donations are just to shape a persona.

This kind of charity that is truly implemented on the public is real charity.

However, the concept of Ant Forest is too advanced, and many people also questioned whether Alibaba's donations could be implemented, and there were many comments on Weibo expressing doubts about this.

"It's impossible just by hearing it; who would spend money to help others do charity?"

"It's so simple to plant trees, will Alibaba really spend so much money?"

"These companies all talk nicely."

"I bet they can't do any Ant Forest."

"It's all a gimmick, does anyone really believe it?"

There were also some netizens who thought this was just a gimmick created to restore the reputation of Chen Mo investing hundreds of millions to make games.

……

Hollywood.

*I Am Legend* successfully wrapped up, and Chen Mo returned to the hotel, preparing to catch the flight back to China the next day.

"Are you really leaving so soon, not staying for two more days?"

Hathaway leaned on Chen Mo's chest, feeling his solid muscles, her tone very reluctant.

"I heard that Emma and the others all plan to come find you these two days, don't you want to stay with them for a while longer?"

Saying that, Hathaway stretched out her index finger and drew circles on Chen Mo's chest one by one.

"Not staying, there are still things to handle in China."

Chen Mo didn't have much of a reaction.

Compared to foreign countries, he still prefers to stay in the country.

Besides, if he doesn't go back quickly, he estimates that Yang Mi and Liu Yifei, these two girls, could eat him alive.

Seeing Chen Mo's attitude so firm, Hathaway didn't say anything even if she was reluctant, just reached out and hugged Chen Mo's waist tightly.......

"Then you accompany me for a while longer tonight."

That's no problem.

Chen Mo smiled.

Anyway, his stamina now is quite amazing.

……

The next day, Hathaway was still fast asleep, and Chen Mo had already taken a flight back to the country.

As soon as he got off the plane, Chen Mo received a call from Wang Jinghua.

"Momo, the Olympic Organizing Committee has approved your torchbearer application and arranged for you to be the last leg, which is to let you be the torchbearer who ignites the Olympic flame."

On the phone, Wang Jinghua's tone was very excited.

This is a very proud thing.

The Olympic Games are held every four years; China fought for how many years and finally won the qualification for the first Olympic Games to be held in China.

The number of people who signed up to become torchbearers for this Olympic Games is countless; one must be the most qualified person to represent China's image to be selected as a torchbearer.

And the leg that ignites the flame is the most important leg.

It will be famous all over the world and will also be recorded in Olympic history.

How many people dream of not getting such a qualification.

Now Chen Mo was actually selected as the last leg of the Olympic torch, which undoubtedly greatly enhanced Chen Mo's fame.

"That's great!"

Chen Mo was also very happy to hear this news.

After all, being an Olympic torchbearer is a first in his life, and he also attaches great importance to this opportunity.

Soon, the list of all torchbearers was officially published by the Olympic Organizing Committee. When they saw that the person who finally ignited the flame was Chen Mo, the public boiled over again.

The Alibaba Ant Forest plan was still being promoted, and Chen Mo was selected as a torchbearer.

If this charity plan can really be implemented. ===== CHAPTER 416 =====
