Chapter 745

"It's okay, as long as the promotion is in place, everything will be clear when the movie is released."

Regarding what Wang Jinghua said, Chen Mo did not panic.

These are all things that were expected to happen.

Whether a movie can break into the market depends on the quality and reputation of the movie.

"By the way, Sister Wang, help me take this to DreamWorks."

Wang Jinghua was about to step out when Chen Mo suddenly called her.

Then he handed her the USB and draft drawings on the table.

"What is this? Mo Mo, are the cartoon characters you designed? Why do some of the characters on it only have one eye? They look so cute."

As soon as Wang Jinghua picked up Chen Mo's draft drawings, she was immediately attracted by the cartoon character images on Chen Mo's draft drawings.

"Yes, an animated movie I just thought of, titled *Despicable Me*."

Chen Mo explained to Wang Jinghua.

It was mainly because Chen Mo ate a lot of bananas during this trip to India.

Every time he finished filming and had nothing to do, he would draw casually on the table, and after he finished drawing, he realized he had drawn the Minions.

He still remembered that the Minions were very popular in his past life.

It just so happened that *Despicable Me* hadn't been produced in this life, so Chen Mo simply made this movie himself.

First, occupy the IP.

"Okay, I will send the things to DreamWorks for production immediately; this is too cute, it will definitely be a big hit."

Wang Jinghua liked the Minions Chen Mo designed very much; they looked too cute.

Even she thought this cartoon character was cute, so other little girls seeing this cartoon character would definitely think it was even cuter.

Immediately, Wang Jinghua sent all the scripts and images Chen Mo wrote to DreamWorks.

She didn't know much about the production of cartoon movies, but intuitively felt that this movie should be very popular.

Originally, Wang Jinghua thought that the feedback from DreamWorks would also be positive, but who knew that after DreamWorks received the news, they immediately raised questions.

"The creativity of this movie is indeed very good, and the image design is also very cute, but..."

The tone of the person in charge of DreamWorks was a bit hesitant.

"Just say it directly."

Wang Jinghua spoke.

"It's just that the protagonist of this movie is a super big villain. All the protagonists of past anime movies are positive characters because the main audience for animated movies is children. If the protagonist is a super big villain, it might be boycotted by parents around the world."

The person in charge of DreamWorks expressed his concerns.

The production of animated movies looks simple, but in reality, there are many things to consider.

For example, the influence on children.

There has never been an animated movie where the protagonist is a super big villain.

To be honest, DreamWorks dare not make this movie.

Wang Jinghua was also stunned when she heard the words on the phone.

It seems that is indeed the case; among all the animated movies she has seen, there is not one protagonist who is a negative character.

"I see, I will go and ask about this matter."

Wang Jinghua was also afraid that if this movie was produced, it would have a negative impact on Mo Mo Company.

After hanging up the phone, she went to Chen Mo's office.

At this time, Chen Mo was preparing to pack up and leave, and he was stunned when he saw Wang Jinghua coming to the office.

"Is there anything else, Sister Wang?"

Chen Mo asked.

Wang Jinghua didn't delay Chen Mo's off-work time and expressed the concerns of DreamWorks.

"Mo Mo, there is absolutely no problem with the character image you designed; it's just whether you can change the story setting. If so, this movie will definitely sweep the world."

Wang Jinghua didn't beat around the bush at all.

She said whatever she had to say directly.

"No need, the characters need to be set this way to be interesting."

Chen Mo shook his head and insisted on his own ideas.

"Don't worry, there will be no problem with this movie."

Afraid that Wang Jinghua was still worried, Chen Mo spoke to comfort her.

Hearing Chen Mo say this, even if Wang Jinghua still had concerns in her heart, they were dispelled by Chen Mo's tone.

Anyway, Chen Mo's decisions had never gone wrong; just follow his decisions.

*Despicable Me* also thoroughly began production.

……

After a period of time, *Slumdog Millionaire* had been produced, and Wang Jinghua arranged for the promotion and premiere of the movie.

On the other side, *3 Idiots* was also produced around the same time.

It also started to set the release date and prepare for the premiere at the same time.

Since the production of the two movies began, many audiences had been looking forward to the release of the two movies.

Everyone wanted to know if Mo Mo Company could shake Bollywood's position in Southeast Asia this time.

As long as Mo Mo Company successfully shook Bollywood's position this time, Mo Mo Company would be considered to have successfully broken into the Southeast Asian film market.

This is definitely a market that is not small.

In the global film industry, Mo Mo Company can definitely rank in the forefront.

……

A few days later, *Slumdog Millionaire* and *3 Idiots* both confirmed their release on the weekend, with the release time of the two movies only one day apart.

*3 Idiots* was released on Saturday first, and then *Slumdog Millionaire* was released on Sunday.

On Saturday, there were many people going to the cinema to support *3 Idiots*.

In addition to Bollywood fans, there were also many people who came to watch the excitement.

Many people wanted to watch both movies at the same time before making an evaluation.

The full-seat rate of the premiere of *3 Idiots* was very high, almost reaching 88%.

When the movie officially started, laughter began to appear one after another in the cinema.

It must be said that *3 Idiots* is a very typical Bollywood-style movie, filled with a large amount of music and musicals.

Overall, it still made the audience feel very happy.

Some fans even began to worry about whether the box office of *Slumdog Millionaire* would become high after watching this movie.

After all, *3 Idiots* can be considered a very well-completed movie. ===== CHAPTER 747 =====
