Chapter 547

In the blink of an eye, the fifteen-day roadshow had ended.

The domestic first-week box office for The Chumen World was quite good, under the shameless promotion of Zhou Pang online.

The first-week box office was 375 million.

It ranked third domestically, second only to The Matrix's 460 million and Avatar's 410 million.

PS: Adding a second chapter.

Thanks to Wu Yanzu for the tickets.

Continuing.

Ten tickets for an extra chapter!

279 Overseas box office hits over 400 million, Hollywood celebration banquet arranged, sending a foreign horse, a surprise exchanged for a 12-point driver's license.

After fifteen days of release, the domestic box office reached 670 million.

Yesterday, there was still 30 million in box office.

One good thing about deep films like this compared to popcorn movies is their longevity.

Brainless popcorn movies can have a big explosion in a short time, but they can only explode for two weeks at most.

Then they will take a nosedive.

The Chumen World is different. Qin Yun Culture's survey shows that many people like to go watch this movie alone at night.

Some have even watched it several times.

Perhaps they encountered difficulties in life, or perhaps they wanted to let go of something.

So the box office is much stronger than imagined.

Qin Yun Culture estimates that the final point should be around 1.1 billion.

Adding the delayed key that was applied for, it should finally land at 1.2 billion.

For this number, no matter who it is, they are very satisfied.

The United States and overseas are different.

Compared to domestic, the overseas box office is more concentrated. The box office in the United States for fifteen days of release was 146 million.

Yesterday, there was still 7 million USD.

Fox expects the final box office to land around 200 million.

The overseas box office for half a month of release is a bit more than the United States.

157 million.

The final point should be around 230 million.

Almost 430 million in overseas box office.

This number is already very good.

In the office.

Qin Yu was very happy looking at the data submitted by Zhou Pang. Most importantly, he wasn't stupid.

The copyrights for all his movies are kept within the investment company.

So the money earned overseas has nothing to do with Qin Yun Culture.

Tencent wants to take advantage of him? Keep dreaming.

Absolutely impossible.

"Zhou Pang, go communicate with Tencent immediately. We need to increase investment, buy land, and build a headquarters."

"If they don't give money, we can only dilute their shares."

Zhou Pang's mouth twitched when he heard this. This guy Qin Yu is truly ruthless.

They can earn a huge sum overseas, so he doesn't care about that much. If Tencent doesn't invest, Qin Yu will put up the money, and they can only be forced to dilute their shares.

However, Zhou Pang thought Tencent shouldn't care about this little bit of money.

After all, even if they increase capital by 500 million.

They only need to invest 150 million.

It's nothing.

"It's useless, Qin Yu." Zhou Pang looked at Qin Yu.

"That kid Zhang Ming isn't stupid. It's impossible for him not to follow. Now that Qin Yun Culture is developing so well, they will definitely be like sticky candy that can't be shaken off."

"Try it. What if Zhang Ming is stupid?"

Qin Yu was just testing the waters; it didn't matter if it worked or not.

The most important thing was that he wanted to get some capital for Qin Yun Culture.

It's 2014 now, and land in the capital isn't that tight yet.

Get as much as you can.

In two years, it won't work anymore. By then, don't say you're Qin Yu; even if the government wants to get land.

There are too many people staring at it.

Get as much as you can now, and build the headquarters slowly. It doesn't matter if it takes four or five years.

But if you wait four or five years and then go buy land to build a headquarters.

That money will make you despair.

And for the money to buy land, he will definitely take out a loan. Putting up his own money is impossible. Borrow as much as you can; the interest rate isn't high right now.

Borrowing is earning.

"Okay, I will go communicate. The government side shouldn't have any problems either."

Qin Yu's reputation is still very useful, and for a big taxpayer like Qin Yun Culture, the government will have relatively preferential treatment.

Giving a piece of land that isn't too big or too small isn't a big problem.

Actually, Shanghai and Hangzhou are also courting Zhou Pang, wanting them to move the company there.

But Zhou Pang hasn't replied.

I believe these should also be able to serve as bargaining chips.

"Anything else?" Qin Yu asked.

"Oh, yes. Guo Fan can't hold back anymore and is asking when you can film Detective Chinatown 2."

"Tell him to wait until after the celebration banquet ends."

Recently, Guo Fan has sent Qin Yu many messages wanting to film Detective Chinatown 2.

But now is not the time.

Detective Chinatown 2 has many shots that must be in the United States.

Qin Yu plans to discuss it with Warner Bros. and Fox at the celebration banquet.

Let them help out; otherwise, if Guo Fan takes the crew there, it would be strange if they weren't scammed to death.

Without local snakes helping, those gangsters and hoodlums would come to harass them every few days.

Don't look at how prosperous that place in the United States is; in fact, there are still quite a lot of dark sides behind the scenes.

Zhou Pang also understood the meaning. I'm afraid this celebration banquet will be held in the United States.

Qin Yu's next movie should go to Hollywood.

To be honest, Zhou Pang is a bit worried.

Is it a bit too fast?

"Qin Yu, will it be too fast? How about finishing filming The Matrix 2 before going?"

Qin Yu smiled.

"No rush. I still have use for The Matrix. Anyway, I have to go there eventually, so it's better to go early than late."

"Don't worry, I've already made preparations."

"Okay."

Zhou Pang didn't persuade him anymore. Come to think of it, Qin Yu could actually go after filming The Matrix.

Waiting for a year can be considered very patient.

If it were any other director, I'm afraid they would have rushed over long ago.

Hollywood.

That is the big stage.
