Chapter 235: Investing in Bona Film Group

Under Su Chen's arrangements.

"Special Ops: Blade Unsheathed" and "Xia Luote's Troubles" had already begun filming simultaneously.

Previously, Su Chen had arranged for Wu Jing to train with special forces for several months.

This older man was indeed a tough guy, prime material for a soldier.

On many assessment items, he had reached the standard of a special forces soldier.

Shooting this drama was no pressure at all.

Moreover, Su Chen's arrangement for Wu Jing's special training

was not just for this TV series.

It was also to lay the groundwork for the later "Wolf Warrior" series.

That was the real trump card!

From the outside looking in,

Yang Mi's company currently only had Su Chen, Yang Mi, and Sister Reba as three top-tier stars.

But in fact, speaking only of achievements in the film circle,

Wu Jing would far surpass them!

Su Chen had a system cheat in hand, and had even opened the Heavenly Eye.

He could certainly produce many top-tier works and control the overall situation.

But if he were to star in a film and compete at the box office against Wu Jing,

he really wouldn't be able to win.

"Xia Luote's Troubles" was the first film Su Chen produced.

In his previous life, it was the founding work of Mahua FunAge.

It was also their peak work.

This film was released very early.

Yet it still raked in over a billion at the box office. 19

If it were released ten years later,

taking four or five billion at the box office would be a matter of minutes.

In this world, Shen Teng was already quite famous.

The economic level was no worse than in the previous life.

Even though the cultural and entertainment scarcity led to a somewhat sluggish film consumption market,

Su Chen was still confident about starting at 2.5 billion at the box office.

One had to know,

the number one film on this world's box office chart, "Monster Hunt," only had 1.3 billion!

Once "Xia Luote's Troubles" box office could meet expectations,

it would be equivalent to doubling the top spot data on the domestic film box office chart.

What kind of concept was that?

Su Chen could, overnight, become the super darling of the film circle, a box office harvester!

Those capital bigwigs would treat him like a father figure.

This achievement was far beyond what a hit TV series could compare to.

Next, Su Chen planned to personally star in a "Detective Chinatown."

This kind of genre film really caught the eye.

But if it were just a pure detective film,

it probably wouldn't have much appeal.

However, setting the background abroad and adding comedic elements

instantly made it full of highlights.

This film had just been approved and passed the review.

It was currently in the fundraising stage.
