Chapter 1060

This stele likely involves matters of cosmic law.

In this divine realm, gods rarely come here normally.

Holy spirits come here only occasionally.

But these past few days, the holy spirits nearby have been unusually numerous.

"Did you see the Flame Empire?"

One holy spirit asked.

"Not yet, let's wait a bit longer. Zunzhu ordered us to gather all information related to the Flame Lord; we've collected nearly everything, except the Flame Empire's ranking."

Another holy spirit said.

"Strange, the Flame Lord is already at the fourth tier—how come the Flame Empire is still unknown?"

The first holy spirit said.

"Got it! Got it!"

At that moment, the second holy spirit pointed at the stele.

There, the name of the Flame Empire appeared in the ninth position from the top!

And the name of the Eternal Night Empire had vanished.

That meant the Flame Empire now ranked ninth among all empires on the Continent of Gods!

On the Continent of Gods, although the Eternal Night Empire ranked in the top ten, its gap with the ninth-ranked empire had been vast.

Even if the Eternal Night Empire had swallowed the Star Fall Empire, it might still not have surpassed ninth place.

But after the Flame Empire consolidated its power, it smoothly surpassed the original ninth-ranked empire and became the new ninth.

This ranking must be automatic, generated by the stele.

This stele involves cosmic law; under cosmic law, an empire's prosperity and strength can still be discerned.

This prosperity and strength aren't measured merely by population or territory.

For example, the former Eternal Night Empire had 3.6 to 3.7 billion people; the Star Fall Empire had about one billion—population difference was only slightly over threefold.

Yet the Eternal Night Empire was more than ten times stronger than the Star Fall Empire!

So once the Flame Empire fully develops the northern twenty provinces formerly held by the Star Fall Empire, the western twenty-four provinces, and other dozen or so central provinces, its ranking will surely rise further!

"The Eternal Night Empire vanished, and the Flame Empire is now ninth—could the Flame Empire have swallowed the Eternal Night Empire?"

One holy spirit couldn't help saying.

"It's possible. Strange—the Eternal Night Goddess's divine realm is now moving toward the Elf Divine Realm, clearly preparing to join the Flame Lord. Could the Eternal Night Goddess have joined the Flame Lord's divine system?"

Another holy spirit speculated.

"If so, the Flame Lord's divine system would have two fourth-tier entities!"

The previously speaking holy spirit couldn't help saying.

At this, the two holy spirits exchanged glances, each seeing a flicker of shock in the other's eyes!

"This news is too important—we must report it to Zunzhu as soon as possible."

"Right!"
