Chapter 1109

At that time, no one in the Gushen Society thought so.

But now, this most unlikely, most unbelievable possibility has become the most probable one!

"This boy is already this strong—he must be eliminated by all means, or he will surely become a great enemy of the Gushen!"

The thought flashed through Gushen Ruogai's mind.

Unfortunately, this was the Void Land—he could not contact any other Gushen at all!

Moreover, he could no longer block Lin Yan's flames!

"You're right!"

On Gushen Ruogai's ear, Lin Yan's cold voice rang out.

Immediately, a terrifying aura, chilling to the soul, surged from within the flames!

Gushen Ruogai sensed a fatal threat, gathered all his strength, and a strange power surfaced across his body's surface.

This was the forbidden power mastered by the Gushen!

But though the forbidden power was strong, it could not withstand Lin Yan's raging conflagration of two divine forces combined!

Flames completely surged into Gushen Ruogai's body, burning furiously!

Gushen Ruogai struggled endlessly, letting out earth-shattering roars, but to no avail!

"They're here!"

In the Void Land, Tianlan Zunzhu and Liushuang Zunzhu finally caught up.

Soon after, the Eternal Night Goddess also arrived.

When they saw Gushen Ruogai screaming in agony as he burned in flames, both Tianlan Zunzhu and Liushuang Zunzhu's expressions filled once more with shock.

Sparks from Xiong Xiong illuminated their faces.

A Gushen stronger than them, nearly invincible, was being burned without any chance to resist, right before their eyes!

This scene was destined to be deeply etched into their minds, becoming an unforgettable memory for eternity!

"Flame Lord, today you kill me, but when you one day seek to ascend to Primordial Godhood, the other Gushen will never let you go—the strength of the Gushen is beyond your imagination…"

Gushen Ruogai let out a final, hysterical roar!

"Enough talk!"

Lin Yan snorted, and the flames surged again; within Gushen Ruogai, fire churned, reducing him to an empty shell!

Except for his skin and some bones, all parts of Gushen Ruogai ceased to exist!

Immediately after, Lin Yan pulled out Gushen Ni'er again.

Ni'er, whose body had already been largely corrupted by the Law Force, still desperately summoned power to resist the Law Force's erosion.

The Law Force was this terrifying!

Once wounded, one would either die or lose a layer of skin.

If another Gushen had helped, Gushen Ni'er might have survived—but restoring his power would be as hard as climbing to heaven!

"Tell me where the other Gushen are."

Lin Yan asked calmly.

"Hahaha, Flame Lord, I won't tell you. I've lived countless years—I've long known I'll never become a Primordial God. If I can't become a Primordial God, living on is just a miserable existence—so I might as well die. I'll go first. You're too monstrous—they won't let you live. When you seek to ascend to Primordial Godhood, your enemies will be far more numerous than you can imagine, hahaha!"

Gushen Ni'er laughed wildly.

Then he stopped summoning power to resist, letting the Law Force rapidly erode his divine body!

Lin Yan flicked his finger, and that Law Force was instantly halted.

Gushen Ni'er's eyes blazed with madness: "Even if you save me, I'll never tell you."

Lin Yan said calmly: "You're overthinking."

"Boom!"

Immediately, flames surged and burned Gushen Ni'er into an empty shell too!

Thus, the two Gushen who had acted one after another perished!

Their skin, however, was remarkably resilient—its strength was indeed comparable to divine matter.

But their skin's supreme defense was only effective from the outside.

Looking from within, one could see the weakness in their skin.

After finding the method, Lin Yan's flames directly burned their skin to ash.

Comparable to divine matter, but ultimately not divine matter!

After burning these two powerful Gushen, Lin Yan's flame form rose two more levels!

Now, Lin Yan was at Level Two of the Third Stage of Infinite Fire!

"After the Third Stage of Infinite Fire, will my combat power rival that of a Primordial God?"

Lin Yan wondered.

The evolutionary points gained with each level upgrade in the Third Stage of Infinite Fire were terrifying.

These first two levels alone had consumed the evolutionary points from burning two Gushen!

The further ahead, the more the required evolutionary points would multiply!

Judging by the rate of increase, after the Third Stage of Infinite Fire reached perfection, one more upgrade might indeed reach Primordial God-level combat power!

But just thinking about it, the evolutionary points needed…

Would surely be utterly terrifying!

"Gushen…"

Lin Yan murmured to himself.

If more Gushen came after him, it would be good for Lin Yan.

The evolution points contributed by the Ancient Gods were far too many; merely the evolution points from Ancient God Neer equaled those contributed by over a dozen Demon Soul Zunzhu.

Moreover, burning them yielded an extremely abundant amount of energy points!

In the course of consecutive battles, Lin Yan had already consumed much of his energy points, yet now received a tremendous replenishment!

After burning the two Ancient Gods, Lin Yan retracted his flames and assumed his divine form.

Not far away, the gazes of the three fourth-tier goddesses remained fixed on Lin Yan—even the Goddess of Eternal Night bore a hint of shock in her eyes.

Lin Yan's strength once again surpassed the Goddess of Eternal Night's expectations!

The Goddess of Eternal Night's gaze also began to grow exceptionally bright.

The light radiating from this Lin Yan was simply too dazzling!

Long after Ancient Gods Ruogai and Neer had been burned to death by Lin Yan, other deities of the Heavenly Realm gradually arrived near the Void Lands.

"They entered the Void Lands!"

One deity said.

Upon discovering that Ancient God Ruogai and Lin Yan had entered the Void Lands, these deities hesitated.

Given Ancient God Ruogai's speed, even if they entered the Void Lands now, they would most likely not catch up.

The Void Lands were vast—finding them would be no small challenge!

Thus, a great number of deities halted at the outer edges of the Void Lands.

"I wonder who won the battle between the newly appeared Ancient God and the Lord of Flames?"

One deity speculated.

"Need you even ask? Obviously, the Lord of Flames won!"

"The Lord of Flames is too powerful—he has mastered the power of cosmic laws! Could he already be nearly invincible among the fourth tier?"

A third-tier deity speculated.

"I think that's possible. Even Zunzhu who have been in the fourth tier for tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of years, may not be his match."

Another deity said.

"Definitely. If even Ancient Gods aren't his match, ordinary fourth-tier beings likely couldn't withstand a single blow from him!"

Another deity said.

"Then could the Lord of Flames be the number one among the fourth tier?"

A second-tier deity asked.

The number one among the fourth tier!

These words caused the other deities to turn and look over.

"What lies above the fourth tier? A Sovereign?"

At this moment, another second-tier deity asked.
