Chapter 1410: Mother of Demons! Trap! The Time Has Come!

In the endless high sky, Lin Yan took one step forward and slashed with his sword.

After becoming a Primordial God, the power of this sword strike was extraordinarily astonishing, as if it could split the entire Heavenly Realm in two!

Even across infinite distances, numerous gods felt as though space itself had been cleaved apart.

Below, countless gods turned pale.

Although they had seen Lin Yan fight when he shattered into Primordial Godhood, strictly speaking, that battle had not yet reached the level of a Primordial God!

This battle now? This was the true, standard Primordial God-level combat!

"So terrifying—is this the might of a Primordial God?"

One god thought dazedly.

Before his thought had even faded, the Abyssal Primordial God on the opposite side of the Heavenly Chasm moved.

Facing Lin Yan's powerful strike, the Heavenly Realm gods saw only a massive, tentacle-like appendage lashing out, colliding with Lin Yan's sword light!

At the same time, the attacks of the Goddess of Life and the Goddess of the Ocean.

The Goddess of the Ocean simultaneously attacked two Abyssal Primordial Gods, aiming to fight two against one!

"Demon Mother… Flame Lord… leave them… to you!"

On the other side of the Heavenly Chasm, the Lord of Deception spoke, then surged toward the Goddess of Life.

As the Abyssal Primordial Gods moved, the Heavenly Chasm trembled once more!

Indeed, the Lord of Order had arrived!

The Lord of Order, upon arrival, launched an attack immediately!

Its chosen opponent? The Lord of Destruction!

The Lord of Order clearly had no will of its own; had it been a Primordial God with independent will, even if it struck, it would most likely have chosen the weakest Abyssal Primordial God.

But the Lord of Order chose the immensely powerful Lord of Destruction, because the Lord of Destruction posed the greatest threat to it!

Meanwhile, the Goddess of the Ocean targeted the Lord of Submersion and another Abyssal Primordial God.

And the entity that blocked Lin Yan's attack? It was a colossal insect, bristling with countless tentacles!

"That is the Demon Mother—born from the lowest-tier Abyssal Demon Worms. Its strength is formidable. Beware!"

The Goddess of the Ocean's voice rang in Lin Yan's ears!

Immediately after, the Goddess of the Ocean transmitted additional information about the Demon Mother to Lin Yan.

Demon Mother!

She was the last Abyssal Primordial God to arrive in the Heavenly Realm!

Demon Worms were the weakest Abyssal beings, yet the vast majority of Abyssal creatures evolved from Demon Worms.

And this Demon Mother was clearly the strongest of all Demon Worms!

A Primordial God-level Demon Worm!

Its body was extraordinarily large, far bigger than a Five-Star Ancient God, and covered in countless tentacles—each one unbreakably tough, leaving not a single mark even from Lin Yan's Flame Gold Sword!

Clearly, the Abyss had come prepared!

First, they used the Demon Mother, with her unmatched defense, to pin down Lin Yan; once the Goddess of the Ocean exhausted her reserves and could no longer hold off the two Primordial Gods, Lin Yan would face a pincer attack from two Abyssal Primordial Gods!

Abyssal beings know no rules; when they hold numerical superiority, they never play fair.

Even Abyssal Primordial Gods are no exception.

Yet this war itself was a web of mutual scheming!

Lin Yan's strike was blocked by the Demon Mother, but his expression did not change; his divine power surged, unleashing relentless attacks upon the Demon Mother!

The Demon Mother's tentacles flailed continuously, each one brimming with terrifyingly vile evil power!

Every one of Lin Yan's attacks was blocked by the Demon Mother.

In the endless high sky of the Heavenly Realm, it had become an ocean of Primordial God-level energy!

Even the Lord of Laws dared not approach that region!

As the Heavenly Realm gods looked up, watching the Primordial God battle, the Abyssal Demon God Kesor on the other side of the Heavenly Chasm moved.

"What are you waiting for? While the Flame Lord is tied up, strike now—crush them!"

Kesor roared, and for the first time, it took a single step forward, instantly passing through a spatial gate to appear outside the Stone Bastion.

Then, Kesor swung its massive hammer with full force, smashing it toward the Stone Bastion!

As the master of the Law of Strength, Kesor's strike was terrifying!

Dozens of Heavenly Realm gods before the Stone Bastion had no time to react before they were crushed into dust by Kesor's hammer!

Before a powerhouse like Kesor, even these Heavenly Realm gods drawing upon Lin Yan's power could barely resist!

As Kesor's hammer neared the Stone Bastion, the air before it suddenly solidified.

Yet beneath the hammer, the solidified air shattered rapidly!

But that moment of solidified air had bought precious time—next second, a colossal wind shield rose up.

Kesor's hammer slammed directly into the wind shield!

The wind shield held for only an instant before shattering again—but as soon as it broke, another wind shield rose behind it, then another, forming layer upon layer of unbroken defense!

At that moment, multiple attacks from within the Stone Bastion surged toward Kesor!

Kesor's expression remained unchanged; it swiftly retracted its hammer and blocked the incoming assaults.

"Only five of you together can block me. The Heavenly Realm has too many cowards. I'll hold them off—you finish the battle quickly."

Kesor snorted, then attacked again.

Outside the Stone Bastion, the Abyssal Demon God army launched another assault.

"The Flame Lord is overwhelmed—die, you maggots!"

A Demon God Lord who had previously been humiliated by the Heavenly Realm gods charged toward a group of them.

This group of Heavenly Realm deities numbered no few, fully over a hundred.

Previously, these hundred Heavenly Realm deities had united, borrowing the power of the Lord of Flame, and nearly ambushed it.

It had never forgotten this grudge.

Without the Lord of Flame's power, even a hundred Heavenly Realm deities could not stand against it, a single Demon God Sovereign!

As the Demon God Sovereign was about to charge forward, the group of Heavenly Realm deities were utterly terrified.

Clearly, they also believed that after the Great War among the Primordial Deities began, Lin Yan would have no spare power left to lend them.

Yet, faced with a single Demon God Sovereign, the only solution these Heavenly Realm deities could think of was to borrow power again!

"Try again!"

One of the Heavenly Realm deities shouted.

Instantly, the hundred Heavenly Realm deities borrowed power once more.

Before them, the Demon God Sovereign's attack had already arrived.

"Boom!"

Suddenly, endless flames erupted forth!

"How could it…"
