Chapter 640: Transformation of Matter and Energy! The First Manifestation of the Divine Body!

Before such a divine miracle, Lucine was profoundly shaken.

The flying ship swiftly passed over the green oasis.

Lucine saw that this oasis was enormous.

Stretching for dozens of kilometers!

And the location of this oasis was also excellent.

Because as the heavy rain continued to fall, a river would soon form in the center of the oasis.

The water in these rivers was still muddy, certainly, carrying vast amounts of sand.

But eventually the water would become clear.

"I wonder how long this rain will last."

Lucine couldn't help thinking.

It wasn't until a week later that she learned how long the rain would last.

It rained for a full week!

A full week of rain soaked through the thick yellow sands of the Endless Desert.

In the Endless Desert, low-lying areas began to fill with vast lakes.

And rivers.

These rivers were water without a source.

Because they had no origin.

Originally, Lucine's plan had been to continuously draw up groundwater to form the source of these rivers.

But whether or not there was a source no longer mattered.

Because after seven consecutive days of rain, the total water reserves across the entire Endless Desert had become terrifying.

This rain wouldn't vanish into thin air.

Soon, even if the Lord of Flame ceased to manifest miracles, the environment of the Endless Desert would change rapidly.

Water evaporating from the desert would form cumulonimbus clouds; once enough clouds gathered, rain would naturally fall again.

Of course, the formation of the Endless Desert had involved unique climatic conditions.

But this seven-day rainstorm had already begun, to some degree, to alter those climatic conditions.

That was why Lucine, profoundly shaken, chose to lead her entire tribe in worshiping the Lord of Flame!

Such a great deity was worthy of her tribe's full devotion!

"The transformation of matter and energy is really this simple."

In the divine realm of the Winged Demon God, Lin Yan murmured.

If Lin Yan did not wish the Winged Demon God to hear, the Winged Demon God naturally would not hear.

Simple as it seemed, it was not simple.

In fact, it was extremely difficult!

Divine power was liquid in form; a single drop of divine power, if released alone, resembled a water droplet.

The ocean of divine power, visually, also resembled an ocean.

But divine power was not water.

Divine power was energy.

And water was matter.

Just now, Lin Yan had transformed divine power into water, then caused rain to fall over the Endless Desert.

Directly modifying the Endless Desert with divine power would naturally yield better results, but the consumption would be immense.

Yet through this method, a single drop of divine power could be converted into water equivalent to a lake fifty kilometers in diameter and eight meters deep!

With this conversion, Lin Yan had caused a heavy rainstorm over the entire Endless Desert without consuming much divine power at all.

Of course, the main reason was that Lin Yan had actually descended onto the Continent of Gods.

He had manifested his power directly upon the Continent of Gods.

If a deity from the Distant Heavenly Realm had summoned this rain from afar, that deity would likely have hesitated.

Because the consumption would be more than a hundred times greater than Lin Yan's.

Additionally, for a heavenly deity to precisely locate the entire Endless Desert was a major problem.

That would require the heavenly deity to send numerous followers to every region of the Endless Desert, so the deity could accurately map and achieve full coverage.

No heavenly deity would be willing to do this.

But Lin Yan had precisely used this opportunity to test the transformation of matter and energy, so he chose the Endless Desert as his experiment.

Cultivating the Endless Desert would also have great utility.

This desert could support the cultivation of vast quantities of cash crops, which would serve as excellent trade resources and increase the prosperity of the Flame Empire.

And the more prosperous the Flame Empire became, the faster Lin Yan's title of Civilization Flame would level up.

Lin Yan had directly created a vast oasis in the desert by activating the Life Rule.

This still involved the transformation of matter and energy.

Otherwise, where had the seeds of those plants come from?

"Divine power is nearly omnipotent."

Lin Yan murmured.
