Chapter 319: Fire Dragon Triple!

"Millianna's challenge failed, she receives 0 points!"

The pumpkin host looked at the arena screen, where Millianna was inside Pandemonium, beaten down by the monsters, and immediately announced.

Originally, Millianna chose to challenge 50 monsters.

But after entering Pandemonium, facing the siege of 50 monsters, Millianna only had the option to run.

Although Millianna also wanted to kill as many monsters as possible before being finished off.

But those monsters had extremely high defense, and even the D-level monsters with the lowest strength, she couldn't kill in a short time.

Finally, Millianna was slapped into the wall by a monster and fainted directly.

"Sure enough, you can't choose too many!"

"These monsters are too strong!"

Seeing Millianna not kill a single monster, the audience in the surrounding stands all discussed it.

And the contestants like Cana on the arena also began to analyze.

They had seen the battle between Millianna and the monsters very clearly through the screen.

At this time, they had a clearer understanding of the strength of the monsters.

Originally, Cana and the others had the same idea as Millianna, wanting to challenge as many monsters as possible.

But now, seeing Millianna's miserable defeat, they gave up this idea in their hearts.

"Number 2, please choose the number of monsters you want to challenge!"

After Millianna was teleported out, the pumpkin host walked to Rufus and asked.

"For now, I'll challenge 30!"

Rufus scanned Cana, Natsu, and the others, then said to the pumpkin host.

With 30 monsters, the probability of encountering an S-level monster is 30%.

If there were more, the probability of encountering an S-level monster would also increase.

Rufus's thought was to kill as many monsters as possible while avoiding encountering S-level monsters.

30 monsters, not too many, not too few.

After Rufus entered Pandemonium, 30 monsters of various shapes soon appeared in front of him.

Those monsters didn't hesitate and immediately launched an attack on Rufus.

Facing the siege of those monsters, Rufus didn't panic.

After those monsters rushed up, he finally activated his magic.

"Burning Earth Creation~!"

Seeing Rufus wave his palm, flames rose all over the sky near him.

Most of the monsters that rushed up were turned into ashes in an instant and finally disappeared.

However, some powerful monsters survived.

"So amazing!"

"Actually killed so many monsters in an instant!"

"As expected of one of Sabertooth's top five strongest mages!"

The audience in the surrounding stands, seeing Rufus kill more than half of the monsters in an instant on the screen, were all amazed.

However, Ye Yu, Erza, and the other mages all knew that the monsters Rufus killed were only B-level or below.

And those B-level or above, powerful monsters were all still alive.

The real battle had just begun.

After several minutes of fierce fighting, finally, Rufus killed all 30 monsters that appeared in the hall.

But when Rufus came out of Pandemonium, he was covered in wounds.

After all, those monsters B-level or above were already very powerful.

"Rufus successfully challenged 30 monsters, receives 30 points!"

As soon as the pumpkin host said this, the audience on the arena instantly cheered.

"As expected of Rufus, he successfully challenged 30 monsters alone!" ===== CHAPTER 321 =====
