Chapter 159

At this moment, they were already stunned into silence.

Watching the online viewer count in the live room continue to surge wildly.

Yao Shu suddenly realized a problem she had previously severely neglected!

Is this, then, the influence of this Mr. Ning?

Before, she had only thought that this Mr. Ning possessed a massive fan base.

But now, it seemed, once again, it had overturned her worldview!

He had far more than just a massive fan base!

Such an existence—this, wasn't this just a super-influencer top streamer from Douyin?!

This was the momentum only a top-tier star possessed!

Douyin official headquarters.

Staff members, from around eleven o'clock this morning,

discovered a strange phenomenon.

A live room named 【Si Shiya's Small House for Legal Education】.

In terms of audience influx, began to skyrocket.

Massive traffic, almost by the second, by the minute, was surging in wildly!

Yet the one holding court in this live room was not Douyin's own streamer.

It was Brother Shiguang, that streamer from Shark!

"What exactly is the relationship between this live room and Brother Shiguang?"

"Not very clear, I just know this live room initially had a certain fan base, maybe around six hundred thousand or so."

"But the display shows that this 'Si Shiya's Small House for Legal Education' live room has had absolutely no new activity for a full two and a half years."

"That is to say, for two and a half years, the original streamer 'Si Shiya' has not appeared; the information indicates the original streamer 'Si Shiya's' last live broadcast should have been in early May, two and a half years ago; that was her final live broadcast."

"This is strange, then, what is going on today?"

"Does anyone here know the detailed situation of this live room? What exactly is the relationship between this Si Shiya and the Shark streamer Brother Shiguang?"

"This is unclear; all the work replays inside the backend homepage of 'Si Shiya' have been deleted—by the way, two and a half years ago, which editor of ours was responsible for this streamer?"

"I don't know; the time is too distant; it's possible the editor responsible for this live room has already resigned; we can go ask."

111. (12/10) Then, shall I leave? (Begging for monthly tickets and self-subscriptions)

The Douyin staff were just chatting when

the male department head from the Business Department arrived.

Previously, it was this male department head named Zhang Jian who had spoken on the phone with Shark's Princess Lan Ying about Brother Shiguang.

Hearing the staff discussing things this way,

Zhang Jian looked at the 【Si Shiya's Small House for Legal Education】 where streamer Brother Shiguang was currently stationed.

This name...

Zhang Jian seemed to have some impression of it.

Small House for Legal Education?

He really did have some impression.

But, oddly enough, it was vague.

Suddenly, Zhang Jian seemed to vaguely recall something.

"Does anyone here remember, it should be..." Zhang Jian thought for a moment, "it should be two and a half years ago, we Douyin had a certified female police officer streamer who did legal education live broadcasts; does anyone here remember?"

Upon him saying this, among the staff present,

someone immediately remembered.

"Department Head Zhang, are you referring to the female police officer streamer who died in the line of duty over two years ago?"

Matching this up, Zhang Jian's memory gradually became clear.

"Yes, yes, I just suddenly remembered," Zhang Jian thought for a moment, "the Douyin legal education female police officer streamer from two and a half years ago; I heard she was shot by a criminal while responding to a call and then sacrificed her life."

"Could that female police officer's live room before her death be this very live room?" someone suddenly said.

"There isn't a single work replay in the backend homepage of this live room; did we Douyin official delete them? Or did the original streamer never publish any works? Or was it some other reason?" Zhang Jian said.

But, he was just saying this.

One year ago, Zhang Jian was promoted to Department Head of the Business Department.

The previous department head had been transferred to headquarters.

So, he only had a comprehensive understanding of the business from this past year and a bit.

As for matters from two and a half years ago, at that time he was still down below, only managing his own small patch of land; how could he know about other matters?

Besides,

the live room 【Si Shiya's Small House for Legal Education】 where streamer Brother Shiguang is currently located had a previous fan count of over six hundred thousand; not few, but it couldn't be said to be a very large streamer.

At most, it was just a mid-to-low level live room; live rooms of this level generally wouldn't be closely monitored by staff.

"Can we retrieve some system archive materials regarding this live room from the old department head?" a staff member said.

"Are you bored out of your mind? We are just chatting casually; are you really getting interested? Right now, this top streamer Brother Shiguang is the focus, OK?" Zhang Jian laughed and scolded.

The other staff members laughed too.

Laughing, Zhang Jian said, "No need to think to know that right now, the Shark platform side should already know about this matter."

"Their streamer Brother Shiguang actually came to a Douyin live room to help sell goods; tsk tsk tsk, Shark's Princess probably hates us to death!" Zhang Jian smiled.

"Brother Shiguang streamer coming to a Douyin live room to help, does this not indicate that streamer Brother Shiguang actually still feels that our Douyin has more potential?" a staff member chimed in to support him.

"What else is there to say? A streamer like Brother Shiguang absolutely has the potential to become a top-tier star in the future streaming community; an existence capable of becoming a top-tier star, a small pond like Shark is not worthy of him!" Zhang Jian spoke very confidently.

"Minister Zhang, I heard that Shark is also making some small moves recently."

"I know. I heard they plan to collaborate with a music company to hold a cloud cover song concert, right?" Zhang Jian said, smiling. "Shark wants to partner with the music company to make Brother Shiguang truly break into the mainstream."

"And the music company has also seen the excellent quality of Brother Shiguang's streamer songs; between the two, it is merely mutual exploitation."

"Let us just watch from the opposite shore for now. Currently, every song by streamer Brother Shiguang is a masterpiece, but after all, up to now, there are only five."

"They want to hold a cloud cover song concert, but in terms of song capacity, this is still too little, so we have plenty of time."

"Minister Zhang," a staff member looked at Zhang Jian, "on our Douyin, haven't we also been planning for a long time?"

A smile played on Zhang Jian's lips. "Your ranks are too low; you are not yet worthy to know the high-level plans."

"Damn... our Big Boss Zhang is putting on airs again!" Hearing this, the staff members all scattered in a rush.

It could be seen.

This Minister Zhang Jian had a relatively harmonious relationship with the staff under him.

At the very least, there was no stiff barrier or tension between superior and subordinate.

They spoke quite casually with each other, more like brothers and sisters.

And this formed a sharp contrast with Ms. Hearing Lan Ying of Shark and her relationship with her subordinates.

Perhaps this is also one of the deep reasons why Shark is currently being forced into a passive position step by step.

A good leader knows how to make the employees under him fight for him while feeling comfortable and happy.

In comparison, Hearing Lan Ying is still too young after all, and a bit too anxious.

Speaking of which.

At this moment, that 【Si Shiya's Legal Education Little House】 live broadcast room.

After being silent for two and a half years.

Today, it suddenly became so lively.

So much so that it made Did Ning Chen momentarily dazed.

As if time had returned to when Si Shiya was alive, back then, she used her work leisure time to do legal education live broadcasts in this room.

Back then, her fans also chatted and interacted in this live broadcast room, making it lively together...

But this was only a moment of daze.

Did Ning Chen knew.

She had left this world two and a half years ago.

And at this moment, the one beside him was no longer her.

At this moment.

In this live broadcast room.
