Chapter 219

The blades on either side of the sled cut through the heavy snow, opening a new path as if clearing the way.

White snowflakes flew everywhere as Shabi ran with fiery enthusiasm.

After pulling Ning Chen for a lap across the vast snowy plain,

perhaps finding it too plain, she suddenly ran toward the nearby mountain.

This was only the beginning of the thrill.

The mountain path wasn't easy to run either.

The cleverness of the Husky lay in its natural ability to avoid the bushes and uneven spots on the mountain path.

But even so, Ning Chen on the sled was jolted quite badly.

He began to consider having Shabi turn back.

Just as he was about to pull the rope,

Shabi suddenly slammed on the brakes, standing still in place.

And because the sled had been moving very fast just before, its inertia still carried it forward.

It crashed straight into Shabi!

Ning Chen felt a fluffy bottom land in his lap!

The Husky had sat in his lap.

Then, a leap through the air!

Only then did Ning Chen realize!

Ahead!

was a very steep slope!

No wonder that creature had suddenly braked!

There was no path ahead!

But the sled's huge inertia shot straight forward.

Rushing to the cliff edge, Ning Chen used his feet to brake, managing to stop at last.

Stopping right at this cliff edge.

Below was a slope nearly seventy or eighty degrees steep!

Less than half a meter away, and they would have gone down...

In Shiguang's live stream, originally chatting happily while following the flying snowflakes and the wild rush of the Husky,

suddenly saw such a brake!

Then, they saw the slope below, almost like a cliff.

Unable to hold back, they all sucked in a sharp breath...

【Scary... so close!】

【If it had been just a bit more, the person would be gone, and the account too...】

【Oh my god! This is enough to give someone a heart attack!】

【Too terrifying! What's in that dog's brain?!】

【Dogs probably can't see that far...】

【Raised a Husky for two days, and almost got sent off by the Husky?】

Ning Chen raised his hand and pushed the Husky from his lap to the side.

He got off the sled.

The steep slope below.

All in all, actually, it was fine.

If they hadn't really stopped just now and flew straight down,

the sled would have landed on its blades first, then slid down along the slope.

After all, below was just a snowy plain, not a sheer cliff.

But they would probably have been jolted until they vomited.

But the view from this spot was truly excellent.

One could overlook the entire white snowy plain, and even see the endless mountain snow shadows of the distant Daxing Ridge.

The whole world seemed to be captured in one's sight.

Ning Chen let out a long breath.

Feeling his entire chest filled with cold air.

For a moment, he became unusually clear-headed.

Before, she had fantasized about many extreme sports.

But she was timid.

Once, Ning Chen had suggested that if there was a chance, they should try wingsuit flying together.

She had been very interested at first, but after watching related videos, she never mentioned it again.

She was actually very timid.

Yet, paradoxically, it was this timid Miss who dared to rush out at a gunfight scene to save a little girl.

Sledding doesn't count as an extreme sport.

What kind of extreme sport is sledding?

Ning Chen stood at the top, looking down at the steep slope below.

After a while, he turned around.

A husky named Shabi sat on the sled.

Then, he pushed the sled forward.

This move instantly made the live stream room lively.

【What does the streamer want to do?】

【Does he want to get closer to look down?】

【He wouldn't be thinking of... Oh my god!】

【He wants that husky to sit on the sled, then push the sled down??】

【What does this mean??】

【No way, is he really going to do that?】

【Oh my god! That's a bit much...】

The comments section erupted into a flurry of chatter.

In the live broadcast feed.

The streamer named Brother Shiguang.

continued pushing the sled forward.

The husky on the sled sat in its spot, motionless.

The dog still looked utterly serious.

The sled stopped at the cliff edge.

Half of it was already hanging over.

Ning Chen raised his hand and patted the dog's head on the sled.

Then, he shoved with both hands!

The instant he made that move, every viewer in the live stream room froze.

But!

Immediately after.

Ning Chen himself leaped into the air and jumped onto the sled!

The entire sled plunged down from the cliff edge!

Along the steep slope below, it shot down with a whoosh!

The entire Brother Shiguang live stream room exploded right then...

Ning Chen, sitting on the sled and speeding downward, gripped the husky tightly with both hands.

That husky.

Its expression at that moment was suddenly no longer serious.
