Chapter 364

Four minutes.

Five minutes!

A full five minutes had passed.

Still not a single view count had gone up.

Just when he thought he had misjudged.

He suddenly saw that number jump once.

5!

Five views?

No!

He sprang up from in front of the computer in one swift motion.

Staring at that view count in disbelief!

"Five hundred thousand!"

The music editor's eyes went wide.

In just five short minutes.

He had posted a singing video about Brother Shiguang.

And it had somehow racked up five hundred thousand views in an instant!

246. (1/5) It should be called "Exclusive Memory"

The Douyin short-video platform.

Brother Shiguang, with just one song, had swept across the entire platform.

And in a rocket-like fashion.

Had climbed to the number one spot on the trending searches.

For someone who didn't even do short videos.

This was simply a miracle.

Plenty of people had stumbled upon Brother Shiguang's video.

And were moved by his singing.

Unable to forget it for a long time.

Afterwards.

They listened to it again and again.

【This is really too good! What's this person's name? I'm going to become his fan!】

【Huh, who's this number one trending search, someone called Brother Shiguang? Why have I never heard of him? Let me click in and take a look!】

【Oh my god! He can actually sing such a beautiful song! Not just the singing, the lyrics and composition of this song are amazing too! Quick, let me search him up, I'm going to follow him!】

【Brother Shiguang? What an unfamiliar name! But he really sings beautifully!】

【Hiss! This scene, it just feels so right, listening to this singing I could cry!】

【Where does he livestream? I want to go watch!】

Comments like these.

Were playing out everywhere across the country.

Brother Shiguang's fame shot up in an instant.

On the Shark platform before, he could be called top-tier.

But on a national scale, that wasn't the case.

However.

Having gone through this Cideji Society.

Brother Shiguang had clearly taken a giant leap forward!

Letting many ordinary people become aware of his existence.

At this moment.

Hearing Lan Ying felt a serious headache coming on.

On one hand.

Brother Shiguang had already caught Douyin's eye.

As the nation's largest short-video platform, Douyin was fully capable of competing with Shark.

On the other hand.

Brother Shiguang had drawn an enormous flood of traffic to Douyin.

As a rival.

The last thing Shark wanted to see was its opponent constantly growing stronger.

However, after this round of publicity.

The Shark platform had also gained a certain degree of publicity within Douyin.

For example.

Right now, a huge wave of people were flooding into the Shark platform.

Clicking open Brother Shiguang's livestream room.

Watching his livestream.

This sudden surprise made Hearing Lan Ying a little happy.

This move.

This made the Shark Platform even more widely known!

Next, all he needed to do was maintain Brother Shiguang's persona.

Then, build a short-video platform of his own.

That would mean vigorously promoting his own Shiguang.

The traffic!

It could simply be described as terrifying!

The reason the Shark Platform's short videos failed to take off.

On one hand, it was suppressed by Douyin.

On the other hand.

There was no widely known, super-hot streamer to drive traffic and participate.

In other words.

It was like having a mountain but no mountain king.

And Shiguang.

Was about to become the mountain king of this mountain!

Tonight.

For all the major platforms.

This night was destined not to be peaceful.

But.

Ning Chen's side was as quiet as death.

At this moment.

The live stream room had already been closed.

Everyone who had just swarmed in was staring at the black screen.

Written on it was.

"The streamer has closed the live broadcast."

What is this?

Closing the live broadcast right after arriving?

Some people had even just downloaded the Shark Platform and rushed over in a panic.

Then excitedly opened Brother Shiguang's live stream room.

Then.
