Chapter 388

On it was written the four characters "Wings of Time."

"Knock knock knock!"

At that moment, a knocking sound came from outside the door.

Gu Li let out a long sigh, then sat up straight and said, "Come in."

Very soon.

Two young men walked in from outside.

Each held a report in his hand.

The young man on the left said, "Supervisor Gu, there's news from Tianyin Music Company!"

Upon hearing this.

The gloom that had been on Gu Li's face vanished in an instant.

He stood up excitedly, slammed the table with his palm, and said eagerly, "Really?"

The young man nodded and said, "It's true, the message just came in."

"Hahahaha! This is truly heaven helping me!"

Gu Li had almost been on the verge of collapse.

After the board of directors saw Brother Shiguang's performance.

They began to take it very seriously.

Up to now.

Not a single person had been able to compare with Brother Shiguang's experience.

In such a short time.

He had been able to start from scratch and reach several million concurrent viewers the moment he went live.

What kind of level is that?

In their eyes, this was simply a fantasy.

An impossible feat.

But Brother Shiguang had done it.

He had become completely popular through travel and singing.

The two complemented each other.

Basically, no one could replicate his experience.

Setting aside those original songs full of talent that shocked the world.

Just that one-of-a-kind travel style alone—how many people could pull it off?

Taking everything into account.

Added to that, the two new original songs Brother Shiguang sang on the Samil Plateau.

Combined with the promotion and popularity on every major platform.

That terrifying traffic nearly blew up the backend!

This was what truly allowed Brother Shiguang to step onto the Douyin short-video platform in the real sense.

In the eyes of those high-level board members.

Without a doubt.

Brother Shiguang was about to become the top star of the new era.

One who could bring enormous profits to Douyin.

If things developed well enough, it could even help Douyin, which had fallen into a bottleneck period.

Take another great leap forward at this stage.

Making the short-video companies behind it despair, unable to match it.

It can be said with certainty.

As long as "Wings of Time" is successfully held.

Douyin will be unsurpassable in the short-video industry.

Not even on equal footing.

And the result of Brother Shiguang stepping into their sights was.

Gu Li's pressure, heavy as a mountain.

When the board of directors held their meeting.

They had already made it explicitly clear.

For the upcoming "Wings of Time."

Douyin's side must cooperate fully.

If anything went wrong.

Those below would all be punished.

And Gu Li, as the project leader, would be the first to face punishment.

Basically, it was already a posture of packing up and leaving.

Originally, he had still been worrying.

About when exactly "Wings of Time" could begin.

Now that the news had come.

He was naturally overjoyed.

Gu Li looked at the two young men before him with great satisfaction and said excitedly, "What did Tianyin Music Company and the Shark Platform say?"

At this moment.

The young man on the right held the report and said, "Tianyin Music Company has already organized the twelve original songs by Brother Shiguang, including lyrics and sheet music. On the Shark Platform side, everything is ready; they have selected the ten most popular singing streamers."

"The remaining two will be covered by singers we find from our Douyin side."

Gu Li asked, "Have 'Wood Is Not Wood' and 'The Cat That Stole Cheese' agreed?"

Hearing Gu Li's words, the young man smiled bitterly, "Why ask if they agreed? Almost the moment we released the information, they came knocking on our door. They must have gotten the news from the Shark Platform."

Gu Li smiled and said, "We must keep a close eye on these two. Currently, they are the most popular musicians on Douyin. We absolutely cannot let anything go wrong. In other words, in this Cloud Cover Concert, they represent Douyin's face. You must instruct them well to bring their full strength!"

The young man nodded very lightly and continued, "Currently, the venue we have built is complete and ready for further planning."

"Good!" Gu Li clapped excitedly. "I think the three parties should hold a meeting now. Notify them to have a meeting tonight to finalize the time and the specific schedule."

"Then," Gu Li said earnestly, "at this critical moment, push Brother Shiguang's traffic to the maximum. Give him the most recommendations and heat, and rank him first on all charts related to him."

The young man on the left hesitated, "Isn't doing this a bit too risky? It could very well arouse suspicion and dissatisfaction."

Gu Li looked at him, shook his head, and said, "No. Brother Shiguang just sang two songs, and the heat has already exploded. Most importantly, the quality of these two songs is enough to shut everyone's mouths."

The young man thought for a moment, then said, "In that case, I suggest we promote both online and offline. We can invite a few celebrities to boost Brother Shiguang's heat, or create several topics specifically for him."

"Running advertisements, securing sponsorships, and so on—we can expose him through these methods."

Hearing the young man's words, Gu Li nodded in satisfaction and said, "Do exactly that. At this stage, we must double Brother Shiguang's heat twice over. It would be best if the entire nation knew him."

"In that case, the holding of Wings of Time will be unprecedented!"

Thinking of this.

Gu Li could not help but laugh loudly.

His current position.

Was like the Sword of Damocles hanging above his head.

If he did well.

Then his contributions and sweat would bring him huge benefits, like a great harvest.

If he did poorly.

That sword would fall and stab him to death.

But.

Whoever was in Gu Li's position.

Would choose to accept it.

Because.

It was not just the huge benefits.

More importantly, under the cooperation of the three giants.

The possibility of anything going wrong was almost negligible.
