Chapter 390

Up to now.

Even with expert analysis.

It is impossible to predict exactly how things will develop.

Whether it plummets.

Or bursts forth.

This concerns the fate of all three parties.

263. (3/5) Finalizing the remaining issues.

"Very well, regarding the proposal to schedule Wings of Time for the fifth day before the Spring Festival, our Tianyin Music Company approves!"

Fang Lan spoke up first.

Gu Li nodded immediately, saying, "Douyin Fang also has no problems."

Hearing Lan Ying nodded very satisfiedly.

Such a situation had long been within her expectations.

Moreover, with the passage of the first proposal to her first question.

And the fact that Brother Shiguang belongs to the Shark Platform.

The Shark Platform had already begun to gradually dominate this meeting.

Of course.

Complete dominance is impossible.

After all, the other side is not some soft persimmon to be kneaded at will.

But to stand out in a meeting of this level, Hearing Lan Ying's approach was very necessary.

"Second, confirm the detailed flow of Wings of Time," Gu Li said. "This can be left to me to arrange; after all, we provided the venue, so handling the procedures, we can be more familiar and achieve perfection."

Fang Lan asked curiously, "May I know what your general flow is?"

Gu Li nodded and revealed some details. "First, use Brother Shiguang's image to select a song to sing, then have the following twelve songs covered in rotation. While those streamers sing, Brother Shiguang's virtual image can sing along. Finally, experts can provide commentary and a score."

"Then we promote one person as number one, calling him 'Brother Shiguang's Proxy'. With this person, we can also promote Brother Shiguang's name; after all, the more popular Brother Shiguang becomes, the greater our profits."

Hearing Lan Ying and Fang Lan nodded in unison, indicating approval.

This tactic is very old-fashioned, but very practical; after all, an event cannot exist without a gimmick. The audience must be interested in the event to spark a trend.

"The Shark Platform has no objections; approved," Hearing Lan Ying said.

"Tianyin Music Company has no objections; approved," Fang Lan said.

Gu Li also nodded satisfiedly; with this, they could finally secure some opportunities.

Then.

Gu Li immediately continued, "Third, the issue of Brother Shiguang's virtual image."

Having finished speaking.

Gu Li and Hearing Lan Ying both looked at Fang Lan in unison.

Fang Lan had no intention of hiding anything or playing coy.

Three "ding-ding" sounds were heard.

Three pictures were transmitted to the tablets being used by Hearing Lan Ying and Gu Li.

They opened them one by one.

They were three pictures.

The pictures depicted Brother Shiguang's virtual image.

The first image was presented in a cute cartoon style; he had pure white hands and feet, wore a tailcoat, and his face was beaming with a smile.

The second image was presented in an adult melancholic style; he held a guitar in his hand, a cat sat on his shoulder, the overall attire style was Western, with a black color scheme and a melancholic vibe, resembling the male lead of a romance anime.

The third image was presented as a three-dimensional map image of a virtual singer; he sat on the roof of an RV, facing the audience, his eyes burdened with worries, holding a guitar in his hands. As the light changed, the three-dimensional map would also change with the passage of time.

Fang Lan explained, "Our Tianyin Music Company consulted the top artists. They drew dozens of versions. After our layered screening, only these three remained. Now I will explain the content of these three to the three of you."

The three of them simultaneously opened the first cartoon-style picture.

Looking at the tablet, Fang Lan said seriously, "The first one does not quite match Brother Shiguang's temperament, but it is full of positive energy amidst sorrow. Such values are what we should advocate: finding hope in despair."

"The second one can be said to be lifelike; it basically matches Brother Shiguang's temperament. Moreover, the black cat on his shoulder further intensifies his sense of melancholy, like a wandering drifter immersed in his own life's hardships."

"The third one is quite different in form from the first two; it can almost be understood as an animated image. This image is the most fitting for Brother Shiguang, just like him as usual, sitting on the roof of an RV, singing softly."

After Fang Lan finished speaking in one breath, he took a deep breath: "I will not say any more. Now let us vote; the majority wins. Is there any problem?"

Hearing Lan Ying nodded, saying, "No problem; after all, this is not the main point."

Gu Li also said, "Me too; we can pass this quickly."

Fang Lan nodded to them, saying, "Then let us begin. I vote for the second one."

"Me too," Hearing Lan Ying said.

"I also vote for the second one," Gu Li said.

Seeing their decisiveness, Fang Lan immediately said, "Very well, let us agree on this. We will use the second image to represent Brother Shiguang himself."

Actually, this vote was meaningless.

Basically, the result was decided the moment Fang Lan released them.

In Brother Shiguang's live streams, depression and sorrow have been the main theme from start to finish. The seemingly beautiful travel times reveal a heaviness behind them to anyone; therefore, the first one can obviously be eliminated.

As for the second one.

In Wings of Time, Brother Shiguang needs to perform some actions.

In that case, some operations could not be carried out smoothly, so it must be excluded.

"Fourth, the advance sound check for streamers' cover songs and the song content," Gu Li said.

Hearing this question.

Fang Lan spoke: "We have already organized the twelve songs currently owned by Brother Shiguang."

"They are 'Once Is Enough', 'Suddenly Miss You So Much', 'Shallow', 'Maple', 'Long Time No See', and 'With You'."

"Also 'Wish Granted', 'Mohe Dance Hall', 'Pity There's No If', 'Later', 'Exclusive Memory', and the last one, 'Mercury Record'."

Fang Lan looked at Hearing Lan Ying and Gu Li and said: "These twelve songs have no issues at all. The anchors from the Shark Platform and the two musicians from Douyin have all been contacted; each has selected one song and is preparing to cover it on Wings of Time."

Fang Lan glanced over the documents, then continued: "Regarding the audition part, I have also invited them all over. They have been tested in the recording studio, and there are absolutely no problems. Furthermore, the audio equipment for this event is provided by our Tianyin Music Company."

"You've stolen our work," Gu Li said discontentedly.

Fang Lan merely smiled: "Throughout the entire country, the audio equipment of our Tianyin Music Company is the most top-tier. It can bring out a singer's full one hundred percent capability. I believe you understand this even better than I do."

Gu Li discontentedly pouted his lips but offered no rebuttal.

Their equipment truly is top-tier, and of the kind that is available on the market but priceless.

A short-video company like ours wanting to go head-to-head with a mature music company in the realm of music.

Is undoubtedly asking for trouble.

264. (4/5) On this path, constantly moving forward.

Gu Li said nothing more about the actions of Tianyin Music Company, but instead shifted the topic: "Fifth, how to promote Brother Shiguang to the greatest extent possible."

This question is undoubtedly of paramount importance.

No matter how well the plan is devised.

How to make everyone know that on a certain day, at a certain moment, a certain person will participate in this event.

Is absolutely a huge difficulty.

Because now the Shark Platform, Douyin, and Tianyin Music Company are cooperating as three parties.

Trifling efforts simply cannot satisfy the appetite.

It could even be called a loss-making event.

Because if one does not waste time on this aspect.

Then that time could be used through other means to create greater value.

So.

For Wings of Time.

Although none of the three parties explicitly stated it, they have all exerted their utmost effort.

To bring Wings of Time to the peak of peaks.

Only then will they not disgrace their titles and reputations.
