The Mechanical Hound roared again, causing Long Long Qi slight pain.

"So it's a monster card?" Long Long Qi stared at the monster on the field, thoughtful. "That means… that monster?"

"Exactly! As you suspected, the effect of Ancient Mechanical Hound: once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can use monsters on your field or in your hand as Fusion Materials to Fusion Summon one 【Ancient Mechanical】 Fusion Monster!"

"The Fusion Condition: two Ancient Mechanical monsters!"

"I Fusion Summon by combining the Ancient Mechanical Hound on my field and the Ancient Mechanical Knight in my hand—"

"Raging Roar, Ancient Mechanical Demon God!"

A mechanical demon god, covered entirely in gun barrels, thundered down from the sky.

"Its effect: you can activate this effect once per turn during your Main Phase. Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent!"

The Mechanical Demon God raised its barrels, gathering energy, then unleashed a massive explosion.

He raised his hand, blocking the energy blast, completely unaffected.

From this aura alone, he truly deserved the title "Legendary Duelist."

Long Long Qi LP: 3400 → 2400.

"That ends my turn."

"No way—he summoned a Fusion Monster and dealt 1600 damage to Mr. Long, more than a regular monster's direct attack!"

As the duel unfolded, besides the staff assigned to guide Tenjo Kou, several ordinary, unaware employees gathered around, unable to suppress their exclamations.

"Activate Spell Card—Super Evolution Drug!"

"Tribute one Reptile on your field to Special Summon one Dinosaur monster from your hand!"

"I Special Summon—Super Ancient Dino Beast."

It was a massive dinosaur, silver-blue fur, tiny wings on its back, capable of spitting lasers from its mouth.

"Whoa! He instantly summoned a powerful dinosaur with 2700 ATK!" Someone simply cheered at the sight of the giant monster.

"Wait, if that's the case, why not keep the earlier Super-Conductive Dino Beast with higher ATK?" someone else wondered.

"Not done yet! Activate Spell Card—Soul Return!" Long Long Qi paid no attention to the crowd's gasps, continuing to activate his spell. "Revive the Super-Conductive Dino Beast from the graveyard!"

"Fight for me, my dinosaurs!"

"Aow!!!"

Lightning crackled, a massive, terrifying mechanical dragon covered in armor and glowing with thunderous energy appeared.

Super-Conductive Dino Beast, Level 8, Light Attribute, Dinosaur Type, ATK 3300!

"Still not done—the effect of Super Ancient Dino Beast on the field: whenever I Special Summon a Dinosaur monster from my graveyard, I draw one card!"

"Draw card—hehehe," he glanced at the drawn card, tucked it away casually, then said, "Battle!"

Earlier, a friend asked if I could post the duel all at once—it'd look smoother—but after finishing this chapter, I paused, scratched my head. Turns out I'm better off writing and posting as I go…
