Chapter 31: The Next Plan!

"There are many things to do, but the most urgent matter is to expand our team!"

Qin Qin Xiaoyu answered without hesitation, the words spilling from his mouth.

This was currently the thing that gave him the most headache; game development plus operations meant that even with the three of them working twenty-four hours a day, it would still not be enough.

After all, recruiting people this way was the fastest.

But after thinking it over carefully, he ultimately gave up on this idea for the time being; the cost of hiring those guys was too high.

It wasn't that Qin Qin Xiaoyu intended to be a stingy capitalist, but rather that for the coming period, he had already made plans for every single penny the game would earn.

There were more important uses for it.

Moreover, it wasn't as if those people could get straight to work upon being hired; there were originally not many talents in the Xia Kingdom specializing in the field of two-dimensional games, and they would similarly need a period of adaptation and transformation.

Considering all these factors, it was better to recruit some young people who hadn't yet stepped out of school; although they lacked experience, they were younger and more creative.

Cultivating talent from scratch had a high time cost for other game companies.

However, it was not a problem for Qin Qin Xiaoyu; in the early stages, he only needed these people to do some auxiliary work and, incidentally, to serve as a decoy.

So, he had plenty of time to let these people grow.
