Chapter 88: Words on Going Live

~3 min read 573 words

I woke up this morning and saw the message saying the book goes live at 12 today.

This this this…. this this this… to be honest, little brother doesn't have any particularly deep words to share.

Little brother has no other hobbies, just likes reading novels, and after reading enough I get itchy fingers and can't help but write.

I never thought about punching Kinkaku and kicking the Twelve Heavenly Kings; at the start I just had the mindset of "if someone reads it I'll write, if no one reads it I'll croak"…

Every time I see the bros' comments, recommendation tickets, and monthly tickets I'm very happy — it means I'm not playing single-player, and I pull out my phone whenever I have a moment to see what everyone said.

This little pauper of mine, being able to push all the way into the fourth round with your help and having a decent activity rate, is already amazing.

Thank you so much!

Other authors only update a sesame-green-bean-sized bit each day, and little brother chases to the latest chapter — little brother also finds it troublesome, better to stockpile and read it all at once. But the bros are willing to help, so every time I see the follow-read count I get this feeling of being undeservingly favored.

Next are the questions the bros care about:

1. The issue of the MC stepping onto the stage

When I was planning it out, little brother actually wanted to craft the MC into the image of "a mysterious wanderer in the world." It might be that I didn't handle it well, leading many bros to feel it's a bit redundant — I'll make adjustments in the later stages.

2. Slow plot progression

For example, the chapters where Sasuke overthrows Danzou were written long and smelly, straying from the main plot — I admit that too, I'll make adjustments in the later stages.

3. Other worlds

Actually at the very beginning I wanted to write a "Myriad Worlds Melee," the kind where Madara Uchiha fights the Five Elders. But there are more Naruto bros, so the bulk of it is on Naruto. If the bros are willing to read it, I'll add content along those lines in the later stages.

……

Little brother will seriously listen to the bros' opinions and work hard to write the later content well.

Then about going live — I should burst-update a bit.

Little brother is a part-timer, so these two days I've been hammering away at the keyboard like crazy. Otherwise my clumsy fingers normally wouldn't manage it — if I go live without a burst-update, it'd be way too embarrassing for the bros!

Little brother asked for follow-reads before, but for first subscriptions and ongoing subscriptions I don't want to play the pity card or beg randomly. Follow-reads don't cost money, just a tap of the finger, but subscriptions are real money spent. Everyone reading books is looking for relaxation — being huffing-and-puffing dragged along with pity-mongering and moral coercion, even if you subscribe it won't feel good.

After all, the purpose of me writing this book is to let everyone easily and happily read the stories that pop out of my head.

Little brother is a newbie, very grateful to the bros for the company all this way!

Finally, I wish the bros happy lives, and may you all find girlfriends soon!
