Chapter 631

But now, judging by Diluc's tone, it seems I won't be getting any rest.

"The matter isn't big, but it is quite important."

Diluc said this to Jiang Yan.

"Hmm... come to my office with me first."

As he spoke, Diluc looked at Jean.

"Jean, you come too."

"Me?"

Hearing Diluc say this, Jean was instantly stunned.

What matter requires both Jean and Jiang Yan to participate?

Jiang Yan frowned; logically, this shouldn't concern him at all.

Besides, the plot doesn't include any of this.

But one cannot rely solely on the plot.

After all, in the plot, Diluc was not the Acting Grand Master.

So this time, the Genshin Impact plot must have undergone changes.

"I see... then Klee, go play with Sister Amber for now; I'll come find you directly later."

Jiang Yan said this to little Klee.

"Okay!"

Klee nodded her small head, then left the Knights of Favonius with Amber.

Jiang Yan and Jean followed Diluc to the Acting Grand Master's office of version 1.7.

"Diluc, why did you call us both here? What is the matter?"

They entered the office.

Jiang Yan casually found a seat and sat down.

Jean also sat beside Jiang Yan, sitting upright.

"Actually, I wanted to tell you about this when you came last time."

"But due to being too busy revising decrees those few days, I forgot about this matter."

Diluc pulled a document from the drawer and handed it to Jiang Yan.

"Hmm? What is this?"

Jiang Yan looked at Diluc with some confusion, then took the document from Diluc's hand.

"These are some of the events that occurred behind the scenes when my father and I were attacked back then."

Diluc's face wore an expression of A Hint of Solemnity.

"The mastermind behind this matter is the Fatui Harbinger, Il Dottore, who orchestrated it all."

"Not only that, what he plots extends beyond this..."

"After observing for so many years, I have finally discovered some clues."

"Dottore has been secretly conducting human experiments in Mondstadt; the scope is not limited to Mondstadt."

Seeing Jiang Yan's expression grow increasingly heavy, Diluc's heart skipped a beat.

He knew the man before him was beginning to get angry.

He hesitated whether to tell Jiang Yan about this matter.

No, he must tell him.

Jiang Yan is, after all, the former Tianquan of Liyue; he has the right to know this matter.

"Human experiments are not only in Mondstadt... but also in Liyue!"
