Chapter 109: Golden Saber Eagle! Don't Just Stand There! It's Your Turn!

Wu Yuqing shouted loudly, "Su Yang, we've come to cheer you on!"

"Yes, we've all come to cheer you on!"

Su Yang saw many comrades from the first squad, including his squad leader He Yuhua.

"So that's Su Yang—he really is very young!"

"I heard he's only thirteen!"

"No way? That's exaggerated!"

"..."

The beast tamers parted a path for Su Yang, and Su Yang saw Fu Tian, as well as a handsome young man beside Fu Tian.

"Su Yang, you're here. This is your opponent, the young genius from our second squad, Qin Guanyun!" Fu Tian said with a smile. "Qin Guanyun is your senior—he graduated three years earlier than you!"

"Qin Guanyun? Isn't that the genius from back then at No. 1 Middle School? I heard he also applied for early graduation!"

"Yes, I heard Qin Guanyun has a Golden Saber Eagle on hand—it's incredibly powerful!"

"Yes, I've seen it too. I heard that Golden Saber Eagle can fight across ranks; every Bronze-tier beast pet in the entire second squad got beaten by that Golden Saber Eagle!"

"..."

Qin Guanyun smiled as he looked at Su Yang and said, "Junior Su, I've long heard of your reputation in the second squad. I didn't expect that this time we'd be able to spar and compete."

"Please give me your guidance, Senior!"

"Mm, I'll give you a proper lesson!"

Hearing these words, Su Yang's mood soured.

This guy—does he really think of himself as a senior?

Couldn't he tell he was just being polite?

But thinking of Fu Tian, Su Yang guessed that this Qin Guanyun was most likely one of the people who had thrown in their lot with City Lord Dou.

"Oh right, I heard your first beast pet is of the Flying type." Qin Guanyun crossed his arms and smiled. "I won't take advantage of you—how about we have a match with Flying-type beast pets?"

Before Su Yang could speak, Sang Yue shouted, "Su Yang, don't agree to it—use that Earth Burst Bear of yours!"

Wu Yuqing also said, "Right, Su Yang, compete against him with a ground-type beast pet—he definitely can't beat you!"

Of course, Qin Guanyun had his considerations when putting forward this request.
