Chapter 1136

He had already been waiting for over half a month.

If this kept going, another whole month would slip by.

"Can't be helped, this might take quite a while!" Marshal Xu said with a smile. "This time we slew the Beast Sovereign and routed the Beast Sovereign Legion. The higher-ups want a big publicity push. We'll be giving major commendations to the outstanding beast tamers who emerged during the Beast Sovereign War, and we'll even record it and broadcast it to every region to boost the morale of the Huaxia Lianbang Army soldiers."

The other beast tamers in the Beast Sovereign War had, of course, earned merits far inferior to Su Yang's, but some had still put in eye-catching performances.

The General Headquarters simply wanted to make a grand show of it and give it a big publicity push!

The Federation wanted ordinary citizens and beast tamers alike to see hope!

It could double as a nationwide recruitment ad — truly killing several birds with one stone!

"Since that's the case, I'll defer to General Headquarters' opinion!"

"Don't worry, the rewards definitely won't shortchange you!" Marshal Xu suddenly asked, "I just noticed — you seem quite interested in medals."

Su Yang said with a smile, "I'm thinking, once I retire someday, my chest will be covered in medals. Who knows, I might even end up with the nickname Su Xun Zong!"

"That hobby of yours — I absolutely support it!"

Marshal Xu was very pleased that Su Yang could still maintain such a vigorous, ambitious spirit.

After all, every single medal represented a meritorious deed Su Yang had performed for the Federation.

He could never possibly know the joke behind "Su Xun Zong"!

"Since Marshal Xu supports me, hurry up and issue me another First-Class National Protection Medal!"

Marshal Xu laughed and cursed, "Pull the other one! If you want a First-Class National Protection Medal, earn it with merit!"

Su Yang said in a drawn-out tone, "You just said you'd support me wholeheartedly!"

"Fine, let's change the subject. General Headquarters needs you to take action!"

"Is it a healing mission?"

"Sharp as ever, you kid!"

Su Yangcaibu Society would never admit that just yesterday, Qian Hailong had made the very same request!
