Chapter 1507: The Mermaid Clan Submits to the Huaxia Federation! Xiong Xiong!

The instant the Sovereign-Rank Jin Lin mermaid appeared, she prostrated herself on the ground and did not stand back up.

She lay prone on the ground, her voluptuous body trembling.

Although sealed in ice, she was still conscious; everything that had happened outside the glacier, she had seen with her own eyes.

In just one or two months, the seeds scattered in the villa garden had not yet sprouted, yet Su Yang had already risen meteorically from a Sovereign-Rank Beast Tamer to become a God-Rank Beast Tamer.

This world, this world, revered the law of the jungle, and the World of Fierce Beasts even more so.

So long as one had strength, wherever one went, one would be respected.

Before other fierce beasts, she was a Sovereign-Rank Top-Grade fierce beast.

But before Su Yang, she was an ant that could be crushed to death at any moment.

Between a Sovereign-Rank Top-Grade fierce beast and a God-Rank Low-Grade divine beast, there was a gap as vast as heaven and earth!

Xiao Shan's mother was very clear: right now, she could only lower her head.

If she were all alone, she could still choose to die rather than submit.

But she still had Xiao Shan, and a great clan of her own kind!

Xiao Shan's mother called out softly, "General Su!"

Su Yang looked at the trembling Jin Lin mermaid and asked, "Do you still have any objections to my plan to have Water Blue Star merge through the spatial rift at the South Pole?"

"None!"

To be precise, she did not dare have any.

Even though she was a Sovereign-Rank Top-Grade fierce beast, wanting to destroy and expand the spatial rift was not that easy; it required a certain amount of time.

But with Su Yang present, he would not give her that time.

The blazing Xiong Xiong flames at the spatial rift were even less something she could afford to provoke.

The phoenix laughed from the side, "You actually wanted Water Blue Star to merge through from this spatial fusion point… did you not know that the other side is my territory?"

"I wouldn't dare!"

Xiao Shan's mother knelt on the ground, not daring to move.

The might of a divine beast was not something she could withstand.

Especially a fire-attribute divine beast, whose suppression over her was even stronger!

In truth, Xiao Shan's mother had not known that the other side was the territory of the Annihilation Phoenix.

She had gone to the other side to scout, and at that time the Annihilation Phoenix was slumbering.

She had only seen the large volcanic region nearby, along with the active fire-attribute fierce beasts, and there were no powerful human factions in the vicinity; the Jin Lin mermaids were confident they could gain a foothold in that area.

As for the fire-attribute fierce beasts, she had not paid them any mind either; once Water Blue Star merged over, all those volcanic regions would be squeezed away.

So long as there was no large human faction, she would be very satisfied.

The Southern Pole was guarded by a Sovereign-Rank fierce beast.

After much deliberation, she felt this spatial fusion point was the most suitable.

She had never expected to run into Su Yang, this monster!

Su Yang had no intention of pursuing the matter further; he simply said, "That's good then. Take your clansmen and prepare well!"

Xiao Shan's mother raised her head, cast a reverent glance at Su Yang, and hesitated, wanting to speak.

"Is there anything else?"

"General Su, within the passage at the Southern Pole, the place it connects to—does it have powerful human factions?"

"It does, I suppose!"

"Are there God-Rank Beast Tamers?"

"Of course!" Su Yang said, puzzled, "Why do you ask?"

The Jin Lin mermaid pressed her lips together and said, "I'm afraid our mermaid clan will be attacked by human Beast Tamers…"

Xiao Shan mustered her courage to step forward and said, "General Su, the human factions in the Beast Tamer Great World are truly hateful. Not only will they attack us, they will also enslave our own kind!"

"You don't need to worry about that." Su Yang replied, "I've already discussed it with the nearest major faction. Our Huaxia Federation will be fine."

Xiao Shan looked toward Sovereign Jiazi's side at her older sister; Little Fish turned her head away, pretending she hadn't seen.

Seeing Little Fish unwilling to step forward, Xiao Shan looked toward her own mother.

In the end, it was Xiao Shan's mother who spoke: "Might I ask whether our mermaid clan can receive General Su's protection?"

"What can you offer in return?"

Su Yang also believed that the mermaid clan would easily attract attention.

They were born with powerful water-attribute talent, and their growth potential was outstanding.

There were even Sovereign-Rank potential fierce beasts like the Jin Lin mermaid!

On top of that, their fair skin, beautiful looks, and outstanding appearance were bonus points.

They were absolutely an excellent choice for a water-attribute pet beast.

This mermaid clan had originally been meant to live in the great oceans of the Beast Tamer Great World—oceans far vaster than Water Blue Star's, by countless times.

There was sufficient breadth and depth there for them to evade the malice of human Beast Tamers, and there might even be divine beasts sheltering them!

But now they lived in Water Blue Star's small oceans.

Once merged into the Beast Tamer Great World, the area of Water Blue Star's small oceans would shrink by at least half; facing the malice of countless Beast Tamers from another world, they would find it very hard to protect themselves!

Xiao Shan's mother gritted her teeth: "We can choose to have our clansmen sign contracts with outstanding Beast Tamers of the Huaxia Federation?"

"Oh!"

"We beg General Su to shelter us!"

Su Yang was somewhat tempted.

Why were the Beast Tamers of the Beast Tamer Great World so strong?

Apart from having developed for several tens of thousands of years longer, it was also because their world was "vast and rich in resources," possessing far too many high-potential fierce beasts!

Some powerful human factions could manage to pen and raise entire colonies of fierce beasts!

There were even those who directly signed alliances with the powerful fierce beast leaders that gathered into colonies!

Beast Tamers and their companion beasts could achieve mutual success.

Beast Tamers could accelerate the growth of their companion beasts.

Outstanding, high-potential fierce beasts could likewise allow outstanding Beast Tamers to grow rapidly!

The Huaxia Federation's foundations were severely lacking. After entering that world, apart from Su Yang and Liu Mengyun's three women, their overall strength might not even compare to a small country.

The Huaxia Federation might still need to spend several hundred years striving to catch up and strengthen its foundations before it could possibly gain a firm foothold!

And the Mermaid Clan's submission to the Huaxia Federation could also be counted as one way of strengthening its foundations!

Their numbers were not large, but the Blue-Scaled Mermaids and Red-Scaled Mermaids were both King-tier and Emperor-tier potential fierce beasts, perfectly suited for cultivating genius Beast Tamers!

Su Yang did not know why Seeing Xiao Shan's mother was unwilling to return to the great ocean of the Beast Tamer Great World, but this matter was very beneficial to the Huaxia Federation!

"If you sincerely submit, I can guarantee the safety of your clan."

"Thank you, General Su!"

"Mm!" Su Yang nodded. "Xiao Shan, go gather your clansfolk. I'll take you to the coastal areas of the Huaxia Federation."

Seeing Xiao Shan left to assemble her clansfolk.

"You may rise!"
