Chapter 160

Seeing Huo Kun, Huo Kun got straight to the point: "You know about the preliminary round, right?"

"I know!"

"Are you signing up?"

"Didn't I already agree?"

Huo Kun smiled: "Good. I'll register you. I'll have someone prepare all the documents—you don't need to worry about it!"

Hearing Huo Kun's words, Su Yang was even more satisfied.

He had seen the application requirements: not only was there an entry fee, but also a pile of forms and several official documents needed…

This stuff looked extremely troublesome; without connections, you might have to run around for days.

Yet Huo's squad leader said one sentence, and others took care of it for him!

"Squad Leader, how many days will the preliminary competition take?"

"If things go fast, maybe ten days."

Ten days—Su Yang could bring the Earth Rampager up to Silver High-Grade!

When Su Yang engaged in battle, the system occasionally issued tasks.

But all tasks required the enemy's level to be roughly equal to his own.

If he joined the preliminary competition, he likely wouldn't trigger any tasks.

"That's a long time to waste!"

Huo Kun lowered his head and paused briefly: "I know your strength well. I'll ask the City Lord's opinion."

"Thank you, Squad Leader!"

"What's there to thank me for? You're my subordinate—if you achieve something great, it reflects well on me!"

"Rest assured, I won't let you down!"

"I understand. Go."

Su Yang left Huo Kun's tent happily, returned to the First Squad, and heard many talking about the preliminary competition.

Several young Beast Tamer under twenty had already said they planned to sign up!
