Chapter 1707

"Fine!"

Elder Long nodded; he understood Su Yang's concerns.

Having settled that matter, Elder Long remembered Su Yang's disciple: "By the way, bring your disciple along too!"

"She'll stay with me," Su Yang said. "We've trained together too long—we have perfect synergy!"

"Alright then!"

Since Su Yang had joined Babaozhai Society, Elder Long didn't press the matter about his disciple.

Moreover, from the battle at Lanmo City, his disciple's wind-type God-Rank Mid-Grade beast ability wasn't particularly outstanding.

It seemed utterly ordinary!

Back in Shancheng, when Su Yang mentioned joining Babaozhai Society, Xia Na became excited.

"We're joining Babaozhai Society already? It's too smooth, isn't it?"

"Smooth?" Su Yang chuckled. "You think it's smooth—but it's just perfect timing: they need combat strength, and I happen to be exceptional!"

Only Su Yang knew how difficult it was to infiltrate Babaozhai Society.

Especially since he had ulterior motives!

Any ordinary person would've been exposed by the Babaozhai Society's leader and that fate-type God-Rank Mid-Grade beast!

Xia Na flung herself into Su Yang's arms and whispered, "Show-off!"

"Hahaha!"

Su Yang laughed and pulled her into his arms.

"By the way, should we notify Sister Liu Mengyun and the others?" Xia Na said. "We've been gone a long time—they might be worried."

"That's true," Su Yang thought for a moment. "Wait. Let's be cautious for now. Once I officially join Babaozhai Society and get that God-Rank Mid-Grade beast egg, I'll find a Shideji Society opportunity to return!"
