Chapter 1838: Revenge in Progress! Destroy the Cities!

At the border between the Blue Demon Nation and the Night Demon Nation, Tan Zhiqing parted ways with Su Yang and Xia Na.

Tan Zhiqing warned: "Chen Zhanglao, Nana, be careful. If you encounter any unexpected situation and truly cannot complete your mission, evacuate immediately—you may also adjust your target flexibly!"

"Understood!"

"At dawn four days from now, we strike together!"

"No problem!"

Three days were enough for Su Yang to pinpoint over two hundred cities in the Blue Demon Nation.

Tan Zhiqing thought for a moment and said: "Four days from now, we regroup here. If you haven't returned by then, I'll come to support you."

"Got it!"

After Tan Zhiqing vanished, Xia Na said: "This Tan Society leader is actually pretty reliable!"

"Not bad at all!"

Su Yang smiled.

He hadn't had anyone support him in a long time.

"Let's go," Su Yang grabbed Xia Na's hand. "But this mission is a bit cruel."

"The demons brought it on themselves," Xia Na didn't care. "Sure, these ordinary demons might be innocent, but they're the ones who benefited. I heard the land of these three hundred-plus cities used to belong to human nations."

"That's right!"

Su Yang nodded.

Xia Na's words made perfect sense.

There was no need to overthink the war between the two races.

In two days, Su Yang and Xia Na easily completed reconnaissance of over two hundred cities in the Blue Demon Nation.

The Void Wandering Spirit had firmly memorized the spatial coordinates of the two hundred-plus cities.

Su Yang's reconnaissance had not been detected by any Divine-Rank Beast Tamer of the Blue Demon Nation.

Divine-Rank Beast Tamers were already extremely rare.

Finding one was no easy task.

Added to that, Su Yang deliberately concealed himself—even a Divine-Rank Beast Tamer would have difficulty spotting him.

On the third night, Su Yang and Xia Na stood in the sky, gazing at the moon, waiting until dawn.

"Master, it's time!"

"Mm."

"I'll go first!"

"Alright!"

Xia Na immediately summoned the Void Demon Insect.

The Void Demon Insect had followed Xia Na for a short time, but she had rapidly elevated it to King-Rank Top-Grade.

After all, Xia Na was already a Divine-Rank Beast Tamer, and with Su Yang's help, its growth rate was naturally blazing fast.

"Void Demon Insect—Space Cannon! Level that city!"

After a brief charge, violent gray spatial energy erupted from the Void Demon Insect.

Beneath Su Yang, the seven-thousand-person city was instantly flattened!

Every demon, every building, was compressed into a thin pancake by the spatial shockwave of the Space Cannon.

No one could escape this fate.

Everyone died instantly, without pain.

This was the power of a high-rank Beast Tamer!

Even a mere King-Rank Beast Tamer, undisturbed, could obliterate an entire city in one strike.

"Go!"

Su Yang grabbed Xia Na and the Void Demon Insect, instantly appearing above another city.

"Space Cannon!"

"Next one!"

Su Yang moved Xia Na again.

"Space Cannon!"

"..."

Three cities, five cities... one after another, Xia Na destroyed them.

Of course, there were cities the Void Demon Insect couldn't handle.

These were key cities, often guarded by Imperial-Rank or even Sovereign-Rank Beast Tamers.

But as long as they didn't encounter a Divine-Rank Beast Tamer, Xia Na could still handle them.

"Omen God Crow—Endless Storm!"

"..."

"You human Beast Tamers dare attack our Blue Demon cities? Don't you fear death?"

A Blue Demon Divine-Rank Beast Tamer blocked the Omen God Crow's attack.

This Blue Demon Beast Tamer was extremely aged, even more decayed than Guo Guo Tianyou, the Grand Elder of Bao Bao Zhai, his body reeking of rot.

He must have been in seclusion in this city.

He had enough strength to block the Omen God Crow's assault.

Su Yang lifted his eyelids slightly, suddenly feeling a flicker of interest.

Xia Na shouted: "Master, this one's mine!"

"Sister Xiao Die, kill him!"

The Seven-Colored Illusory Butterfly suddenly appeared, and a soul storm instantly stunned the God-Rank Beast Tamer.

Immediately after, that God-Rank Beast Tamer fell into an illusion.

He summoned his three God-Rank Low-Grade pet beasts, along with other Sovereign-Rank Top-Grade pet beasts, and the pets turned on each other and killed one another.

Two minutes later, all his pet beasts were dead, and he himself committed suicide before Su Yang.

"Ding~ Congratulations, Host! Your pet, the Seven-Colored Illusory Butterfly, has upgraded to God-Rank Mid-Grade!"

A vast, overwhelming aura surged from the Seven-Colored Illusory Butterfly.

On the Seven-Colored Illusory Butterfly's multicolored wings, countless blood-red eyes gradually appeared…

Those blood-red eyes turned, slowly shifting into silver.

Making the Seven-Colored Illusory Butterfly appear both eerie and sacred.

Su Yang gently patted Xia Na.

"Huh? What just happened to me?"

"Don't look at the eyes on its wings—you'll fall into an illusion!"

"Seriously, Sister Xiao Die even tricked me!" Xia Na patted her chest and whispered, "Just now, I thought I saw the God-Rank Beast Tamer's eyes on its wings—I don't know if that was an illusion or not…"

This might not have been an illusion!

The Seven-Colored Illusory Butterfly must have imprisoned the enemy's soul.

But Su Yang, of course, had no need to explain this to Xia Na.

"Master, didn't you promise I'd strike first? You didn't even leave me one divine beast!"
