Chapter 757: Compared with Su Yang! General Qian's Heart Is No Longer Balanced!

At a Yiciduan Society meeting, Su Yang summoned all of Reef City's high-ranking officials.

He announced that he needed to go out to seek a breakthrough in strength, and that Liu Mengyun would temporarily handle Reef City's military affairs — and Reef City's high-ranking officials all agreed!

The news of Liu Mengyun's victory over Baicang of the Treasure Pavilion yesterday had already spread throughout all of Reef City!

It was said that Liu Mengyun hadn't even summoned her battle pet at the time.

She had relied entirely on the single pet she carried on her to suppress Baicang from every angle until he died!

Her fighting strength seemed to have almost caught up with Su Yang's.

Moreover, Reef City's high-ranking officials were all well aware of Liu Mengyun's ability to manage.

After all, back when Su Yang had just arrived at Reef City, everything on his plate had been handled by Liu Mengyun.

"Then this meeting is adjourned — I won't be going far, and within a month or two at the latest, I'll definitely be back… Meeting dismissed!"

He Yao said, "City Lord, my lord, please take care!"

Su Yang laughed and said, "No problem!"

As City Lord, being away from the city under his jurisdiction for an extended period carried the suspicion of dereliction of duty.

However, if one left the city temporarily in order to seek a breakthrough in strength,

as long as it was reported to the Military Department, the Military Department would generally approve it.

They would also temporarily transfer an officer to take over administration of the city.
