Chapter 90

Is it really this direct?

On the very first day of arriving, he has to have a match?

The other five beast tamers watched them with smiles, clearly planning to enjoy the show.

Earlier, He Yuhua had warned Su Yang that most of the members of the first squad were troublemakers, and in the army, strength was respected above all else.

Regardless of winning or losing, if he refused this match.

The other beast tamers of the first squad would all look down on him.

"Fine!" Su Yang nodded. "But all my pets are Bronze grade!"

"No problem, I also have a Bronze grade fierce beast I just recently cultivated!"

That young beast tamer couldn't possibly take advantage of Su Yang in front of everyone, bullying the weak with his strength—it would only make him look down on him even more!

"Come out, Black Gold Armor Spider!"

The Black Gold Armor Spider before Su Yang was like an armored vehicle, covered in sharp spikes from head to toe.

The front of its cephalothorax usually had eight simple eyes, and four pairs of gleaming, razor-sharp chelicerae that looked capable of slicing any prey to pieces.

Su Yang glanced at the Black Gold Armor Spider and immediately obtained its detailed information:

【Name】: Black Gold Armor Spider

【Talents】:

1. Solid Armor (Common); 2. Leap (Common).

【Growth Potential】: Gold High-Grade

【Strength Level】: Bronze Low-Grade

【Attributes】: Beast, Poison

【Loyalty】: 96

【Skills】:

1. Charged Leap; 2. Blade-Foot Sword Dance; 3. Paralytic Venom; 4. Swift Steps.

Seeing the Black Gold Armor Spider's loyalty, Su Yang understood at once.

This Black Gold Armor Spider had been hatched by the opponent and raised all the way to now.

Generally speaking, pets raised from a young age, as long as nothing went wrong, had very high loyalty.

The Black Gold Armor Spider was purely a melee pet, and Su Yang didn't want to bully it!

In that case…

"Earth Fury Bear, come out!"

The moment the Earth Fury Bear appeared, it firmly captured the attention of everyone present.

Not only because of its massive, burly frame that stood three meters tall when upright, but also because of the grotesque scars covering its body and its single ferocious eye!

"I thought Sang Yue's spider was ugly enough, but I didn't expect there to be an even uglier one!" the female beast tamer watching with arms crossed complained. "If my daughter saw this bear, she probably wouldn't sleep hugging her stuffed bear every night anymore!"

"She'd have nightmares every night!"

"…"

"Ding~ Mission issued: Defeat the Black Gold Armor Spider!"

"Mission success: Reward—one Common-grade talent matching the Earth Fury Bear!"

Seeing this mission, Su Yang smiled!

Sang Yue commanded: "Black Gold Armor Spider, use Charged Leap and Blade-Foot Sword Dance, cut it down!"

The Black Gold Armor Spider leaned back slightly to gather power, then instantly leaped up, its landing point exactly where the Earth Fury Bear stood!

"Earth Fury Bear, Earth Armor, block it for me!"

The Earth Fury Bear was instantly Space covered by a layer of yellowish-brown armor!

Sang Yue laughed: "As expected of a youngster, not enough combat experience!"

The female beast tamer laughed: "That Earth Fury Bear is going to get hurt. Blade-Foot Sword Dance is a sustained attack and can target a single weak point—its Earth Armor can't hold up!"

"Indeed!" a beast tamer at the side commented, "At a time like this, the smartest response would be to dodge. After all, the Black Gold Armor Spider's hang time is rather long, and it can't fly. Just dodge, then attack its landing point from a distance!"

Just then, the two pets made contact.

The moment the Black Gold Armor Spider touched the Earth Fury Bear, its eight razor-sharp chelicerae, accompanied by a piercing wind, frantically sliced across the Earth Fury Bear's body!

The Earth Fury Bear's Earth Armor collapsed in an extremely short time!

Sang Yue laughed triumphantly: "I won… though it was a bit too easy!"

"It's over!" the female beast tamer covered her face. "This new kid still needs experience—seriously lacking in combat experience!"

"How is this possible?"

But just then, she heard the exclamations of the other beast tamers!
