Chapter 895: Capital Treaty

Seeing Bai Lianghe so rigorous, the others were slightly stunned.

Coach Haichang smiled calmly: "Of course."

Then he opened his schoolbag, took out a contract, and said to the five people: "Initially, before your team was formed, I had the idea of signing Shen Xing, but at that time he insisted on playing in the college league and forming his own team, so the matter was dragged until now."

"Signing the whole team to our 'Longcheng B-Star' club was a condition Shen Xing proposed at the beginning, and I also have my sincerity. I promised Shen Xing that if you get a ranking in the college league finals, the club will directly recommend you to skip the B-level league and play in the youth training tournament."

Although Shen Xing had said this more than once, hearing it with their own ears from Coach Haichang now, the few people were still excited.

The youth training tournament, the outpost tournament of the professional arena. All the teams in the professional arena now have fought their way up from the youth training tournament.

Coach Haichang knocked on the contract: "These are all written into the contract, so you don't have to worry."

Everyone nodded.

Coach Haichang continued: "But signing with a club will definitely be different from your current situation. First of all, it's the salary problem. I know that as a Longcheng University team, you have school subsidies and bonuses, as well as Shen Xing's salary and bonuses."

"But after signing with the club, you won't have any salary in the initial stage when you haven't achieved any results."

"Not even a little bit?" Yu Qian asked.

"No." Coach Haichang shook his head: "But the club doesn't restrict the side jobs of non-professional players, which means you can earn some income through live streaming or other ways, but... the club wants a share. That is to say, after signing this contract, all your future income will be divided according to the ratio marked on the contract."

Bai Lianghe frowned. Although she didn't care about money at all, she knew others needed money.

And capital couldn't offer any good conditions at the beginning when they hadn't exerted any value.

She tentatively asked: "What is the ratio?"

"8:2!" Coach Haichang said directly: "The club gets 8, you get 2."

The few people looked at each other, their expressions different.

This is capital. Black-heartedness is a feature.

Coach Haichang knew it himself, but this is reality. He said seriously to the few: "All youth training players signed by the club have this ratio. Everyone's contract is the same, and this cannot be changed."

Bai Lianghe curled her lips: "Coach, is there anything else you should say all at once, so we can have a number in our hearts?"

Coach Haichang continued: "The contract is a standard three-year term, which is also the industry standard. But I can only recommend you to play in the youth training tournament once. You must grasp the opportunity. Only by achieving results can you have opportunities later. Otherwise, the boss will not agree to let you go a second time."

"Although you are signing as a whole team, after signing into the club, each of you is a player of the club and must obey personnel adjustments and arrangements..."

At this point, Shen Xing reacted and interrupted: "Coach, do you mean that our team is very likely to be broken up after signing?"

Others also frowned. They didn't want to separate.

Shen Xing emphasized: "This goes against my original intention. The reason why I wanted to sign as a whole team was that I wanted our team to be together forever."

"Shen Xing, I understand your thoughts." Coach Haichang said seriously: "But I must say that your idea is too naive. Let alone you, look at the teams in the professional arena. There is no team that is unchanging."

"The club needs to integrate the team according to your strengths and weaknesses to raise your upper limit. This is a very routine operation. All players must obey the adjustment. This is also the professional spirit you should have."

Shen Xing was silent on the spot.

His heart was naturally unwilling to let everyone separate, but Coach Haichang's words were very realistic.

Later, Coach Haichang said some other content in the contract. Compared to these, it was clearly the problem just discussed that the few people cared about the most.

"Do you want to discuss it? I can give you time." Coach Haichang looked at the few and asked.

The few stood up one after another, and after letting Coach Haichang wait a moment, they went into the e-sports room inside to hold a meeting.

As soon as they sat down, Shen Xing spoke first: "I didn't see the contract before, and I didn't know the content of the contract was like this. This is my responsibility. I know that everyone was full of expectations about signing with the club, but we still have to consider our own personal situation before deciding whether to sign."

Others fell into deep thought. Clearly, the current situation was different from what they had thought, and they really needed to make a cautious decision.

And Shen Xing was the first to express his position: "Let me say my decision first."

As soon as he spoke, everyone raised their heads to look at him, and heard him say: "I will choose to sign, because playing professionally has always been what I want to do. After signing, I can have an opportunity to directly play in the youth training tournament, which is equivalent to sending me directly to the gate of the professional arena. I don't want to miss such an opportunity."

As for other additional conditions, they were not within Shen Xing's consideration.

Bai Lianghe heard this and said: "So they grasped your thoughts very accurately. Except for the one that directly recommends us to the youth training tournament, which is good for us, the rest are capital clauses. But this one alone is enough to tempt people."

But although she said so, she still followed Shen Xing and expressed her position: "I'll sign too. I also want to try the depth of the youth training tournament."

Seeing her so crisp and neat, Mu Jin and Yu Qian hesitated instead.

Because both of them were worried about money, but after signing with the club, not only was there no salary, but the money they earned had to be taken away by the club by 80%. Isn't this a robbery?

And just as the two were hesitating, Shi Jingming spoke first. His lips moved, and he said in a low voice: "Xing, I think, I'll just forget it..."

Shen Xing looked at him, but saw Shi Jingming smiling at him, pretending to be relaxed: "My technique is not at the same level as yours anyway. It's fine that you didn't dislike me and took me to play in the college league. I can't go to the youth training tournament, a big tournament, to drag you down. If I sign, I guess the first one to be adjusted out of the team will be me."

"Since that's the case, then I won't sign. Originally, joining the team was to accompany you. Playing professionally requires talent, and my upper limit is just here."

Hearing Shi Jingming's words, Mu Jin turned her head and couldn't help but cry.

But Shi Jingming was very optimistic and very supportive of Shen Xing: "Don't worry about me, really. I can accompany you to train in the future. I believe you will definitely be able to do it!"
