Chapter 807: Quest Complete!!

Over a billion damage popped up, instantly shaving a sliver of health off the BOSS.

For a normal attack to deal this kind of damage, it was already considered very strong output for Luo Chenyu.

He basically had no offensive skills.

His most important output came from normal attacks and the shield value of the attached 【Steel Shield】.

Now…

This damage could deal considerable harm to the Forbidden BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】, which meant this BOSS couldn't withstand his output.

He could fight!

In other words, he could kill it!

Taking advantage of the BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】 still being in its taunt state, Luo Chenyu attacked frantically without hesitation.

If he got hit by the BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】, his shield value would take some damage; if the BOSS's ability to weaken shields was very strong, then the loss would outweigh the gain.

Chain Control!

Brutal Charge!

Continuing to output, the ultimate skill was still on cooldown, but the minor skills could be cast continuously, giving him plenty of output time.

Boom!

Boom!

The great iron hammer kept slamming down, dealing tons of damage.

When the BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】 woke from the control, its health was already close to 70%.

At this, Luo Chenyu wasn't flustered in the slightest.

He directly blew up the shield value gained from 【Brutal Charge】 and 【Adamant and Unyielding】.

Then output again.

Then…

He hurriedly retreated, using the teleportation ability of 【Spatial Lockdown】 to dodge the BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】's output.

Shameless?

This is standard procedure.

As long as the BOSS can be killed, everything else is fine.

Especially against a Forbidden BOSS, tanking head-on is no good plan.

A flash, an attack!

Waiting for 【Steel Shield】's cooldown — this was Luo Chenyu's method.

Anyway…

The duration of 【Spatial Lockdown】 was enough for him to operate.

One can only say, charging in recklessly… also requires brains.

Tank the BOSS's attacks head-on? That's called brainless!

As time ticked away second by second, the BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】's health kept dropping.

Finally…

A few minutes later, the BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】's health reached 10%.

The final burst phase had arrived!!

But when the BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】 tried to cast its skill, the control from 【Spatial Lockdown】 directly interrupted it.

The skill backfired on the spot.

Not only did its skill fail to cast, it also caused a stun effect.

This is the strongest control!!

"Bad luck, don't blame this young master!"

Luo Chenyu grinned, then threw every offensive skill he had at it.

Boosted by 【Steel Shield】, he directly emptied the Forbidden BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】's health bar.

No choice, that's reality.

Not enough offensive skills? 【Steel Shield】 makes up the difference.

"Ding, killed LV. 500 Forbidden BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】, your level +5, free attributes +1,000,000 points!"

"Ding, you have completed the special scenario 【Unsealed Forbidden Monster】, rewards accumulating!"

Truly worthy of a special Forbidden trial — the rewards for killing a Forbidden BOSS would definitely let him skyrocket.

Even fiercer than the "steal" attribute of 【Killing Domain】!

The Forbidden BOSS 【Sea Demon Beast · Aike】 didn't drop any items.

Luo Chenyu could only head to the altar.

He picked up that crystal.

"Ding, you have obtained the special item 【Heart of Water Reversal】, do you choose to submit the quest?"

Luo Chenyu was slightly stunned.

Because…

He saw the attributes of 【Heart of Water Reversal】.

Moreover, this item was of great help to him.

Permanent immunity to water-type attacks, free movement in water, and a certain increase to water-type attributes!!

For the "water-fearing" Luo Chenyu, this attribute was simply a godsend.

But…

This was a quest item; without turning in the quest, he simply could not continue the subsequent trial.

Luo Chenyu was filled with helplessness.

"Turn in the quest—now!"

At this moment, a panel appeared in his line of sight…
