Chapter 28: Second-Tier Elite Barracks! Black Iron Realm Undead Lich!

"Hmm... this feeling of being full of strength is really great!"

Qin Luo felt the power in his body growing vigorously and constantly erupting.

Although the four major attributes are relatively average, there are no advantages or disadvantages.

However, compared to the attributes of the Undead Skeleton when it was Ordinary Three-Star, it is really much stronger!

【Strength: 26】 【Physique: 25】 【Agility: 14】 【Spirit: 9】

This is the attribute value of an Ordinary Three-Star Undead Skeleton Warrior.

The highest Strength value is only 26 points, and the total of all attributes is only 74 points.

Even the Black Iron One-Star Undead Bone General, its attributes are 【Strength: 35】 【Physique: 40】 【Agility: 20】 【Spirit: 15】!

Although Strength and Physique exceeded thirty points, they were not much higher, and the total attribute points were only 110 points.

And all four major attributes of Qin Luo have 120 points!

"This might be the advantage of a lord!"

"And lord upgrade is much harder than unit upgrade!"

Qin Luo muttered.

Of course, what Qin Luo is most happy about is not the improvement of his own strength, but that after the territory upgrade, the entire territory will be boosted.

According to this expansion and boost of the territory, it is expected that when it is upgraded to a Bronze Grade territory, it will be able to include the Red Iron mine cave one kilometer away into the territory's jurisdiction.

When night fell again, all the Undead Skeleton Soldiers outside withdrew to the territory.

Even Wang Yi, who was responsible for the Red Iron mine cave, was no exception, and what was brought back together was a large amount of Red Iron ore!

2000 units of Red Iron!

"Only half a day of mining, and actually mined so much Red Iron!"

Qin Luo couldn't help but be overjoyed.

If this were sold and exchanged for Energy Points, it would be fifteen thousand!

Of course, Qin Luo's surprise didn't stop there.

Wang Er's Undead team successfully swept four racial creature villages, obtaining 280 Goblins, 340 humans, and 120 Minotaurs.

Added to the 183 Centaurs who had surrendered before, the racial creatures under his command reached 923!

This growth speed is also very terrifying!

"It seems that if you want to enhance the combat power of the territory, besides relying on barracks to recruit units, you can also expand and invade territory through war, harvesting a large amount of population!"

Qin Luo looked at the rows of dejected creatures of various races, who were driven into the territory.

These people can actually be converted into combat units!

If a lord can grasp this, they can completely use this to rapidly expand the number of troops and widen the gap with other lords.

It's just that for Qin Luo, there is no need for this at all.

He doesn't need these people to fight, but to act as production tools.

You must know, even Undead Skeletons with low work efficiency can mine 2000 units of Red Iron a day, so if these racial creatures were used, the output would only be higher!

And the cost of raising them, in Qin Luo's view, is not high.

Even if they eat three catties of meat a day, 923 people count as three thousand catties of meat!

The current price of food has fallen to 1 Energy Point for 3 units, which is thirty catties of meat.

Converted into Energy Points, it is only one hundred Energy Points!

And the price of Red Iron is now 8 Energy Points per unit.

That is to say, you only need to sell 25 units of Red Iron to support nearly one thousand racial creatures!

So no matter what, Qin Luo is making money.

And in Qin Luo's view, the energy income of the Red Iron mine might be far higher than the harvest of the Undead Army sweeping outside!

Besides bringing back a large batch of population, Wang Er also brought back four Territory Cores and several other resources.

As for the Undead Army led by Wang San and Wang Si, they almost swept away the wild creatures and small-scale monster nests within two or three miles of the territory.

Killed 1300 Ordinary Realm wild monsters, 4 Black Iron Realm monsters!

Destroyed 8 monster nests, and obtained 8 Barracks Hearts, 8 Black Iron Grade Treasure Chests, 126 Magic Crystals, and various other resources!

"Great, now the resources for upgrading the barracks are also gathered!"

Qin Luo laughed.

Previously, there were 2 Barracks Hearts in the inventory, plus these 8, it was exactly 10!

【Ding, congratulations on your successful barracks upgrade!】

With Qin Luo's operation, the Undead Barracks were officially upgraded to Elite Grade!

A wave of white mist-like gas suddenly surged out of the entire barracks, as if a gate of hell had been opened, containing endless terror and evil, preparing to surge out from the gate of hell.

Even, Qin Luo faintly saw that in the gate of hell hidden in the white mist, there seemed to be various Undead creatures with different postures!

Some of them had eyes like devils, some had hideous and terrifying faces, and some were just a skeleton but emitted an unusually terrifying aura. They shouted and wailed, as if they were about to break through that boundary and descend from the world of the dead!

The light of the Undead Barracks became even gloomier, constantly emitting and existing in a hideous and terrifying atmosphere, making people feel dizzy and panicked, affecting the emotions in their hearts, falling into endless fear and despair.

Qin Luo's gaze silently moved away from the Undead Graveyard. He was afraid that if he continued to look, he would have nightmares at night, dreaming of those who had already died.

【Undead Barracks】

【Race: Undead Race】

【Quality: Second-Tier Elite (Upgradeable, upgrade can unlock recruitment limit and new units, next level: Third-Tier Rare)】

【Recruitment Limit: Unlimited】

【Recruitment Units: Undead Skeleton Soldier (Ordinary Grade), Undead Lich (Elite Grade)】

【Recruitment Price: Undead Skeleton Soldier (1 skeleton (Ordinary Realm) per unit, 1 Energy Point, 1 unit of wood, 1 unit of stone)

Undead Lich (1 skeleton (Black Iron Realm) per unit, 1 Magic Crystal (Black Iron Grade), 10 Magic Crystals (Ordinary Grade), 10 units of Red Iron, 100 Energy Points, 100 units of wood, 100 units of stone)】

【Upgrade conditions: 100 Barracks Hearts, 100 Magic Crystals (Black Iron Grade), 10000 units of food, 10000 units of wood, 10000 units of stone, 10000 units of Red Iron】

The barracks were upgraded from Ordinary Grade to Elite Grade, and also unlocked a brand new unit: Undead Lich!

It's just that, compared to the Ordinary Grade Undead Skeleton Soldier, the recruitment price of this Undead Lich is too expensive!

Recruiting one Undead Lich actually requires 7 different materials!

1 skeleton (Black Iron Realm) per unit, 1 Magic Crystal (Black Iron Grade), 10 Magic Crystals (Ordinary Grade), 10 units of Red Iron, 100 Energy Points, 100 units of wood, 100 units of stone!

Energy Points, wood, stone, these common resources are fine!

Actually, it also needs Black Iron Realm skeletons, but this is within Qin Luo's expectations. After all, recruiting Undead always requires at least one main material!

And skeletons are essential items for recruiting Undead.

Secondly, Magic Crystals, which require two different grades of Magic Crystals.

1 Magic Crystal (Black Iron Grade), 10 Magic Crystals (Ordinary Grade)

The drop rate of Magic Crystals is not high, but he couldn't stand the large number of wild monsters killed, so there were hundreds in the inventory!

But Black Iron Grade Magic Crystals require killing Black Iron Realm monsters to have a certain chance of dropping.

In these two days, the total number of Black Iron Grade Magic Crystals obtained was only 11!

As for Red Iron, for Qin Luo, it is naturally not a big problem, but for other lords, it is a bit troublesome!

"So recruiting Elite Grade units requires so many resources!"

"Then recruiting Rare units and Transcendental units above Elite Grade, wouldn't it require more resources!"

"No wonder Ao Chongzhi was like a madman purchasing Red Iron from him. It is estimated that the Red Iron he needs to recruit units is far more than 10 units!"

Qin Luo exclaimed.

Even for an Undead Lich, the various resources required for recruitment are estimated to be several hundred Energy Points!

Is it really worth it to recruit an Elite Undead Lich with resources that can recruit hundreds of Undead Skeleton Soldiers?

This made Qin Luo fall into deep thought!

You must know, even if hundreds of Undead Skeleton Soldiers are used for suicide-style Gu raising, their death can enhance the power of other Undead, and it can also cultivate a few Black Iron Realm Undead Bone Generals!

However, whether it is worth it, one must try to know!

Fortunately, Qin Luo had enough resources in his hands, and with a wave of his hand, he recruited an Undead Lich!

Woo woo!

A wave of white mist surged in the Undead Graveyard, and Qin Luo vaguely saw an old tombstone fall, replaced by a figure wrapped in a black robe slowly emerging, emitting a thick death aura!

This is the Undead Lich, possessing transcendental dark Undead magic power.

It can control Undead Power, making the dead crawl out from the ground, making people hear it and be terrified. The natural gloomy aura and the skeleton mask on its face make it more mysterious and terrifying.

【Name: Undead Lich】

【Race: Undead Race】

【Rank: Black Iron One-Star】

【Strength: 30】

【Physique: 25】

【Agility: 45】

【Spirit: 60】

【Skills: Undead Body, Dark Magic, Corpse Explosion Technique, Undead Transformation, Undead Song, Life-Bound Witch Gu】

【Specialty: Splicing Level 3, Magic Level 4】

【Talent: Infinite Growth, Devour Evolution】

【Bond: Wizard Power】

After Qin Luo finished reading the Undead Lich's attribute panel, he couldn't help but show joy.

I have to say, these resources were really worth it!

Originally, Qin Luo thought that the Elite units summoned should be Ordinary Two-Star or Ordinary Three-Star strength, because he had read some lords' posts about the analysis of the basic strength of various units.

Among them, the initial strength of Ordinary units is Ordinary One-Star, while Elite units are Ordinary Two-Star or Ordinary Three-Star!

And the strength of Rare units and Transcendental units is between Black Iron One-Star and Black Iron Three-Star!

So Qin Luo felt that the price of recruiting the Elite unit Undead Lich was too expensive.

But he didn't expect that the Undead Lich recruited was actually Black Iron Realm. No wonder it needed Black Iron Realm skeletons and Magic Crystals!

"They are all Elite units, why is the strength gap so big!"

Qin Luo questioned.

You must know, there is a big realm between the Ordinary Realm and the Black Iron Realm, and the strength of the two is not on the same level at all.

After Qin Luo's thinking, he discovered a possibility.

That is the level of the barracks!

First-Tier Ordinary!

Second-Tier Elite!

At first glance, there is no problem.

At this time, Qin Luo can recruit First-Tier Ordinary Undead Skeleton Soldiers, Second-Tier Elite Undead Liches!

If the initial barracks were Elite Grade, then they could recruit Elite units from the beginning.

But it is not a complete Elite unit, but a 'First-Tier Elite' unit, so its strength would only be Ordinary Two-Star or Three-Star.

Of course, this is just one of Qin Luo's guesses, whether it is correct needs more information to verify.

In a few days, the forum official website should disclose more valuable information!

"However, this might be an advantage of ordinary lords compared to other lords!"

"With the upgrade and promotion of the barracks, more units will be unlocked, and at the same time, they will possess Ordinary, Elite, and higher-level units!"

"Ordinary lords, after the barracks are upgraded to Second-Tier Elite, possess both Ordinary and Elite units, and the recruitment quantity will also increase!"

"And those lords whose initial barracks were Elite Grade, they will never be able to possess Ordinary units!"

Qin Luo pondered, and his gaze continued to look at the Undead Lich's attribute panel.

【Strength: 30】

【Physique: 25】

【Agility: 45】

【Spirit: 60】

From the four-dimensional attributes, the Spirit attribute is high, but defense and strength are low, and it can be seen at a glance that it is biased toward mages.

Strength and Physique are slightly weaker, Agility reached 45 points, and Spirit reached an astonishing 60 points!

You must know, the same Black Iron Realm Undead Bone General, its attribute value is 【Strength: 35】 【Physique: 40】 【Agility: 20】 【Spirit: 15】!

The highest is Physique, only 40 points.

In comparison, it is a full 20 points less!

"Is this an Elite unit?"

"Under the same realm, the highest attribute of the Undead Lich is 1.5 times the highest attribute of the Undead Bone General!"

"Is this an individual case, or the gap between units of different quality!"

Qin Luo exclaimed.

And the Undead Lich's skills have six!

Undead Body doesn't need to be mentioned.

Dark Magic can release a variety of dark-type magic.

Corpse Explosion Technique can detonate dead corpses, causing damage to enemies within the range. The stronger the life of the corpse, the greater the explosion power!

Undead Transformation can convert corpses into Undead for one's own use. The duration is ten minutes. It can only be used once on the same corpse, and cannot be converted to the Undead Race!

This is also the powerful point of the Undead Lich. In battle, dead creatures are converted into one's own combat power. The more people die, the more terrifying the Undead Transformation becomes!

It's just that this kind of conversion can only last for ten minutes, not permanent!

Undead Song, singing the death song of the Undead, enhances the combat power of friendly Undead and weakens the combat power of enemy non-Undead races!

Life-Bound Witch Gu, every Undead has a Life-Bound Witch Gu, which can absorb the growth obtained by devouring corpse flesh and soul, possessing evil and powerful power!

Bond: Wizard Power!

For every 100 Undead converted through Undead Transformation, its Spirit attribute is permanently increased by 1%, up to a maximum of 100%; and for every 100 Undead under its command, it gains 1% temporary Spirit attribute, up to a maximum of 100%!

"Elite Grade Undead Lich, this is too powerful!"

Qin Luo remarked.

This Undead Lich, whether in terms of attributes, skills, or bond effects, is a very powerful existence.

Compared to ordinary Undead Skeleton Soldiers, it is simply heaven and earth.

Qin Luo couldn't help but doubt, is this still just an Elite quality unit?

Could it be wrong!

If even Elite units are so powerful, wouldn't those Rare units and Transcendental units be even more powerful?
