Chapter 157: Mass Withdrawal

Zhao Chi found his class's ranking.

【Rank 22】Class 4: Cao Feng

【Rank 31】Class 4: Zhao Chi

【Rank 36】Class 4: Duan Yun

【Rank 56】Class 4: Lu Yi

【Rank 178】Class 4: Yang Xiong

Cao Feng dropped 3 ranks.

Now the gap between him and Zhao Chi is only 9 ranks.

Lu Yi's ranking dropped quite a bit this time, from 44 down to 56.

It seems her spirit was still significantly affected by fear.

Yang Xiong did well this time.

Thanks to his beastfolk's innate 10% extra morale, he endured the fear and managed to force-kill.

His ranking rose by 52 places.

Zhao Chi flipped further back.

He noticed that an unusually large number of students had withdrawn from the test this round.

Combined with those who withdrew earlier, more than half the students have already withdrawn from the test.

The previous stage only had 200-plus withdrawals, but this stage has accumulated directly to over 600 withdrawals.

Now, only 300-plus students remain in the test.

This isn't hard to understand, actually.

After all, those basic races only send 5 people per day.

By now there would only be 40 people.

Even with universal conscription, clashing head-on against 50 non-screaming wraiths and hoping to win is no easy feat.

It would be normal to fail to hold through this stage.

But what needs attention is why 300-plus people can still hold on until now.

However, the next stage will be harder — 60 magical beasts will appear.

The remaining number of students is estimated to halve again.

Suddenly, Zhao Chi was surprised to see Ye Zhong's name in the list of students who withdrew from the test.

Ye Zhong was the strongest in Class 7.

He was also a student from an ordinary family background.

Just at the first stage, he was still ranked third in the entire grade.

Although he was gradually overtaken by others in the later stages, he didn't expect him to be directly withdrawn this time?

It seems his race is heavily countered by wraiths.

A bit of a pity.

Zhao Chi opened the grade's private group chat.

Sure enough, a large number of people inside were discussing Ye Zhong.

Everyone was analyzing Ye Zhong's race.

Because of his family situation, the students speculated his race was goblin.

Goblins easily rout when at a disadvantage, especially when fear is also involved.

It's unknown whether he was forced to withdraw after his forces were wiped out, or voluntarily withdrew after considering all the circumstances.
