Chapter 1822

Rules are rules, that's true.

But even in the original world, there were plenty of favors and connections.

And not to mention rules—even laws, so what?

Some people just want to laugh when they hear about laws.

Let alone this world.

This world is even more so.

There are laws too, but the weight of personal connections is only greater.

And the laws are only for commoners—they don't apply to the nobility.

Even here in the relatively decent World-Breaking Army, one can see it everywhere.

For example, earlier Shangguan Ting, as a squad leader, had no authority to teleport at will, but she did it anyway.

And because her abilities were outstanding, the World-Breaking Army merely gave her a reprimand and education, even turning a blind eye.

Besides, there were no must-have items left in the remaining spoils, so let's leave it at that for now.

And the other side had just proactively sent reinforcements to help Zhao Chi fight together.

Although they ultimately weren't needed, at least their intent was good.

Then Zhao Chi would also show some goodwill.

So he temporarily skipped the first round of selection.

Delegating the right to choose.

This way, at least those behind could pick some decent items.

It was Yuan Li's turn.
