Chapter 2136

Much the same as the last evaluation.

Last time, safety dragged the score down, but the comprehensive rating was still S+.

There's truly no way around it.

Because the development level is too high.

If there were no restrictions, the development level would probably be SSSSSSSSS+++++++++.

Excellent, another town-level S+ tier draw to collect.

We'll draw them all together in a moment.

Continue looking at Yunmeng County.

【Congratulations, your territory "Yunmeng Village" has been promoted to "Yunmeng County," with the rank of "Small County."】

【The "Building List" for Yunmeng County has been updated; you may enter to view it.】

【The "Position List" for Yunmeng County has been updated; you may enter to view it.】

No need to look at the Building List.

Everything has already been constructed.

The Position List can be checked.

But wait until later to look.

Because positions need to be assigned, and that kind of work will be done later.

First, look at the territory information.

【Territory Overview】:

【Name】 Yunmeng County

【Affiliation】 Zhao Chi

【Allegiance】 Zhao Chi

【County Magistrate】 Tang Ruan (Acting)

【Rank】 Small County

【Population】 10,015 people

【Area】 10 square kilometers

【Race】 Taoyuan Human Race

【Public Sentiment】 46

【Public Order】 67

【Specialty】 Not set

【Agriculture】 313

【Industry】 191

【Commerce】 16

【Wealth】 708

【Military】 4,478

【Buildings】 Phoenix Chant Tower, Shipyard, Fishing Hut, Secondary Occupation Hall, Talisman Platform, Discipline Institute, Inheritance Mansion, Heavenly Crafts Pavilion, others omitted

The attributes are completely unqualified.

They are all village-level indices.

The fact that Agriculture and Industry have several hundred points is entirely thanks to Wei Yu's fishing fleet and Zhou Ting's shipbuilding fleet.

Otherwise, they would all be single digits.

The military strength reaching over 4,400 is also provided by the Flower Demons.

Although the Flower Demons are weak, they are still Demon Beasts.

They possess a certain degree of combat power.

But using them for battle is absolutely not feasible.

After all, a force of 10,000 only yields about 4,400 combat power.

1,000 would only yield 440 combat power.

100 would yield merely 44 combat power.

Too weak.

Better to let them work hard in the fields.

Public Sentiment and Public Order are also not high.

After all, the Flower Demons' average loyalty to Zhao Chi is only 4–5 points.

With such a large number, raising the average loyalty will certainly require quite some time.

Fortunately, the Flower Demons are weak enough and cowardly enough.

So Public Order is still acceptable.

Apart from that, there is nothing else worth looking at in Yunmeng County.

Finally, just check the evaluation.

【Yunmeng County This Month's Evaluation】:

【Happiness】 E

【Safety】 C

【Development】 F-

【Comprehensive Rating】 F+

This assessment result was expected.

Fortunately, Yunmeng County was not set to participate in the assessment; otherwise, this F+ rank might have yielded only a few thousand logs or a few dozen tons of grain.

Completely useless.

Zhao Chi finished viewing his entire territory.

Then came Gu Qing and the others'.

However, similarly, Gu Qing and the others' territories had never been developed; they were merely very primitive villages now.

There was absolutely no need to look.

【Territory Overview】:

【Name】 Qingsi Village

【Affiliation】 Zhao Chi

【Belonging】 Gu Qing

【Village Head】 Gu Qing

【Rank】 Small Village

The belonging of their village was themselves, but the affiliation remained Zhao Chi.

Various indicators were basically between a few points and several dozen points.

The final evaluations were all below E rank.

Look closely once they have developed.

So...

Let's draw.

First, draw away the A-rank reward from Taoyuan Town.

Click to draw.

Light appeared.

One hundred exquisite square rings of light floated before him.

Each ring was card-sized; the light within grew brighter and brighter, quickly filling the interior of the ring.

A total of one hundred transparent, shimmering light cards appeared, waiting for Zhao Chi to select.

Pick one at random.

【You have selected card number 46. Confirm?】

They are all the same.

Let fate decide.

In an instant, the remaining ninety-nine light cards converged, and all the light concentrated into card number 46.
